Celem głównym projektu jest zmniejszenie niskiej emisji CO2 na terenie gminy Czarnia i województwa mazowieckiego. Cele szczegółowe w obszarze środowiskowo-przyrodniczym: poprawa jakości powietrza, podwyższenie standardu życia mieszkańców, obniżenie kosztów ogrzewania i zużycia energii cieplnej, zwiększenie produkcji energii ze OZE, wzrost efektywności energetycznej budynków prywatnych i publicznych. Cele szczegółowe w obszarze społeczno-ekonomicznym: poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców – komfort życia, stałe dostawy energii, poprawa wizerunku gminy, wzrost atrakcyjności i konkurencyjności województwa, wzmocnienie spójności społecznej. Przedmiotowy projekt polega: - na wymianie źródeł ciepła w domach mieszkalnych na terenie Gminy Czarnia, z kotłów na paliwo stałe (węgiel) o niskiej sprawności energetycznej, na nowe kotły na biomasę (pellet) wraz z oprzyrządowaniem (przewody i armatura, zawory, izolacje, wymiennik ciepła, ciepłomierz, sterownik, pompa obiegu kotłowego, inne); projekt obejmuje montaż 6 źródeł ciepła (5 o mocy 20 kW, 1 o mocy 15 kW), - projekt obejmuje także montaż 6 instalacji fotowoltaicznych (4 o mocy 6 kW, 1 o mocy 6,8 kW, 1 o moc 3 kW); wszystkie instalacje fotowoltaiczne są na potrzeby mieszkaniowe domów objętych wymianą źródeł ciepła na biomasę, - na modernizacji energetycznej 5 budynków użyteczności publicznej. The main objective of the project is to reduce low CO2 emissions in the municipality of Czarnia and the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. Environmental and Nature Specific Objectives: improving air quality, raising the living standards of residents, lowering heating costs and consumption of heat, increasing energy production from RES, increasing the energy efficiency of private and public buildings. Specific objectives in the socio-economic area: improving the quality of life of residents – comfort of life, constant supply of energy, improving the image of the municipality, increasing the attractiveness and competitiveness of the province, strengthening social cohesion. The project in question consists of: — on the exchange of heat sources in residential homes in the municipality of Czarnia, from boilers for solid fuel (coal) with low energy efficiency, to new biomass boilers (pellet) including instrumentation (wires and fittings, valves, insulations, heat exchanger, heat meter, controller, boiler circuit pump, others); the project includes the installation of 6 heat sources (5 with a power of 20 kW, 1 with a power of 15 kW), – the project also includes the installation of 6 photovoltaic installations (4 with 6 kW, 1 with 6.8 kW, 1 with 3 kW power); all photovoltaic installations are for residential purposes of houses covered by the exchange of heat sources for biomass, – for the energy modernisation of 5 public buildings. L’objectif principal du projet est de réduire les faibles émissions de CO2 dans la municipalité de Czarnia et la voïvodie de Mazowieckie. Objectifs spécifiques à l’environnement et à la nature: améliorer la qualité de l’air, relever le niveau de vie des résidents, réduire les coûts de chauffage et la consommation de chaleur, accroître la production d’énergie à partir des sources d’énergie renouvelables, accroître l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments privés et publics. Objectifs spécifiques dans le domaine socio-économique: améliorer la qualité de vie des résidents — confort de vie, approvisionnement constant en énergie, amélioration de l’image de la municipalité, augmentation de l’attractivité et de la compétitivité de la province, renforcement de la cohésion sociale. Le projet en question consiste en: — sur l’échange de sources de chaleur dans les habitations de la commune de Czarnia, depuis les chaudières pour combustibles solides (charbon) à faible efficacité énergétique, jusqu’aux nouvelles chaudières à biomasse (pellet), y compris l’instrumentation (fils et raccords, vannes, isolations, échangeur de chaleur, compteur de chaleur, régulateur, pompe à circuit de chaudière, autres); le projet comprend l’installation de 6 sources de chaleur (5 avec une puissance de 20 kW, 1 avec une puissance de 15 kW), — le projet comprend également l’installation de 6 installations photovoltaïques (4 avec 6 kW, 1 avec 6,8 kW, 1 avec 3 kW); toutes les installations photovoltaïques sont destinées à des usages résidentiels de maisons couvertes par l’échange de sources de chaleur contre la biomasse, — pour la modernisation énergétique de 5 bâtiments publics. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Verringerung der CO2-Emissionen in der Gemeinde Czarnia und der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie. Umwelt- und naturspezifische Ziele: Verbesserung der Luftqualität, Anhebung des Lebensstandards der Anwohner, Senkung der Heizkosten und Wärmeverbrauch, Steigerung der Energieerzeugung aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen, Steigerung der Energieeffizienz privater und öffentlicher Gebäude. Spezifische Ziele im sozioökonomischen Bereich: Verbesserung der Lebensqualität der Bewohner – Komfort des Lebens, ständige Energieversorgung, Verbesserung des Images der Gemeinde, Steigerung der Attraktivität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Provinz, Stärkung des sozialen Zusammenhalts. Das betreffende Projekt besteht aus: — über den Austausch von Wärmequellen in Wohnhäusern in der Gemeinde Czarnia, von Kesseln für feste Brennstoffe (Kohle) mit geringer Energieeffizienz bis hin zu neuen Biomassekesseln (Pulver), einschließlich Instrumente (Draht und Armaturen, Ventile, Isolierungen, Wärmetauscher, Wärmezähler, Regler, Kesselkreispumpe, andere); das Projekt umfasst die Installation von 6 Wärmequellen (5 mit einer Leistung von 20 kW, 1 mit einer Leistung von 15 kW), – das Projekt umfasst auch die Installation von 6 Photovoltaikanlagen (4 mit 6 kW, 1 mit 6,8 kW, 1 mit 3 kW Leistung); alle Photovoltaik-Anlagen sind für Wohnzwecke von Häusern, die unter den Austausch von Wärmequellen für Biomasse fallen, – für die Energiemodernisierung von 5 öffentlichen Gebäuden. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het terugdringen van de lage CO2-uitstoot in de gemeente Czarnia en het woiwodschap Mazowieckie. Specifieke doelstellingen op het gebied van milieu en natuur: verbetering van de luchtkwaliteit, verhoging van de levensstandaard van bewoners, verlaging van de verwarmingskosten en warmteverbruik, verhoging van de energieproductie uit hernieuwbare energiebronnen, verhoging van de energie-efficiëntie van particuliere en openbare gebouwen. Specifieke doelstellingen op sociaal-economisch gebied: verbetering van de levenskwaliteit van de bewoners — comfort van leven, constante energievoorziening, verbetering van het imago van de gemeente, vergroting van de aantrekkelijkheid en het concurrentievermogen van de provincie, versterking van de sociale samenhang. Het project in kwestie bestaat uit: — over de uitwisseling van warmtebronnen in woonhuizen in de gemeente Czarnia, van ketels voor vaste brandstoffen (kool) met een lage energie-efficiëntie, naar nieuwe biomassaketels (pellet) met inbegrip van instrumentatie (draad en fittingen, kleppen, isolaties, warmtewisselaar, warmtemeter, controller, ketelcircuitpomp, andere); het project omvat de installatie van 6 warmtebronnen (5 met een vermogen van 20 kW, 1 met een vermogen van 15 kW), — het project omvat ook de installatie van 6 fotovoltaïsche installaties (4 met 6 kW, 1 met 6,8 kW, 1 met 3 kW); alle fotovoltaïsche installaties zijn bestemd voor woondoeleinden van huizen die onder de uitwisseling van warmtebronnen voor biomassa vallen, — voor de modernisering van de energie van 5 openbare gebouwen. Obiettivi specifici nel settore socioeconomico: migliorare la qualità della vita dei residenti — comfort della vita, approvvigionamento costante di energia, migliorare l'immagine del comune, aumentare l'attrattiva e la competitività della provincia, rafforzare la coesione sociale. Il progetto in questione consiste in: — sullo scambio di fonti di calore in abitazioni residenziali nel comune di Czarnia, dalle caldaie a combustibile solido (carbone) a bassa efficienza energetica, alle nuove caldaie a biomassa (pellet) comprese le strumentazioni (fili e raccordi, valvole, isolanti, scambiatori di calore, contatori di calore, regolatore, pompa a circuito caldaia, altri); il progetto prevede l'installazione di 6 fonti di calore (5 con una potenza di 20 kW, 1 con una potenza di 15 kW), — il progetto prevede anche l'installazione di 6 impianti fotovoltaici (4 con 6 kW, 1 con 6,8 kW, 1 con 3 kW di potenza); tutti gli impianti fotovoltaici sono ad uso residenziale di abitazioni coperte dallo scambio di fonti di calore per la biomassa, — per l'ammodernamento energetico di 5 edifici pubblici.
