Projekt realizowany w okresie od 01.10.2021 do 30.04.2022, dotyczy utworzenia czterech klubów seniora w i realizacji działań/usług 40 seniorom (28K i 12M); osobom niesamodzielnym, niepełnosprawnym, i ich otoczeniu (dzieci/młodzież). Projekt przewiduje przygotowanie i zaangażowanie 4 osób do prowadzenia klubów seniora i zaangażowanie specjalistów – animatorów do prowadzenia specjalistycznych zajęć łączących zainteresowania seniorów pomiędzy sobą oraz z otoczeniem. Projekt skierowany do osób zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Kolno. Organizowane zajęcia oraz formy kulturalne będą sprzyjać organizacji przyjazdów seniorów z dziećmi do wspólnej realizacji działań. Jednocześnie miejsca te będą przewidywały preferencje dla współdziałania grup defaworyzowanych - bez pracy poniżej 35 roku życia, 50+, dzieci i młodzieży, oraz osób niepełnosprawnych. Przede wszystkim integruje zasoby publicznych instytucji kultury - CKGK, kół gospodyń, zespołów regionalnych do tworzenia spójnego produktu - zintegrowanie potencjałów, środków i wspólnych celów związanych z aktywnością społeczności lokalnej, która jednocześnie wpływa na atrakcyjność turystyczną regionu. Projekt jest komplementarny z celami LGD oraz 9.1 RPO Rewitalizacja społeczna i kształtowanie kapitału społecznego. Beneficjent zapewnia trwałość Klubów Seniora utworzonych w ramach projektu (trwałość w rozumieniu instytucjonalnej gotowości podmiotów do świadczenia usług w lokalnej społeczności) po jego zakończeniu co najmniej przez okres odpowiadający okresowi realizacji projektu, zastrzeżeniem, że okres ten nie może być krótszy niż 2 lata. Wsparcie dla usług opiekuńczych prowadzić będzie do zwiększenia liczby miejsc świadczenia usług opiekuńczych w społeczności lokalnej oraz liczby osób objętych usługami opiekuńczymi w stosunku do danych z roku poprzedzającego rok złożenia wniosku o dofinansowanie projektu. Wsparcie polegać bedzie na tworzeniu miejsc świadczenia w/w usług w formie usług świadczonych w lokalnej społeczności. (Polish)

The project implemented in the period from 01.10.2021 to 30.04.2022, concerns the creation of four senior clubs in and implementation of activities/services to 40 seniors (28K and 12M); dependent persons, disabled people, and their surroundings (children/young people). The project provides for the preparation and involvement of 4 people to run senior clubs and the involvement of specialists – animators to conduct specialised activities combining the interests of seniors among themselves and with the surroundings. Project addressed to people living in the Municipality of Kolno. Organised activities and cultural forms will promote the organisation of seniors’ arrivals with children for joint implementation of activities. At the same time, these places will provide preferences for the interaction of disadvantaged groups – without work under 35, 50+, children and young people, and people with disabilities. First of all, it integrates the resources of public cultural institutions – CKGK, hosts’ circles, regional teams to create a coherent product – integrating the potentials, resources and common objectives related to the activity of the local community, which at the same time affects the tourist attractiveness of the region. The project is complementary to the objectives of the LAG and 9.1 ROP Social revitalisation and social capital formation. The Beneficiary shall ensure the sustainability of the Senior Clubs created under the project (durability within the meaning of the institutional readiness of entities to provide services in the local community) after its completion for at least a period corresponding to the duration of the project, provided that this period shall not be less than 2 years. Support for care services will lead to an increase in the number of places to provide care services in the local community and the number of persons covered by care services compared to the data from the year preceding the year of submission of the application for funding of the project. The support will consist of the creation of places to provide the above-mentioned services in the form of services provided in the local community. (English)

Le projet mis en œuvre au cours de la période allant du 01.10.2021 au 30.04.2022 concerne la création de quatre clubs seniors et la mise en œuvre d’activités/services à 40 personnes âgées (28K et 12M); personnes à charge, personnes handicapées et leurs environs (enfants/jeunes). Le projet prévoit la préparation et la participation de 4 personnes à la gestion de clubs seniors et la participation de spécialistes — animateurs pour mener des activités spécialisées associant les intérêts des aînés entre eux et les environs. Projet destiné aux personnes vivant dans la municipalité de Kolno. Les activités organisées et les formes culturelles favoriseront l’organisation des arrivées de personnes âgées avec des enfants en vue de la mise en œuvre conjointe des activités. Dans le même temps, ces lieux offriront des préférences pour l’interaction des groupes défavorisés — sans travail de moins de 35 ans, 50 ans et plus, enfants et jeunes, et les personnes handicapées. Tout d’abord, il intègre les ressources des institutions culturelles publiques — CKGK, cercles d’hôtes, équipes régionales pour créer un produit cohérent — intégrant les potentiels, les ressources et les objectifs communs liés à l’activité de la communauté locale, ce qui affecte en même temps l’attrait touristique de la région. Le projet est complémentaire aux objectifs du GAL et du 9.1 ROP revitalisation sociale et formation du capital social. Le bénéficiaire assure la viabilité des clubs seniors créés dans le cadre du projet (durabilité au sens de la disposition institutionnelle des entités à fournir des services dans la communauté locale) après son achèvement pendant au moins une période correspondant à la durée du projet, à condition que cette période ne soit pas inférieure à deux ans. Le soutien aux services de soins entraînera une augmentation du nombre de places pour fournir des services de soins dans la communauté locale et du nombre de personnes couvertes par les services de soins par rapport aux données de l’année précédant l’année de présentation de la demande de financement du projet. L’appui consistera en la création de lieux pour fournir les services susmentionnés sous la forme de services fournis dans la communauté locale. (French)

Das im Zeitraum vom 1.10.2021 bis 30.4.2022 durchgeführte Projekt betrifft die Gründung von vier Seniorenvereinen und die Durchführung von Aktivitäten/Dienstleistungen für 40 Senioren (28K und 12M); unterhaltsberechtigte Personen, Behinderte und ihre Umgebung (Kinder/Jugendliche). Das Projekt sieht die Vorbereitung und Beteiligung von 4 Personen zur Führung von Seniorenclubs und die Beteiligung von Spezialisten vor – Animatoren, spezialisierte Aktivitäten durchzuführen, die die Interessen von Senioren untereinander und mit der Umgebung verbinden. Projekt richtet sich an Menschen, die in der Gemeinde Kolno leben. Organisierte Aktivitäten und kulturelle Formen werden die Organisation von Ankünften von Senioren mit Kindern für die gemeinsame Durchführung von Aktivitäten fördern. Gleichzeitig bieten diese Orte Präferenzen für die Interaktion benachteiligter Gruppen – ohne Arbeit unter 35, 50+, Kinder und Jugendliche sowie Menschen mit Behinderungen. Zunächst integriert es die Ressourcen öffentlicher Kultureinrichtungen – CKGK, Gastgeberkreise, regionale Teams, um ein kohärentes Produkt zu schaffen – die Potenziale, Ressourcen und gemeinsamen Ziele im Zusammenhang mit der Tätigkeit der lokalen Gemeinschaft, die gleichzeitig die touristische Attraktivität der Region beeinflussen. Das Projekt ergänzt die Ziele der LAG und 9.1 ROP Soziale Wiederbelebung und Sozialkapitalbildung. Der Empfänger gewährleistet die Nachhaltigkeit der im Rahmen des Projekts geschaffenen Senior Clubs (Dauerfähigkeit im Sinne der institutionellen Bereitschaft der Einrichtungen zur Erbringung von Dienstleistungen in der örtlichen Gemeinschaft) nach dessen Abschluss für mindestens einen Zeitraum, der der Laufzeit des Projekts entspricht, sofern dieser Zeitraum mindestens zwei Jahre betragen darf. Die Unterstützung von Pflegediensten wird zu einer Erhöhung der Zahl der Betreuungsplätze in der örtlichen Gemeinschaft und der Zahl der Betreuungspersonen im Vergleich zu den Daten aus dem Jahr vor der Einreichung des Antrags auf Förderung des Projekts führen. Die Unterstützung besteht in der Schaffung von Orten für die Erbringung der oben genannten Dienstleistungen in Form von Dienstleistungen in der lokalen Gemeinschaft. (German)

Het project dat in de periode van 1.10.2021 tot en met 30.4.2022 is uitgevoerd, betreft de oprichting van vier senior clubs in en uitvoering van activiteiten/diensten aan 40 senioren (28K en 12 miljoen); afhankelijke personen, gehandicapten en hun omgeving (kinderen/jongeren). Het project voorziet in de voorbereiding en betrokkenheid van 4 personen om senior clubs te leiden en de betrokkenheid van specialisten — animators om gespecialiseerde activiteiten uit te voeren die de belangen van senioren onderling en met de omgeving combineren. Project gericht op mensen die in de gemeente Kolno wonen. Georganiseerde activiteiten en culturele vormen bevorderen de organisatie van de aankomst van senioren met kinderen voor de gezamenlijke uitvoering van activiteiten. Tegelijkertijd bieden deze plaatsen voorkeuren voor de interactie van kansarme groepen — zonder werk onder de 35, 50+, kinderen en jongeren en mensen met een handicap. In de eerste plaats integreert het de middelen van de openbare culturele instellingen — CKGK, gastkringen, regionale teams om een samenhangend product te creëren — integratie van de mogelijkheden, middelen en gemeenschappelijke doelstellingen in verband met de activiteit van de lokale gemeenschap, die tegelijkertijd de toeristische aantrekkelijkheid van de regio beïnvloedt. Het project vormt een aanvulling op de doelstellingen van de LAG en 9.1 ROP Sociale revitalisering en sociale kapitaalvorming. De begunstigde waarborgt de duurzaamheid van de in het kader van het project opgerichte seniorclubs (duurzaamheid in de zin van de institutionele bereidheid van entiteiten om diensten te verlenen in de lokale gemeenschap) na voltooiing ervan gedurende ten minste een periode die overeenkomt met de duur van het project, mits deze periode niet minder dan twee jaar bedraagt. Steun voor zorgdiensten zal leiden tot een toename van het aantal plaatsen om zorgdiensten te verlenen in de lokale gemeenschap en het aantal personen dat onder zorgdiensten valt ten opzichte van de gegevens van het jaar voorafgaand aan het jaar van indiening van de aanvraag voor financiering van het project. De steun zal bestaan uit het creëren van plaatsen om bovengenoemde diensten te verlenen in de vorm van diensten die in de lokale gemeenschap worden verleend. (Dutch)

Il progetto attuato nel periodo compreso tra l'1.10.2021 e il 30.4.2022 riguarda la creazione di quattro club senior e la realizzazione di attività/servizi a 40 senior (28K e 12M); persone a carico, disabili e dintorni (bambini/giovani). Il progetto prevede la preparazione e il coinvolgimento di 4 persone per gestire club senior e il coinvolgimento di specialisti — animatori per condurre attività specializzate combinando gli interessi degli anziani tra di loro e con i dintorni. Progetto rivolto a persone che vivono nel Comune di Kolno. Le attività organizzate e le forme culturali promuoveranno l'organizzazione degli arrivi degli anziani con i bambini per l'attuazione congiunta delle attività. Allo stesso tempo, questi luoghi offriranno preferenze per l'interazione dei gruppi svantaggiati — senza lavoro di età inferiore a 35, 50 anni, bambini e giovani e persone con disabilità. In primo luogo, integra le risorse delle istituzioni culturali pubbliche — CKGK, ambienti ospitanti, team regionali per creare un prodotto coerente — integrando le potenzialità, le risorse e gli obiettivi comuni legati all'attività della comunità locale, che al tempo stesso incide sull'attrattiva turistica della regione. Il progetto è complementare agli obiettivi del GAL e 9.1 del POR Rivitalizzazione sociale e formazione di capitale sociale. Il beneficiario garantisce la sostenibilità dei club senior creati nell'ambito del progetto (durabilità ai sensi della disponibilità istituzionale delle entità a prestare servizi nella comunità locale) dopo il suo completamento per almeno un periodo corrispondente alla durata del progetto, a condizione che tale periodo non sia inferiore a 2 anni. Il sostegno ai servizi di assistenza comporterà un aumento del numero di posti per fornire servizi di assistenza nella comunità locale e del numero di persone coperte dai servizi di assistenza rispetto ai dati dell'anno precedente l'anno di presentazione della domanda di finanziamento del progetto. Il sostegno consisterà nella creazione di luoghi per fornire i servizi di cui sopra sotto forma di servizi forniti nella comunità locale. (Italian)
