CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU Zwiększenie atrakcyjności zawodowej min. 21 uczniów (1K/20M) ZSB w Olsztynie poprzez uzyskanie kwalifikacji spawalniczych, podniesienie umiejętności w zakresie asertywności oraz radzenia sobie ze stresem, a po ich zdobyciu wykorzystanie w rzeczywistych warunkach pracy poprzez realizację staży uczniowskich u pracodawców oraz poprawa jakości kształcenia uczniów poprzez współpracę szkoły z pracodawcami w zakresie organizacji staży uczniowskich w okresie I.2021-II.2022 r. Cel proj. wynika ze zdiagnozowanych problemów w RPO WiM 2014-2020 oraz z przeprowadzonej przez szkołę diagnozy. Realizacja projektu i osiągnięcie celu przełoży się bezpośrednio na realizację wskazanego celu szczegółowego RPO WiM i osiągnięcie wskaźnika produktu dla Działania 2.4, Podziałania 2.4.1 Realizacja działań jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane potrzeby lokalnych przedsiębiorców którzy uczestniczyli w konstruowaniu założeń projektu (wnioski: brak odpowiednich kwalifikacji stażystów) i zwiększy szanse uczestników projektu na zatrudnienie. ZADANIA 1 Diagnoza ucznia pod kątem uzupełnienia kwalifikacji 2 Realizacja szkoleń z zakresu asertywności oraz radzenia sobie ze stresem 3 Realizacja uzupełniających kursów zawodowych w metodzie TIG-141 FM5 oraz spawania orbitalnego TIG 4 Realizacja i organizacja staży uczniowskich GRUPA DOCELOWA Uczniowie ZSB w Olsztynie KWALIFIKACJE Uczestnicy szkoleń po pozytywnym zdaniu egzaminu końcowego nabędą kwalifikacje spawalnicze KOMPETENCJE Uczestnicy szkoleń asertywności nabędą kompetencje EFEKTY PROJEKTU - Liczba osób uczestniczących w pozaszkolnych formach kształcenia w programie - Liczba uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego uczestniczących w stażach u pracodawców - Liczba uczniów uczestniczących w uzupełnieniu kwalifikacji poprzez udział w kursie spawania TIG-141 FM5 oraz spawania orbitalnego TIG Projekt realizowany w partnerstwie. Accroître l’attractivité professionnelle d’au moins 21 étudiants (1K/20M) du ZSB à Olsztyn en obtenant des qualifications de soudage, en améliorant les compétences d’affirmation et en faisant face au stress et en les utilisant dans des conditions de travail réelles en mettant en œuvre des stages étudiants auprès des employeurs et en améliorant la qualité de l’enseignement scolaire grâce à la coopération entre l’école et les employeurs dans l’organisation de stages étudiants au cours de la période I.2021-II.22. L’objectif du projet est dû aux problèmes diagnostiqués dans le ROP WiM 2014-2020 et au diagnostic effectué par l’école. La mise en œuvre du projet et la réalisation de l’objectif se traduiront directement par la réalisation de l’objectif spécifique de la POR WiM et par la réalisation de l’indicateur de réalisation de la mesure 2.4. Erhöhung der beruflichen Attraktivität von mindestens 21 Schülern (1K/20M) des ZSB in Olsztyn durch die Erlangung von Schweißqualifikationen, die Verbesserung der Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und den Umgang mit Stress und ihre Nutzung in realen Arbeitsbedingungen durch die Umsetzung von Studentenpraktika bei Arbeitgebern und die Verbesserung der Qualität der Schulbildung durch die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Schule und Arbeitgeber bei der Organisation von Studentenpraktien im Zeitraum I.2021-II.22. Ziel des Projekts ist die diagnostische Probleme im ROP WiM 2014-2020 und die Diagnose der Schule. Die Durchführung des Projekts und die Verwirklichung des Ziels werden sich unmittelbar in die Umsetzung des spezifischen Ziels des WiM ROP und das Erreichen des Outputindikators für Maßnahme 2.4 niederschlagen. Maßnahme 2.4.1 Die Durchführung der Maßnahmen ist eine Reaktion auf den diagnostischen Bedarf lokaler Unternehmer, die an der Verwirklichung der Projektziele beteiligt waren (Schlussfolgerungen: fehlende Qualifikationen von Praktikanten) und Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Projektteilnehmer. Verhoog de professionele aantrekkelijkheid van ten minste 21 studenten (1K/20M) van de ZSB in Olsztyn door het verkrijgen van laskwalificaties, het verbeteren van assertieve vaardigheden en het omgaan met stress en het gebruik ervan in reële arbeidsomstandigheden door het uitvoeren van stages bij werkgevers en het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van het schoolonderwijs door samenwerking tussen de school en werkgevers bij het organiseren van studentenstages in de periode I.2021-II.22. Het doel van het project is te wijten aan de gediagnosticeerde problemen in het ROP WiM 2014-2020 en de diagnose van de school. De uitvoering van het project en de verwezenlijking van de doelstelling zullen zich rechtstreeks vertalen in de uitvoering van de specifieke doelstelling van het WiM ROP en de verwezenlijking van de output-indicator voor maatregel 2.4. Aumentare l'attrattiva professionale di almeno 21 studenti (1K/20M) dello ZSB di Olsztyn ottenendo qualifiche di saldatura, migliorando le competenze assertive e affrontando lo stress e utilizzandoli in condizioni di lavoro reali attraverso l'attuazione di stage studenti con i datori di lavoro e migliorando la qualità dell'istruzione scolastica attraverso la cooperazione tra la scuola e i datori di lavoro nell'organizzazione di stage studenti nel periodo I.2021-II.22. L'obiettivo del progetto è dovuto ai problemi diagnosticati nel ROP WiM 2014-2020 e alla diagnosi effettuata dalla scuola. L'attuazione del progetto e il raggiungimento dell'obiettivo si tradurranno direttamente nell'attuazione dell'obiettivo specifico del POR WiM e nella realizzazione dell'indicatore di output per la misura 2.4.
