Celem projektu jest zapewnienie odpowiednich środków finansowych dla prawidłowej realizacji zadań związanych z zarządzaniem i wdrażaniem POPW 2014-2020 w 2020 roku. Przewiduje się zapewnienie PARP niezbędnej powierzchni biurowej, usług telekomunikacyjnych, materiałów i usług biurowych oraz opłat skarbowych i kosztów sądowych. W ramach projektu zakłada się finansowanie wydatków mających na celu podnoszenie kwalifikacji zawodowych pracowników i dostosowanie zasobów informatycznych PARP (sprzętowych i systemowych) do wymogów nowych programów. Ponadto ponoszone będą koszty podróży służbowych pracowników PARP związanych z wykonywaniem zadań w ramach POPW, w tym koszty związane z finansowaniem najmu samochodów osobowych. W ramach projektu zapewnione będzie wsparcie IP POPW przez pracowników tymczasowych przy organizacji kolejnych naborów wniosków oraz wsparcie doradcze i eksperckie, w tym w szczególności dotyczące oceny wniosków o dofinansowanie. Projekt zakłada pokrycie kosztów badań ewaluacyjnych POPW, kosztów związanych z informowaniem i promocją POPW 2014-2020 zgodnie z Rocznym Planem Działań Informacyjnych i Promocyjnych Instytucji Pośredniczącej POPW na 2020 r. oraz kosztów dotyczących kontroli projektów realizowanych w ramach PO RPW i POPW. The aim of the project is to provide adequate financial resources for the proper implementation of tasks related to the management and implementation of the 2014-2020 AOP in 2020. It is envisaged to provide PARP with the necessary office space, telecommunications services, office supplies and services, as well as stamp duties and court costs. The project envisages financing expenditure aimed at improving the professional qualifications of employees and adapting PARP’s IT resources (hardware and system) to the requirements of the new programmes. In addition, the mission expenses of PARP staff involved in carrying out tasks under the POPW will be incurred, including costs related to the financing of car rental. The project will provide support to the IBOPW by temporary staff in the organisation of subsequent calls for proposals, as well as advisory and expert support, including in particular concerning the assessment of applications for funding. The project is intended to cover the costs of evaluation studies of the POPW, costs related to information and promotion of the POPW 2014-2020 in accordance with the Annual Information and Promotional Action Plan of the Intermediate Body of the POP for 2020, and costs relating to the control of projects implemented under the OPs and the POPW. L’objectif du projet est de fournir des ressources financières adéquates pour la bonne exécution des tâches liées à la gestion et à la mise en œuvre du POA 2014-2020 en 2020. Il est envisagé de fournir à PARP l’espace de bureau nécessaire, les services de télécommunications, les fournitures et services de bureau, ainsi que les droits de timbre et les frais de justice. Le projet prévoit le financement de dépenses visant à améliorer les qualifications professionnelles des salariés et à adapter les ressources informatiques de PARP (matériel et système) aux exigences des nouveaux programmes. En outre, les frais de mission du personnel du PARP participant à l’exécution des tâches relevant du POPW seront supportés, y compris les coûts liés au financement de la location de voitures. Le projet fournira un soutien à l’IBOPW par du personnel temporaire dans l’organisation d’appels à propositions ultérieurs, ainsi qu’un soutien consultatif et d’experts, notamment en ce qui concerne l’évaluation des demandes de financement. Le projet est destiné à couvrir les coûts des études d’évaluation du POPW, les coûts liés à l’information et à la promotion de la POPW 2014-2020 conformément au plan annuel d’information et d’action promotionnel de l’organe intermédiaire de POP pour 2020, ainsi que les coûts liés au contrôle des projets mis en œuvre dans le cadre des PO et du POPW. Ziel des Projekts ist es, angemessene Finanzmittel für die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Verwaltung und Umsetzung des Jahresaktionsprogramms 2014-2020 im Jahr 2020 bereitzustellen. Es ist vorgesehen, PARP die notwendigen Büroflächen, Telekommunikationsdienstleistungen, Bürobedarf und Dienstleistungen sowie Stempel- und Gerichtskosten bereitzustellen. Das Projekt sieht die Finanzierung von Ausgaben zur Verbesserung der beruflichen Qualifikation der Mitarbeiter und zur Anpassung der IT-Ressourcen (Hardware und System) des PARP an die Anforderungen der neuen Programme vor. Darüber hinaus werden die Dienstreisekosten des PARP-Personals anfallen, das mit der Durchführung von Aufgaben im Rahmen des POPW betraut ist, einschließlich der Kosten für die Finanzierung der Autovermietung. Das Projekt wird die IBOPW durch Bedienstete auf Zeit bei der Durchführung nachfolgender Aufforderungen zur Einreichung von Vorschlägen unterstützen sowie beratende und fachkundige Unterstützung, insbesondere bei der Bewertung von Förderanträgen. Das Projekt soll die Kosten für Evaluierungsstudien des POPW, die Kosten im Zusammenhang mit der Information und Förderung des POPW 2014-2020 gemäß dem jährlichen Informations- und Förderaktionsplan der zwischengeschalteten Stelle des POP für 2020 und die Kosten im Zusammenhang mit der Kontrolle der im Rahmen der OP und der POPW durchgeführten Projekte decken. Doel van het project is te voorzien in voldoende financiële middelen voor de correcte uitvoering van taken in verband met het beheer en de uitvoering van het jaarlijkse werkprogramma 2014-2020 in 2020. Het is de bedoeling PARP te voorzien van de nodige kantoorruimte, telecommunicatiediensten, kantoorbenodigdheden en diensten, alsmede zegelrechten en gerechtskosten. Het project voorziet in financiering van uitgaven om de beroepskwalificaties van werknemers te verbeteren en de IT-middelen van PARP (hardware en systeem) aan te passen aan de eisen van de nieuwe programma’s. Daarnaast zullen de kosten van dienstreizen van PARP-personeel dat betrokken is bij de uitvoering van taken in het kader van de POPW, worden gemaakt, met inbegrip van kosten in verband met de financiering van autoverhuur. Het project zal de IBOPW ondersteunen door tijdelijke functionarissen bij de organisatie van latere oproepen tot het indienen van voorstellen, alsook advies en deskundige ondersteuning, onder meer met betrekking tot de beoordeling van financieringsaanvragen. Het project dient ter dekking van de kosten van evaluatiestudies van de POPW, de kosten in verband met de voorlichting en promotie van het POPW 2014-2020 overeenkomstig het jaarlijkse actieplan voor voorlichting en promotie van het POP voor 2020, en de kosten in verband met de controle van projecten die in het kader van de OP’s en de POPW worden uitgevoerd. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di fornire risorse finanziarie adeguate per la corretta esecuzione dei compiti relativi alla gestione e all'attuazione del POA 2014-2020 nel 2020. Si prevede di fornire a PARP i necessari spazi per uffici, i servizi di telecomunicazione, le forniture e i servizi per ufficio, nonché le imposte di bollo e le spese giudiziarie. Il progetto prevede il finanziamento di spese volte a migliorare le qualifiche professionali dei dipendenti e ad adeguare le risorse informatiche di PARP (hardware e sistema) alle esigenze dei nuovi programmi. Saranno inoltre sostenute le spese di missione del personale PARP coinvolto nell'esecuzione dei compiti nell'ambito del POPW, compresi i costi relativi al finanziamento del noleggio auto. Il progetto fornirà sostegno all'IBOPW da parte di personale temporaneo nell'organizzazione dei successivi inviti a presentare proposte, nonché consulenza e supporto di esperti, anche per quanto riguarda in particolare la valutazione delle domande di finanziamento. Il progetto è destinato a coprire i costi degli studi di valutazione del POPW, i costi relativi all'informazione e alla promozione del POPW 2014-2020 conformemente al piano d'azione annuale di informazione e promozione dell'organismo intermedio del POP per il 2020 e i costi relativi al controllo dei progetti attuati nell'ambito dei PO e del POPW.
