Projekt zakłada wykonanie szeregu prac remontowo-budowlanych w zdegradowanym budynku przy ul. Jasnogórskiej 34 dla potrzeb Centrum Pomocy Dziecku Niepełnosprawnemu i Jego Rodzinie w Częstochowie jako elementu rozbudowy infrastruktury usług społecznych na terenie miasta. Zakres prac obejmuje przebudowę budynku w celu dostosowania do nowej funkcji. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną stworzone odpowiednie warunki dla realizacji zadań w zakresie wsparcia młodzieży i dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami i ich rodzin. W budynku zostaną utworzone sale rehabilitacyjne, terapeutyczne, sala pobytu dziennego dla dzieci i młodzieży w tym powyżej 18 roku życia przystosowujące ją do samodzielnego funkcjonowania, mieszkania chronione, które umożliwią osobom w nim przebywającym nabycie umiejętności do samodzielnego życia społecznego i zawodowego. Uzupełnieniem projektu będą działania realizowane oraz planowane do realizacji w ramach projektów dofinansowanych z EFS. (Polish)

The project involves the execution of a series of renovation and construction works in a degraded building at ul. Jasna Góra 34 for the needs of the Disabled Child Support Centre and His Family in Częstochowa as part of the expansion of the infrastructure of social services in the city. The scope of the works includes the refurbishment of the building in order to adapt to the new function. As a result of the implementation of the project, appropriate conditions will be created for the implementation of tasks in the field of support for young people and children with disabilities and their families. In the building, rehabilitation, therapeutic rooms, a living room for children and young people over the age of 18 will be created to adapt it to self-functioning, sheltered apartments, which will enable those staying there to acquire the skills for independent social and professional life. The project will be complemented by actions implemented and planned to be implemented as part of projects co-financed by the ESF. (English)

Le projet comprend l’exécution d’une série de travaux de rénovation et de construction dans un bâtiment dégradé à ul. Jasna Góra 34 pour les besoins du Centre de soutien aux enfants handicapés et de sa famille à Częstochowa dans le cadre de l’expansion de l’infrastructure des services sociaux dans la ville. Le champ d’application des travaux comprend la rénovation du bâtiment afin de s’adapter à la nouvelle fonction. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, des conditions appropriées seront créées pour l’exécution de tâches dans le domaine de l’aide aux jeunes et aux enfants handicapés et à leur famille. Dans le bâtiment, la réhabilitation, les salles thérapeutiques, un salon pour les enfants et les jeunes de plus de 18 ans seront créés pour l’adapter à des appartements autonomes et protégés, ce qui permettra à ceux qui y séjournent d’acquérir les compétences nécessaires à une vie sociale et professionnelle indépendante. Le projet sera complété par des actions mises en œuvre et prévues dans le cadre de projets cofinancés par le FSE. (French)

Das Projekt umfasst die Durchführung einer Reihe von Renovierungs- und Bauarbeiten in einem degradierten Gebäude in ul. Jasna Góra 34 für die Bedürfnisse des Behinderten-Kinderbetreuungszentrums und seiner Familie in Częstochowa im Rahmen der Erweiterung der Infrastruktur der sozialen Dienste in der Stadt. Der Umfang der Arbeiten umfasst die Renovierung des Gebäudes, um sich an die neue Funktion anzupassen. Durch die Durchführung des Projekts werden geeignete Bedingungen für die Durchführung von Aufgaben im Bereich der Unterstützung von Jugendlichen und Kindern mit Behinderungen und deren Familien geschaffen. In dem Gebäude, Rehabilitation, Therapieräume, ein Wohnzimmer für Kinder und Jugendliche über 18 Jahren wird geschaffen, um es an selbst funktionierende, geschützte Wohnungen anzupassen, die es den Bewohnern ermöglichen, die Fähigkeiten für ein unabhängiges soziales und berufliches Leben zu erwerben. Het project omvat de uitvoering van een reeks renovatie- en bouwwerkzaamheden in een gedegradeerd gebouw te ul. Jasna Góra 34 voor de behoeften van het Disabled Child Support Centre en zijn familie in Częstochowa als onderdeel van de uitbreiding van de infrastructuur van sociale diensten in de stad. De werkzaamheden omvatten de renovatie van het gebouw om zich aan te passen aan de nieuwe functie. Als gevolg van de uitvoering van het project zullen passende voorwaarden worden gecreëerd voor de uitvoering van taken op het gebied van de ondersteuning van jongeren en kinderen met een handicap en hun gezinnen. Il progetto prevede l'esecuzione di una serie di lavori di ristrutturazione e costruzione in un edificio degradato a ul. Jasna Góra 34 per le esigenze del Centro di Assistenza ai Bambini Disabili e della Sua Famiglia a Częstochowa come parte dell'espansione dell'infrastruttura dei servizi sociali nella città. L'ambito dei lavori comprende la ristrutturazione dell'edificio al fine di adeguarsi alla nuova funzione. A seguito dell'attuazione del progetto, saranno create condizioni adeguate per l'esecuzione di compiti nel campo del sostegno ai giovani e ai bambini con disabilità e alle loro famiglie. All'interno dell'edificio, sarà creato un salotto per bambini e giovani di età superiore ai 18 anni per adattarlo agli appartamenti autofunzionanti e protetti, che consentiranno a chi vi soggiorna di acquisire le competenze per una vita sociale e professionale indipendente. Il progetto sarà integrato da azioni attuate e previste nell'ambito di progetti cofinanziati dal FSE. (Italian)
