Projekt polega na wdrożeniu wyników prac B+R przeprowadzonych samodzielnie przez przedsiębiorstwo BOLTFAST Sp. z o.o., których rezultatem będzie wdrożenie w nowym zakładzie innowacyjnej technologii nakładania cynku lamelarnego na podłożu cyrkonowym. Rezultatem wdrożenia nowej technologii będzie wprowadzenie na rynek nowych i innowacyjnych grup produktowych/usługowych: elementów złącznych, jak i elementów konstrukcji metalowych, wg rozwiązań nowej technologii. Efektem projektu będzie wdrożenie rozwiązań w zakresie innowacji technologicznej i produktowej – innowacje stosowane poniżej 3 lat na świecie z zakresu wysokich/średnio-wysokich technologii. Projekt wpisuje się w RIS: Zaawansowane Materiały Budowlane i jest zgodny z wpisującymi się w nie niszami specjalizacyjnymi i obszarami gospodarczymi. Wnioskodawca zakłada również zastosowanie technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych (TIK), jak i uwzględnienie aspektów środowiskowych. W ramach projektu nastąpi wzrost zatrudnienia o 6 RJP. Osoby zostaną zatrudnione w związku z planowanym poniesieniem następujących wydatków: ? Budowa nowego zakładu; ? Linia do przygotowania powierzchni dla cynku płatkowego (1 szt.); ? Linia automatyczna do nakładania cynku płatkowego (1 szt.); ? Linia półautomatyczna do nakładania cynku płatkowego (1 szt.); ? Śrutownica (1 szt.); ? Komora do natryskowego nakładania cynku płatkowego (1 szt.); ? Piec do wygrzewania elementów w procesie natryskowego nakładania cynku płatkowego (1 szt.); ? Wózek magazynowy spalinowy (1 szt.); ? Wózek widłowy spalinowy (1 szt.); ? System raportowania produkcji (1 szt.) Szczegółowa analiza rynku i potrzeb klienta wykazała, że występuje rynkowe zapotrzebowanie na nowe produkty/usługi. The project consists of implementing the results of the R & D work carried out by BOLTFAST Sp. z o.o. itself, which will result in the implementation of an innovative technology for applying lamelar zinc on zirconium substrate in the new plant. The implementation of the new technology will result in the introduction of new and innovative product/services groups on the market: fasteners, as well as metal construction components, according to new technology solutions. The result of the project will be the implementation of technological and product innovation solutions – innovations applied less than 3 years in the world in the field of high/medium-high technologies. The project is part of the RIS: Advanced Building Materials and is compatible with their specialisation niches and economic areas. The applicant also assumes the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) and environmental considerations. As part of the project, there will be an increase in employment of 6 FYPs. Persons will be recruited in connection with the planned expenditure: Construction of a new plant; Surface preparation line for zinc flake (1 pcs); Automatic line for applying zinc flake (1 pcs); Semi-automatic line for applying zinc flake (1 pcs); Shot blasting machine (1 piece); Spray chamber for the application of zinc flake (1 pcs); Furnace for soaking elements in the process of spraying zinc flake (1 pcs); Diesel storage trolley (1 pcs); Combustion forklift (1 pcs); Detailed analysis of the market and customer needs showed that there is a market demand for new products/services. Le projet consiste à mettre en œuvre les résultats des travaux de R & D réalisés par BOLTFAST Sp. z o.o. elle-même, ce qui aboutira à la mise en œuvre d’une technologie innovante pour l’application du zinc lamelar sur le substrat de zirconium dans la nouvelle usine. La mise en œuvre de la nouvelle technologie entraînera l’introduction sur le marché de groupes de produits/services nouveaux et innovants: fixations, ainsi que des composants de construction métallique, selon les nouvelles solutions technologiques. Le résultat du projet sera la mise en œuvre de solutions d’innovation technologique et de produits — innovations appliquées moins de 3 ans dans le monde dans le domaine des technologies de haut/moyen-haut. Le projet fait partie du RIS: Matériaux de construction avancés et est compatible avec leurs niches de spécialisation et zones économiques. Le demandeur suppose également l’utilisation des technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) et des considérations environnementales. Dans le cadre du projet, il y aura une augmentation de l’emploi de 6 PCA. Das Projekt besteht in der Umsetzung der Ergebnisse der Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeiten der BOLTFAST Sp. z o.o. selbst, die zur Umsetzung einer innovativen Technologie zur Anwendung von Lamelarz auf Zirkoniumsubstrat in der neuen Anlage führen wird. Die Einführung der neuen Technologie wird zur Einführung neuer und innovativer Produkt-/Dienstleistungsgruppen auf dem Markt führen: Befestigungselemente sowie Metallbauteile nach neuen Technologielösungen. Das Ergebnis des Projekts wird die Umsetzung technologischer und Produktinnovationslösungen sein – Innovationen, die in weniger als drei Jahren weltweit im Bereich der hoch/medium-hohen Technologien eingesetzt werden. Das Projekt ist Teil des RIS: Fortgeschrittene Baustoffe und ist mit ihren Spezialisierungsnischen und Wirtschaftsbereichen kompatibel. Het project bestaat uit de uitvoering van de resultaten van de O & O-werkzaamheden van BOLTFAST Sp. z o.o. zelf, wat zal resulteren in de implementatie van een innovatieve technologie voor het aanbrengen van lamelair zink op zirkoniumsubstraat in de nieuwe fabriek. Il progetto consiste nell'attuare i risultati del lavoro di R & S svolto dalla stessa BOLTFAST Sp. z o.o., che si tradurrà nell'implementazione di una tecnologia innovativa per l'applicazione dello zinco lamelare sul substrato di zirconio nel nuovo impianto. L'attuazione della nuova tecnologia comporterà l'introduzione sul mercato di nuovi e innovativi gruppi di prodotti/servizi: elementi di fissaggio, così come componenti di costruzione in metallo, secondo le nuove soluzioni tecnologiche. Il risultato del progetto sarà l'implementazione di soluzioni tecnologiche e di innovazione di prodotto — innovazioni applicate meno di 3 anni nel mondo nel campo delle tecnologie ad alto/medio-alto. Il progetto fa parte del RIS: Materiali da costruzione avanzati ed è compatibile con le loro nicchie di specializzazione e le aree economiche. La ricorrente assume altresì l'uso delle tecnologie dell'informazione e della comunicazione (TIC) e delle considerazioni ambientali. Nell'ambito del progetto, vi sarà un aumento dell'occupazione di 6 FYP.
