Projekt daje zindywidualizowane i kompleksowe wsparcie i odpowiada na potrzeby os. z gr. docelowej oraz ich otoczenia nieograniczajgc mozliwosci dostqpu do usług aktywnej integracji- wsparcia indywidualnego,rodzinnego,srodowiskowego. Pierwszym elementem wsparcia bqdg instrumenty aktywizacji o charakterze społecznym. Druga formg wsparcia bqdg instrumenty aktywizacji o charak zawodowym:a)poradnictwo zaw. ind.i grupowe b) pomoc wejsciu na rynek pracy za posred. brokerów pracy c)kursy i szkolenia umozliwiajgce nabycie, zmianq kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawodowych zgodnie z indywidualnymi predysp. ucz. i zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami lokalnego i regionalnego rynku pracy (podst. analizy opis zawodów deficyt., dostqpny w Barometrze zawodów).Dla kazdego uczestnika zostanie opracowana ISR oraz zostanie podpisana umowa posiadajgca formq kontr. socjal. Kontr. powst. w oparciu o indywid. diagnozq z uwzglqdnieniem diag. syt. problemowej, zasobów, potencjału , predyspozycji, potrzeb kazdego ucz. przeprowadzong przez psychologa w porozumieniu z GOPSfMOPSfPCPR (w wypadku kl. tych instytucji). Projekt jest realizowany w całości przez sektor społeczny tj. przez dwie organizacje pozarządowej. Projektodawcy obejmąwsparciem osoby z conajmniej 2 grup defaworyzowanych tj. Repetition based on individual diagnosis taking into account the diag. problematic system, resources, potential, predisposition, needs of each teacher. carried out by a psychologist in consultation with GOPSfMOPSfPCPR (in the case of classrooms of these institutions). The project is implemented entirely by the social sector, i.e. by two non-governmental organisations. Das erste Element der Unterstützung bqdg Aktivierungsinstrumente sozialer Art. Die zweite Form der Unterstützung bqdg Aktivierungsinstrumente beruflicher Art:a)ind. und Gruppenberatung b) Unterstützung beim Einstieg in den Arbeitsmarkt für die Unterstützung von Arbeitsvermittlungen (c) Kurse und Ausbildungen ermöglichen den Erwerb, den Wechsel von Qualifikationen und beruflichen Kompetenzen in Übereinstimmung mit den einzelnen Prädisp. Lehre. und diagnostiziert Bedürfnisse des lokalen und regionalen Arbeitsmarktes (nachfolgende Analyse des Beschäftigungsdefizits, verfügbar im Barometer der Berufe).Für jeden Teilnehmer wird ISR entwickelt und ein Vertrag wird unterzeichnet, um einen formQ Counter zu haben. Wiederholung auf der Grundlage der individuellen Diagnose unter Berücksichtigung des diag. problematischen Systems, Ressourcen, Potenzial, Prädisposition, Bedürfnisse jedes Lehrers. durchgeführt von einem Psychologen in Absprache mit GOPSfOPSfPCPR (im Falle von Klassenzimmern dieser Institutionen). Das Projekt wird vollständig vom sozialen Sektor durchgeführt, d. h. von zwei Nichtregierungsorganisationen. Die Projektträger umfassen Unterstützung von mindestens zwei benachteiligten Gruppen, d. h. Il progetto fornisce un sostegno personalizzato e completo e risponde alle esigenze del gruppo destinatario e del loro ambiente senza limitare la possibilità di accesso a servizi di inclusione attiva — individuale, familiare, sostegno ambientale. Il primo elemento di sostegno degli strumenti di attivazione bqdg a carattere sociale. La seconda forma di sostegno a strumenti di attivazione a carattere professionale: a) consulenza di gruppo b) assistenza per l'accesso al mercato del lavoro per l'assistenza dei mediatori del lavoro (c) corsi e formazioni che consentono l'acquisizione, il cambiamento delle qualifiche e delle competenze professionali in base all'insegnamento individuale e le esigenze diagnosticate del mercato del lavoro locale e regionale (analisi successiva del deficit di occupazione, disponibile nel Barometro delle professioni).Per ogni partecipante verrà sviluppato un contratto e sarà firmato un contratto per avere un contatore di forma Q. sociale. Ripetizione basata sulla diagnosi individuale tenendo conto del sistema problematico, delle risorse, del potenziale, della predisposizione, delle esigenze di ogni insegnante. effettuata da uno psicologo in consultazione con GOPSfMOPSfPCPR (nel caso di aule di queste istituzioni). Il progetto è attuato interamente dal settore sociale, vale a dire da due organizzazioni non governative.
