Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie adaptacji pracowni RTG oraz zakup analogowego aparatu RTG wraz z ucyfrowieniem dwóch aparatów, zakupionego oraz jednego obecnie funkcjonującego w placówce. Działania te przyczynią się do podniesienia wydajności leczenia chorób cywilizacyjnych w zakresie nowotworów dla Samodzielnego Publicznego Zespołu Opieki Zdrowotnej ZOZ zlokalizowanego w Głuchołazach (powiat nyski, województwo opolskie). Projekt poprawi nie tylko wydajność ale także jakość świadczeń medycznych w obszarze onkologii. Działania zostały uzasadnione z punktu widzenia rzeczywistego zapotrzebowania na dany produkt. Wytworzona infrastruktura oraz zakupione wyroby medyczne, w tym ilość i parametry, będą adekwatne do zakresu udzielanych przez podmiot świadczeń opieki zdrowotnej. Produkty projektu będą umiejscowione w Pracowni RTG. Wnioskodawca w zakresie w/w pracowni świadczy usługi w ramach kontraktu z NFZ. Projekt stanowi samodzielną jednostkę analizy i obejmuje wszystkie zadania niezbędne do zapewnienia funkcjonalności i operacyjności infrastruktury po zakończeniu realizacji zakresu rzeczowego. Dla uruchomienia produktów projektu nie jest wymagana realizacja dodatkowych zadań inwestycyjnych nieuwzględnionych w zakresie rzeczowym. Produktami projektu będą: Liczba wspartych podmiotów leczniczych: 1 szt.; Nakłady inwestycyjne na zakup aparatury medycznej: 1 264 662,23 PLN; Liczba leczonych w podmiotach leczniczych objętych wsparciem: 12 000,00 osoby/rok. Rezultat projektu stanowi: Ludność objęta ulepszonymi usługami zdrowotnymi: 137 819 osób. The subject of the project is the adaptation of the X-ray workshop and the purchase of an analogue x-ray apparatus together with the digitisation of two devices, purchased and one currently operating in the facility. These actions will contribute to improving the efficiency of treatment of civilisation diseases in the field of cancer for the Independent Public Health Care Team of ZOZ located in Głuchołazy (Nyski District, Opolskie Voivodeship). The project will improve not only the efficiency but also the quality of medical services in the field of oncology. The measures were justified from the point of view of the actual need for the product in question. The infrastructure manufactured and the medical devices purchased, including quantity and parameters, will be adequate to the scope of the healthcare services provided by the entity. The project products will be located in the X-ray Laboratory. In the scope of the above-mentioned workshop, the applicant provides services under a contract with the NFZ. The project is a stand-alone unit of analysis and covers all tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and operability of the infrastructure after completion of the material scope. Additional investment tasks not included in the material scope are not required for the launch of project products. The products of the project will be: Number of medicinal entities supported: 1 piece; Investment expenditure for the purchase of medical equipment: PLN 1 264 662,23; Number of treatments in supported medicinal entities: 12,000,00 persons/year. The result of the project is: Population covered by improved health services: 137,819 people. L’objet du projet est l’adaptation de l’atelier de radiographie et l’achat d’un appareil analogique à rayons X ainsi que la numérisation de deux appareils, achetés et l’un fonctionnant actuellement dans l’installation. Ces actions contribueront à améliorer l’efficacité du traitement des maladies de la civilisation dans le domaine du cancer pour l’équipe indépendante de soins de santé publique de ZOZ située à Głuchołazy (district de Niski, voïvodie d’Opolskie). Le projet améliorera non seulement l’efficacité mais aussi la qualité des services médicaux dans le domaine de l’oncologie. Les mesures étaient justifiées du point de vue de la nécessité réelle du produit en cause. L’infrastructure fabriquée et les dispositifs médicaux achetés, y compris la quantité et les paramètres, seront adaptés à la portée des services de santé fournis par l’entité. Les produits du projet seront situés dans le laboratoire de radiographie. Dans le cadre de l’atelier susmentionné, la requérante fournit des services dans le cadre d’un contrat avec la NFZ. Le projet est une unité d’analyse autonome et couvre toutes les tâches nécessaires pour assurer la fonctionnalité et l’exploitation de l’infrastructure après l’achèvement du champ d’application matériel. Des tâches d’investissement supplémentaires qui ne sont pas incluses dans le champ d’application matériel ne sont pas requises pour le lancement des produits du projet. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Anpassung der Röntgenwerkstatt und der Erwerb eines analogen Röntgenapparates sowie die Digitalisierung von zwei Geräten, die derzeit in der Anlage betrieben werden. Diese Maßnahmen werden zur Verbesserung der Effizienz der Behandlung von Zivilisationskrankheiten im Bereich des Krebses für das unabhängige Gesundheitsteam der ZOZ in Głuchołazy (Bezirk Nyski, Woiwodschaft Opolskie) beitragen. Das Projekt wird nicht nur die Effizienz verbessern, sondern auch die Qualität medizinischer Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Onkologie verbessern. Die Maßnahmen seien unter dem Gesichtspunkt des tatsächlichen Bedarfs an der fraglichen Ware gerechtfertigt. Die hergestellte Infrastruktur und die erworbenen Medizinprodukte, einschließlich Menge und Parameter, werden dem Umfang der von der Einrichtung erbrachten Gesundheitsdienstleistungen angemessen sein. Die Projektprodukte befinden sich im Röntgenlabor. Im Rahmen des oben genannten Workshops erbringt der Antragsteller Dienstleistungen im Rahmen eines Vertrags mit dem NFZ. Das Projekt ist eine eigenständige Analyseeinheit und deckt alle Aufgaben ab, die erforderlich sind, um die Funktionalität und Bedienbarkeit der Infrastruktur nach Abschluss des Materialumfangs zu gewährleisten. Zusätzliche Investitionsaufgaben, die nicht in den sachlichen Anwendungsbereich fallen, sind für die Markteinführung von Projektprodukten nicht erforderlich. Die Produkte des Projekts sind: Zahl der unterstützten medizinischen Einrichtungen: 1 Stück; Investitionsausgaben für den Kauf von medizinischer Ausrüstung: 1 264 662,23 PLN; Anzahl der Behandlungen in unterstützten medizinischen Einrichtungen: 12.000,00 Personen/Jahr. Het onderwerp van het project is de aanpassing van de X-ray workshop en de aankoop van een analoog röntgenapparaat samen met de digitalisering van twee apparaten, gekocht en één momenteel in de faciliteit. Deze acties zullen bijdragen tot een efficiëntere behandeling van beschavingsziekten op het gebied van kanker voor het onafhankelijke volksgezondheidsteam van ZOZ in Głuchołazy (district Nyski, woiwodschap Opolskie). Het project zal niet alleen de efficiëntie, maar ook de kwaliteit van de medische diensten op het gebied van oncologie verbeteren. De maatregelen waren gerechtvaardigd uit het oogpunt van de werkelijke behoefte aan het betrokken product. De geproduceerde infrastructuur en de aangekochte medische hulpmiddelen, met inbegrip van de hoeveelheid en de parameters, zullen toereikend zijn voor de omvang van de door de entiteit verleende gezondheidszorgdiensten. De projectproducten zullen zich in het röntgenlaboratorium bevinden. In het kader van de bovengenoemde workshop verricht verzoekster diensten in het kader van een overeenkomst met de NFZ. Het project is een op zichzelf staande analyse-eenheid en omvat alle taken die nodig zijn om de functionaliteit en de bruikbaarheid van de infrastructuur na voltooiing van het materiële toepassingsgebied te waarborgen. Aanvullende investeringstaken die niet onder het materiële toepassingsgebied vallen, zijn niet vereist voor de lancering van projectproducten. De producten van het project zijn: Aantal ondersteunde geneeskrachtige entiteiten: 1 stuk; Investeringsuitgaven voor de aankoop van medische apparatuur: 1 264 662,23 PLN; Aantal behandelingen in ondersteunde geneeskrachtige entiteiten: 12.000,00 personen/jaar. Oggetto del progetto è l'adattamento dell'officina a raggi X e l'acquisto di un apparecchio analogico a raggi X unitamente alla digitalizzazione di due dispositivi, acquistati e uno attualmente in funzione nella struttura. Queste azioni contribuiranno a migliorare l'efficienza del trattamento delle malattie della civiltà nel campo del cancro per il gruppo indipendente di assistenza sanitaria pubblica di ZOZ con sede a Głuchołazy (distretto di Nyski, voivodato di Opolskie). Il progetto migliorerà non solo l'efficienza ma anche la qualità dei servizi medici nel campo dell'oncologia. Le misure erano giustificate dal punto di vista dell'effettiva necessità del prodotto in questione. L'infrastruttura prodotta e i dispositivi medici acquistati, compresi la quantità e i parametri, saranno adeguati all'ambito dei servizi sanitari forniti dall'entità. I prodotti del progetto saranno ubicati nel laboratorio a raggi X. Nell'ambito del suddetto seminario, la ricorrente fornisce servizi nell'ambito di un contratto con la NFZ. Il progetto è un'unità di analisi a sé stante e copre tutti i compiti necessari per garantire la funzionalità e l'operabilità dell'infrastruttura dopo il completamento del campo di applicazione materiale. Ulteriori compiti di investimento non inclusi nel campo di applicazione materiale non sono necessari per l'avvio dei prodotti del progetto. I prodotti del progetto saranno: Numero di soggetti medicinali beneficiari del sostegno: 1 pezzo; Spese d'investimento per l'acquisto di attrezzature mediche: 1 264 662,23 PLN; Numero di trattamenti nelle entità medicinali beneficiarie: 12.000,00 persone/anno. Il risultato del progetto è: Popolazione coperta da servizi sanitari migliorati: 137.819 persone. Il richiedente, l'investitore e il beneficiario del progetto è il team di assistenza sanitaria pubblica indipendente di ZOZ con sede a Głuchołazy. (Italian)
