Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 135 osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 30 roku życia w powiecie oleckim. Okres realizacji projektu: 01.01.2020-31.12.2020r. Uczestnikami projektu będzie 141 osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej (od dnia 30 urodzin), które znajdują się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj.: a) osoby starsze w wieku 50 lat i więcej, b) kobiety, c) osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, d) osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, e) osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi identyfikacja potrzeb uczestnika projektu oraz opracowanie lub aktualizacja dla każdego uczestnika projektu Indywidualnego Planu Działania, o którym mowa w art. 2 ust. 1 pkt. 10 a i art. 34 a Ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy tj.: - staże - 70 osób, - prace interwencyjne - 34 osoby, - jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej - 28 osób, - szkolenia zawodowe - 9 osób. Projekt zakłada osiągniecie co najmniej 44,3% wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej, które dodatkowo należą do następujących grup: - osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - kobiety, - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, - osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3. Oprócz standardowych działań, w projekcie realizowane będą instrumenty dofinansowania w ramach tarczy antykryzysowej COVID-19, których uczestnikami będą pracownicy podmiotów (na których wynagrodzenia przekazane zostanie dofinansowanie) oraz osoby fizyczne (które otrzymają dofinansowanie do prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej) - łącznie ok. 343 osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej. The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of 135 unemployed people aged over 30 in the district of Olecki. Duration of the project: 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 The participants of the project will be 141 unemployed persons aged 30 and over (from the 30th birthday) who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, i.e.: elderly people aged 50 and over, (b) women, (c) persons with disabilities, (d) long-term unemployed, (e) low-skilled. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer for professional activation will be preceded by the identification of the needs of the project participant and the preparation or updating for each participant of the Individual Action Plan referred to in Article 2. 1 pt. 10 a and Article 34a of the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, i.e.: — traineeships – 70 persons, – intervention work – 34 persons, – one-off measures for setting up a business – 28 persons, – vocational training – 9 persons. The project aims to achieve at least 44.3 % of the employment efficiency rate for unemployed persons aged 30 and over, which in addition belong to the following groups: — persons aged 50 and over, – women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, – low-qualified persons up to ISCED level 3. In addition to standard activities, the project will implement co-financing instruments under the COVID-19 crisis shield, which will be attended by employees of entities (whose salaries will be donated) and natural persons (who will receive funding for doing business) – in total approx. 343 people aged 30 and over. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi de 135 chômeurs âgés de plus de 30 ans dans le district d’Olecki. Durée du projet: 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 Les participants au projet seront 141 chômeurs âgés de 30 ans et plus (à partir du 30e anniversaire) qui se trouvent dans une situation particulièrement difficile sur le marché du travail, à savoir: les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, b) les femmes, c) les personnes handicapées, d) les chômeurs de longue durée, e) les personnes peu qualifiées. Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée de l’identification des besoins du participant au projet et de la préparation ou de la mise à jour, pour chaque participant, du plan d’action individuel visé à l’article 2. 1 pt. 10 a) et l’article 34a de la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail, à savoir: — stages — 70 personnes, — travail d’intervention — 34 personnes, — mesures ponctuelles de création d’entreprise — 28 personnes, — formation professionnelle — 9 personnes. Le projet vise à atteindre au moins 44,3 % du taux d’efficacité de l’emploi pour les chômeurs âgés de 30 ans et plus, qui appartiennent en outre aux groupes suivants: — les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, — les femmes, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée, — les personnes peu qualifiées jusqu’au niveau CITE 3. Outre les activités standard, le projet mettra en œuvre des instruments de cofinancement au titre du bouclier de crise de la COVID-19, auxquels participeront des employés d’entités (dont les salaires seront donnés) et des personnes physiques (qui bénéficieront d’un financement pour faire des affaires) — au total environ. 343 personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten von 135 Arbeitslosen im Alter von über 30 Jahren im Landkreis Olecki zu erhöhen. Laufzeit des Projekts: 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 Teilnehmer des Projekts sind 141 Arbeitslose ab 30 Jahren (ab dem 30. Geburtstag), die sich in einer besonders schwierigen Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt befinden, d. h.: ältere Menschen ab 50 Jahren, b) Frauen, c) Menschen mit Behinderungen, d) Langzeitarbeitslose, e) Geringqualifizierte. Im Rahmen des Projekts geht für jeden Teilnehmer der Vorlage eines spezifischen Angebots für die berufliche Aktivierung voraus, dass der Bedarf des Projektteilnehmers ermittelt und für jeden Teilnehmer des in Artikel 2 genannten individuellen Aktionsplans erstellt oder aktualisiert wird. 1 pt. 10 a und Artikel 34a des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO angemessen ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen, d. h.: — Praktika – 70 Personen, – Interventionsarbeit – 34 Personen, – einmalige Maßnahmen für die Gründung eines Unternehmens – 28 Personen, – Berufsausbildung – 9 Personen. Mit dem Projekt sollen mindestens 44,3 % der Beschäftigungsquote für Arbeitslose ab 30 Jahren erreicht werden, die zusätzlich zu folgenden Gruppen gehören: — Personen ab 50 Jahren, – Frauen, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose, – geringqualifizierte Personen bis ISCED-Stufe 3. Zusätzlich zu den Standardaktivitäten wird das Projekt Kofinanzierungsinstrumente im Rahmen des COVID-19-Krisenschirms implementieren, an denen Mitarbeiter von Einrichtungen (deren Gehälter gespendet werden) und natürliche Personen (die Finanzmittel für Geschäftstätigkeiten erhalten) – insgesamt ca. 343 Personen ab 30 Jahren. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten van 135 werklozen ouder dan 30 jaar in het district Olecki. Duur van het project: 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 De deelnemers aan het project zijn 141 werklozen van 30 jaar en ouder (vanaf de 30e verjaardag) die zich in een bijzonder moeilijke situatie op de arbeidsmarkt bevinden, d.w.z.: ouderen van 50 jaar en ouder, b) vrouwen, c) personen met een handicap, d) langdurig werklozen, e) laaggeschoolden. In het kader van het project wordt voor elke deelnemer de indiening van een specifieke offerte voor professionele activering voorafgegaan door de identificatie van de behoeften van de projectdeelnemer en de voorbereiding of actualisering voor elke deelnemer van het in artikel 2 bedoelde individuele actieplan. 1 punt. 10 a en artikel 34a van de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren waarnaar wordt verwezen in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt, d.w.z.: stages — 70 personen, — interventiewerk — 34 personen, — eenmalige maatregelen voor de oprichting van een bedrijf — 28 personen, — beroepsopleiding — 9 personen. Het project beoogt ten minste 44,3 % van de arbeidsefficiëntie te bereiken voor werklozen van 30 jaar en ouder, die bovendien tot de volgende groepen behoren: — personen van 50 jaar en ouder, — vrouwen, personen met een handicap, langdurig werklozen, — laaggekwalificeerde personen tot ISCED-niveau 3. Naast standaardactiviteiten zal het project medefinancieringsinstrumenten in het kader van het COVID-19-crisisschild ten uitvoer leggen, die zullen worden bijgewoond door werknemers van entiteiten (waarvan de salarissen zullen worden gedoneerd) en natuurlijke personen (die financiering zullen ontvangen voor zakendoen) — in totaal ca. 343 personen van 30 jaar en ouder. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro di 135 disoccupati di età superiore ai 30 anni nel distretto di Olecki. Durata del progetto: 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 I partecipanti al progetto saranno 141 disoccupati di età pari o superiore a 30 anni (dal trentesimo anno di età) che si trovano in una situazione particolarmente difficile sul mercato del lavoro, vale a dire: anziani di età pari o superiore a 50 anni, b) donne, c) persone con disabilità, d) disoccupati di lunga durata, e) scarsamente qualificati. Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di un'offerta specifica di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta dall'individuazione delle esigenze del partecipante al progetto e dalla preparazione o aggiornamento per ciascun partecipante del piano d'azione individuale di cui all'articolo 2. 1 pt. 10 bis e articolo 34a della legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. Su tale base, l'OLP eseguirà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro, ossia: — tirocini — 70 persone, — lavoro d'intervento — 34 persone, — misure una tantum per la creazione di un'impresa — 28 persone, — formazione professionale — 9 persone. Il progetto mira a raggiungere almeno il 44,3 % del tasso di efficienza occupazionale per i disoccupati di età pari o superiore a 30 anni, che appartengono inoltre ai seguenti gruppi: — persone di età pari o superiore a 50 anni, — donne, persone con disabilità, disoccupati di lunga durata, — persone scarsamente qualificate fino al livello CITE 3. Oltre alle attività standard, il progetto attuerà strumenti di cofinanziamento nell'ambito dello scudo anti-crisi COVID-19, cui parteciperanno dipendenti di entità (i cui stipendi saranno donati) e persone fisiche (che riceveranno finanziamenti per fare affari) — in totale circa circa. 343 persone di età pari o superiore a 30 anni.
