Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury w Rudzicy-budynku należącego do Gminy Jasienica. W ramach projektu na rzecz likwidacji „niskiej emisji” wykonany zostanie konieczny zakres prac termomodernizacyjnych: Izolacja ścian zewnętrznych metodą lekką mokrą–styropian,docieplenie dachu wełną mineralną z papą, Wdmuchanie granulatu z wełny mineralnej w przestrzeń dachu,wymiana okien na nowe z PCV, montaż instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, montaż nowego kotła gazowego kondensacyjnego oraz kolektorów słonecznych, wykonanie nowej instalacji CWU, montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych.Celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej w sektorze publicznym poprzez modernizację budynku użyteczności publicznej na terenie Gminy Jasienica.Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy jakości powietrza, zredukowana zostanie emisja szkodliwych zanieczyszczeń do powietrza,a tym samym uzyska się mniejsze zapotrzebowanie na ciepło. The subject of the project is the thermomodernisation of the Municipal Cultural Centre in Rudzica-building belonging to the municipality of Jasienica. As part of the project to eliminate “low emissions”, the necessary scope of thermal modernisation works will be carried out: Insulation of external walls using the light wet-styrofoam method, insulation of the roof with mineral wool with vapour, blowing granules from mineral wool into the roof space, replacing windows with new PVC, installation of central heating installations, installation of a new condensation gas boiler and solar collectors, execution of a new CWU installation, installation of photovoltaic panels. The aim of the project is to increase energy efficiency in the public sector by modernising the public utility building in the municipality of Jasienica. The implementation of the project will contribute to improving air quality, reducing emissions of harmful pollutants to the air, thereby achieving a lower demand for heat. (English)

L’objet du projet est la thermomodernisation du Centre culturel municipal de Rudzica-bâtiment appartenant à la municipalité de Jasienica. Dans le cadre du projet visant à éliminer les «faibles émissions», les travaux de modernisation thermique nécessaires seront réalisés: Isolation des murs extérieurs par la méthode légère en mousse humide, isolation du toit avec de la laine minérale avec vapeur, soufflage de granules de laine minérale dans l’espace de toit, remplacement des fenêtres par un nouveau PVC, installation d’installations de chauffage central, installation d’une nouvelle chaudière à gaz à condensation et de capteurs solaires, réalisation d’une nouvelle installation CWU, installation de panneaux photovoltaïques. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’efficacité énergétique dans le secteur public en modernisant le bâtiment d’utilité publique dans la municipalité de Jasienica. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à améliorer la qualité de l’air, à réduire les émissions de polluants nocifs dans l’air, ce qui permettra de réduire la demande de chaleur. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Thermomodernisierung des städtischen Kulturzentrums in Rudzica-Gebäude der Gemeinde Jasienica. Im Rahmen des Projekts zur Vermeidung von „niedrigen Emissionen“ wird der erforderliche Umfang der thermischen Modernisierungsarbeiten durchgeführt: Isolierung von Außenwänden mit Hilfe der leichten Nass-Styropor-Methode, Isolierung des Daches mit Mineralwolle mit Dampf, Ausblasen von Granulaten aus Mineralwolle in den Dachraum, Ersetzung von Fenstern durch neues PVC, Installation von Zentralheizungen, Installation eines neuen Kondensationsgaskessels und Solarkollektoren, Durchführung einer neuen CWU-Anlage, Installation von Photovoltaik-Panels. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Energieeffizienz im öffentlichen Sektor durch Modernisierung des öffentlichen Versorgungsgebäudes in der Gemeinde Jasienica zu erhöhen. (German)

Het onderwerp van het project is de thermomodernisering van het Gemeentelijk Cultureel Centrum in Rudzica-gebouw van de gemeente Jasienica. In het kader van het project om „lage emissies” uit te bannen, zal de noodzakelijke reikwijdte van thermische moderniseringswerkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd: Isolatie van buitenwanden met behulp van de lichte natte-styroschuimmethode, isolatie van het dak met minerale wol met damp, blazen van korrels van minerale wol in de dakruimte, vervanging van ramen door nieuw PVC, installatie van centrale verwarmingsinstallaties, installatie van een nieuwe condensatiegasketel en zonnecollectoren, uitvoering van een nieuwe CWU-installatie, installatie van fotovoltaïsche panelen. Het doel van het project is om de energie-efficiëntie in de publieke sector te verhogen door het openbaar nutsgebouw in de gemeente Jasienica te moderniseren. De uitvoering van het project zal bijdragen aan het verbeteren van de luchtkwaliteit, het verminderen van de uitstoot van schadelijke verontreinigende stoffen in de lucht, waardoor een lagere vraag naar warmte wordt bereikt. Oggetto del progetto è la termomodernizzazione del Centro Culturale Comunale di Rudzica, appartenente al comune di Jasienica. Nell'ambito del progetto di eliminazione delle "basse emissioni", saranno realizzati i necessari lavori di ammodernamento termico: L'isolamento delle pareti esterne con il metodo della schiuma umida leggera, l'isolamento del tetto con lana minerale con vapore, soffiando granuli dalla lana minerale nello spazio del tetto, sostituendo le finestre con nuovo PVC, installazione di impianti di riscaldamento centralizzato, installazione di una nuova caldaia a gas di condensazione e collettori solari, esecuzione di un nuovo impianto CWU, installazione di pannelli fotovoltaici. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare l'efficienza energetica nel settore pubblico ammodernando l'edificio di pubblica utilità nel comune di Jasienica. L'attuazione del progetto contribuirà a migliorare la qualità dell'aria, riducendo le emissioni di inquinanti nocivi nell'aria, ottenendo così una minore domanda di calore. (Italian)
