Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa i modernizacja oświetlenia zewnętrznego z wymianą opraw oraz budową słupów oświetleniowych. Inwestycja poza zmniejszeniem kosztów eksploatacji zapewni lepsze doświetlenie miejscowości, poprawi walory estetyczne gminy Wilkołaz oraz przyczyni się do poprawy bezpieczeństwa poruszania się po drogach gminy, zarówno dla kierowców, jak i dla pieszych. Grupą docelową będą mieszkańcy Gminy Wilkołaz. Zakres projektu wynika z aktualnego planu gospodarki niskoemisyjnej przyjętego Uchwałą Rady Gminy z dnia 27 maja 2016 r. nr XVII/103/2016 z późniejszymi zmianami. Projekt zakłada monitorowanie zmniejszenia zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku jego realizacji. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: 1.Ostrów-budowa oświetlenia w miejscowości Ostrów od skrzyżowania Wilkołaz-Urzędów-Pułankowice-Ewunin w stronę Urzędowa - długość 1165 m - 23 oprawy-23 słupy 2. Wilkołaz Dolny i Zalesie- budowa oświetlenia w miejscowości Wilkołaz Dolny i Zalesie od drogi powiatowej Zalesie-Białowoda w stronę Wilkołaza Dolnego - długość 2175 m - 49 opraw LED-49 słupów 3. Obroki- modernizacja oświetlenia istniejącego w miejscowości Obroki droga gminna - długość -200 m - 4 sztuki LED do wymiany na nowe 4. Wilkołaz Pierwszy tzw. Zagrody-budowa oświetlenia w miejscowości Wilkołaz Pierwszy tzw. Zagrody - długość-900 m - 18 opraw LED-18 słupów 5. Wilkołaz Górny-modernizacja oświetlenia istniejącego w miejscowości Wilkołaz Górny-długość-200 m- 4 oprawy LED do wymiany 6. The object of the project is the construction and modernisation of external lighting with the replacement of luminaires and the construction of lighting poles. In addition to reducing operating costs, the investment will provide better lighting for the village, improve the aesthetic qualities of the municipality of Wilkołaz and improve the safety of traffic on municipal roads, both for drivers and for pedestrians. Dolny Wilkołaz and Zalesie – construction of lighting in Wilkołaz Dolny and Zalesie from the district road Zalesie-Białowoda towards the Lower Wolf – length 2175 m – 49 LED luminaires-49 poles 3. Obroki – modernisation of lighting existing in the village of Obroki municipal road – length -200 m – 4 pieces of LED to be replaced with new 4. Wetland The First so-called. Homesteads-building of lighting in the village of Wilkołaz First so-called. Pens – length-900 m – 18 LED luminaires-18 poles 5. Wetland Upper-modernisation of lighting existing in the village Wolfłaz Upper-length-200 m- 4 LED luminaires for replacement 6. L’objet du projet est la construction et la modernisation de l’éclairage extérieur par le remplacement des luminaires et la construction de poteaux d’éclairage. En plus de réduire les coûts d’exploitation, l’investissement permettra d’améliorer l’éclairage du village, d’améliorer les qualités esthétiques de la municipalité de Wilkołaz et d’améliorer la sécurité de la circulation sur les routes municipales, tant pour les conducteurs que pour les piétons. Gegenstand des Projektes ist der Bau und die Modernisierung der Außenbeleuchtung durch den Austausch von Leuchten und den Bau von Beleuchtungsstöcken. Neben der Senkung der Betriebskosten werden die Investitionen eine bessere Beleuchtung für das Dorf bieten, die ästhetischen Qualitäten der Gemeinde Wilkołaz verbessern und die Sicherheit des Verkehrs auf kommunalen Straßen sowohl für Fahrer als auch für Fußgänger verbessern. Zielgruppe sind die Einwohner der Gemeinde Wilkołaz. Der Umfang des Projekts ergibt sich aus dem derzeitigen Plan zur CO2-armen Wirtschaft, der mit der Entschließung des Gemeinderats vom 27. Mai 2016 Nr. XVII/103/2016 in der geänderten Fassung angenommen wurde. Das Projekt beinhaltet die Überwachung der Verringerung des Endenergieverbrauchs infolge seiner Umsetzung. Der inhaltliche Geltungsbereich des Projekts umfasst: 1.Ostrów-Bau der Beleuchtung in Ostrów von der Kreuzung Wilkołaz-Urzędów-Pułankowice-Ewunin in Richtung Offizielle – Länge 1 165 m – 23 Leuchten-23 Pole 2. Het doel van het project is de bouw en modernisering van externe verlichting met de vervanging van armaturen en de bouw van verlichtingspalen. De investering zal niet alleen de bedrijfskosten verlagen, maar ook zorgen voor een betere verlichting van het dorp, de esthetische kwaliteiten van de gemeente Wilkołaz verbeteren en de veiligheid van het verkeer op gemeentelijke wegen verbeteren, zowel voor bestuurders als voor voetgangers. Oggetto del progetto è la costruzione e l'ammodernamento dell'illuminazione esterna con la sostituzione degli apparecchi di illuminazione e la costruzione di pali di illuminazione. Oltre a ridurre i costi operativi, l'investimento fornirà una migliore illuminazione per il villaggio, migliorerà le qualità estetiche del comune di Wilkołaz e migliorerà la sicurezza del traffico sulle strade comunali, sia per i conducenti che per i pedoni. Il gruppo target sarà costituito dagli abitanti del comune di Wilkołaz. L'ambito del progetto deriva dall'attuale piano di economia a basse emissioni di carbonio adottato con delibera del Consiglio comunale del 27 maggio 2016 n. XVII/103/2016 e successive modifiche.
