Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku restauracji wraz z zastosowaniem instalacji fotowoltaicznej do produkcji energii elektrycznej na potrzeby własne przedsiębiorstwa Wnioskodawcy. Zgodnie z audytem energetycznym na podstawie dokonanej oceny jako optymalny wariant przedsięwzięcia termomodernizacyjnego w rozpatrywanym budynku ocenia się wariant obejmujący usprawnienia: modernizacje układu wytwarzania CO, modernizacje układu wytwarzania c.w.u., docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych warstwą wełny, docieplenie stropodachów warstwą wełny,wymianę stolarki okiennej,wymianę stolarki drzwiowej. W ramach projektu zgodnie z audytem energetycznym przewiduje się zastosowanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej do produkcji energii elektrycznej. Energia elektryczna z odnawialnych źródeł energii będzie służyła na bieżące potrzeby restauracji. Wnioskodawca zaplanował na zakończenie przedmiotowego projektu wykonanie audytu energetycznego ex post, stanowiącego ocenę zgodności stanu osiągniętego w wyniku realizacji projektu ze stanem przedstawiony w audycie energetycznym ex ante, stanowiącym załącznik do przedmiotowego wniosku o dofinansowanie. Bezpośrednimi produktami realizowanego projektu będą: Liczba przedsiębiorstw, które w wyniku wsparcia poprawiły efektywność energetyczną – 1 szt.; Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków – 1 szt.; Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE – 1 szt.; Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE – 1 szt.; Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji – 484,39 m2. The object of the project is the thermomodernisation of the restaurant building with the use of photovoltaic installations for the production of electricity for the Applicant’s own needs. According to the energy audit, on the basis of the assessment made as an optimal option for the thermal modernisation project in the building concerned, the option including improvements is assessed: modernisation of the CO production system, modernisation of the production system of hot water, warming of external walls with a layer of wool, warming of the reeds with a layer of wool,replacement of window joinery,replacement of door joinery. In accordance with the energy audit, the project envisages the use of photovoltaic installations for the production of electricity. Electricity from renewable energy sources will serve the current needs of the restaurant. At the end of the project, the applicant planned to carry out an ex-post energy audit, assessing the compliance of the state achieved as a result of the project’s implementation with the state set out in the ex ante energy audit annexed to the application for funding in question. The direct products of the project will be: Number of companies that have improved energy efficiency as a result of the support – 1 item; Number of energy-modified buildings – 1; Number of RES-generating units built – 1 unit; Number of RES heat generation units built – 1 unit; Usable area of buildings subjected to thermal modernisation – 484,39 m². L’objet du projet est la thermomodernisation du bâtiment de restauration avec l’utilisation d’installations photovoltaïques pour la production d’électricité pour les besoins propres de la requérante. Selon l’audit énergétique, sur la base de l’évaluation effectuée en tant qu’option optimale pour le projet de modernisation thermique dans le bâtiment concerné, l’option, y compris les améliorations, est évaluée: modernisation du système de production de CO, modernisation du système de production d’eau chaude, réchauffement des murs extérieurs avec une couche de laine, réchauffement des roseaux avec une couche de laine, remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres, remplacement de la menuiserie de porte. Conformément à l’audit énergétique, le projet envisage l’utilisation d’installations photovoltaïques pour la production d’électricité. L’électricité produite à partir de sources d’énergie renouvelables répondra aux besoins actuels du restaurant. À la fin du projet, la requérante envisageait d’effectuer un audit énergétique ex post, en évaluant la conformité de l’état obtenu à la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet avec l’état indiqué dans l’audit énergétique ex ante annexé à la demande de financement en question. Les produits directs du projet seront les suivants: Nombre d’entreprises ayant amélioré l’efficacité énergétique grâce au soutien — 1 poste; Nombre de bâtiments modifiés par l’énergie — 1; Nombre d’unités génératrices de SER construites — 1 unité; Nombre d’unités de production de chaleur SER construites — 1 unité; Surface utilisable des bâtiments soumis à la modernisation thermique — 484,39 m². Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Thermomodernisierung des Restaurantgebäudes mit dem Einsatz von Photovoltaikanlagen zur Stromerzeugung für den eigenen Bedarf des Antragstellers. Dem Energieaudit zufolge wird auf der Grundlage der Bewertung als optimale Option für das thermische Modernisierungsprojekt in dem betreffenden Gebäude die Option einschließlich Verbesserungen bewertet: Modernisierung des CO-Produktionssystems, Modernisierung des Produktionssystems des Warmwassers, Erwärmung der Außenwände mit einer Wollschicht, Erwärmung des Schilfs mit einer Wollschicht, Ersatz der Fenstertischlerei, Ersatz der Türtischlerei. Gemäß dem Energieaudit sieht das Projekt die Nutzung von Photovoltaikanlagen zur Stromerzeugung vor. Strom aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen wird den aktuellen Bedürfnissen des Restaurants gerecht. Am Ende des Projekts plante der Antragsteller, ein Ex-post-Energieaudit durchzuführen, um zu prüfen, ob der Staat aufgrund der Projektdurchführung mit dem in dem dem betreffenden Förderantrag beigefügten Ex-ante-Energieaudit dargelegten Zustand übereinstimmt. Die direkten Produkte des Projekts sind: Zahl der Unternehmen, die durch die Unterstützung die Energieeffizienz verbessert haben – 1 Posten; Anzahl energiemodifizierter Gebäude – 1; Anzahl der gebauten RES-Generierungseinheiten – 1 Einheit; Anzahl der gebauten EE-Wärmeerzeugungseinheiten – 1 Einheit; Nutzfläche von Gebäuden, die einer thermischen Modernisierung unterzogen werden – 484,39 m². Het doel van het project is de thermomodernisering van het restaurantgebouw met behulp van fotovoltaïsche installaties voor de productie van elektriciteit voor de eigen behoeften van verzoekster. Volgens de energieaudit wordt op basis van de beoordeling die is uitgevoerd als optimale optie voor het thermische moderniseringsproject in het betrokken gebouw, de optie met verbeteringen beoordeeld: modernisering van het CO-productiesysteem, modernisering van het productiesysteem van warm water, opwarming van de buitenmuren met een wollaag, opwarming van het riet met een laag wol,vervanging van raamschrijnwerk,vervanging van deurschrijnwerk. Overeenkomstig de energieaudit voorziet het project in het gebruik van fotovoltaïsche installaties voor de productie van elektriciteit. Elektriciteit uit hernieuwbare energiebronnen zal in de huidige behoeften van het restaurant voorzien. Aan het einde van het project was de aanvrager van plan een energieaudit achteraf uit te voeren om na te gaan of de door de uitvoering van het project bereikte staat in overeenstemming was met de staat die is beschreven in de energieaudit ex ante die bij de betrokken financieringsaanvraag is gevoegd. Oggetto del progetto è la termomodernizzazione dell'edificio ristorante con l'utilizzo di impianti fotovoltaici per la produzione di energia elettrica per le proprie esigenze. Secondo l'audit energetico, sulla base della valutazione effettuata come opzione ottimale per il progetto di ammodernamento termico nell'edificio in questione, l'opzione, compresi i miglioramenti, è valutata: ammodernamento del sistema di produzione di CO, modernizzazione del sistema di produzione di acqua calda, riscaldamento di pareti esterne con uno strato di lana, riscaldamento delle canne con uno strato di lana, sostituzione di falegnameria di finestre, sostituzione di falegnameria di porta. In conformità con l'audit energetico, il progetto prevede l'utilizzo di impianti fotovoltaici per la produzione di energia elettrica. L'energia elettrica prodotta da fonti energetiche rinnovabili risponderà alle esigenze attuali del ristorante. Al termine del progetto, il richiedente ha previsto di effettuare un audit energetico ex post, valutando la conformità dello Stato raggiunto a seguito dell'attuazione del progetto con quello indicato nell'audit energetico ex ante allegato alla domanda di finanziamento in questione. I prodotti diretti del progetto saranno: Numero di imprese che hanno migliorato l'efficienza energetica grazie al sostegno — 1 voce; Numero di edifici modificati dall'energia — 1; Numero di unità generatrici di FER costruite — 1 unità; Numero di unità di generazione di calore da fonti rinnovabili costruite — 1 unità; Superficie utilizzabile di edifici sottoposti a ammodernamento termico — 484,39 m².
