Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia bez pracy, w tym w szczególności osób, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (młodzież NEET) w powiecie wieruszowskim. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. W ramach projektu realizowana jest indywidualna i kompleksowa aktywizacja zawodowo - edukacyjna osób młodych, która opiera się na co najmniej trzech elementach indywidualnej i kompleksowej pomocy wskazanych w typach operacji w ramach Osi I, przy czym opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania jest obligatoryjne. Wsparcie dla osób młodych do 29 r.ż. pozostających bez zatrudnienia jest udzielane w projekcie zgodnie ze standardami określonymi w Planie realizacji Gwarancji dla młodzieży w Polsce, tzn. w ciągu czterech miesięcy osobom młodym zostanie zapewniona wysokiej jakości oferta zatrudnienia, dalszego kształcenia, przyuczenia do zawodu lub stażu. Przy czym, okres czterech miesięcy, w ciągu którego należny udzielić wsparcia liczony jest od dnia przystąpienia do projektu. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to the age of 29 without a job, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (NEETs) in the Wieruszów district. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. As part of the project, individual and comprehensive professional activation of young people is carried out, which is based on at least three elements of individual and comprehensive assistance indicated in the types of operations under Axis I, and the preparation of the Individual Action Plan is mandatory. Support for young people up to 29 years out of employment is provided in the project in accordance with the standards set out in the Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan in Poland, i.e. within four months young people will be provided with a high-quality offer of employment, further education, apprenticeship or internship. A period of four months within which the support to be provided shall be calculated from the date of accession to the project. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité des jeunes jusqu’à l’âge de 29 ans sans emploi, notamment ceux qui ne participent pas à l’éducation et à la formation (NEET) dans le district de Wieruszów. Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Dans le cadre du projet, l’activation professionnelle individuelle et globale des jeunes est réalisée sur la base d’au moins trois éléments d’assistance individuelle et globale indiqués dans les types d’opérations relevant de l’axe I, et l’élaboration du plan d’action individuel est obligatoire. Le projet prévoit une aide aux jeunes jusqu’à 29 ans sans emploi conformément aux normes énoncées dans le plan de mise en œuvre de la garantie pour la jeunesse en Pologne, c’est-à-dire que, dans un délai de quatre mois, les jeunes bénéficieront d’une offre d’emploi, d’une formation continue, d’un apprentissage ou d’un stage de qualité. Un délai de quatre mois au cours duquel le soutien à fournir est calculé à compter de la date d’adhésion au projet. (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit junger Menschen bis zum 29. Lebensjahr ohne Arbeit, insbesondere derjenigen, die nicht an der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung (NEETs) im Landkreis Wieruszów teilnehmen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird eine individuelle und umfassende berufliche Aktivierung junger Menschen durchgeführt, die sich auf mindestens drei Elemente individueller und umfassender Unterstützung stützt, die in den Maßnahmenarten unter Achse I angegeben sind, und die Ausarbeitung des individuellen Aktionsplans ist obligatorisch. Die Unterstützung für junge Menschen bis zu 29 Jahren außerhalb der Beschäftigung wird im Rahmen des Projekts gemäß den im Umsetzungsplan für die Jugendgarantie in Polen festgelegten Standards gewährt, d. h. innerhalb von vier Monaten erhalten junge Menschen ein hochwertiges Angebot an Beschäftigung, Weiterbildung, Lehrlingsausbildung oder Praktikum. Eine Frist von vier Monaten, innerhalb deren die zu gewährende Unterstützung ab dem Tag des Beitritts zum Projekt berechnet wird. (German)

De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het vergroten van de inzetbaarheid van jongeren tot 29 jaar die geen baan hebben, met name jongeren die niet deelnemen aan onderwijs en opleiding (NEET’s) in het district Wieruszów. In het kader van het project wordt voor elke deelnemer de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. In het kader van het project wordt individuele en uitgebreide professionele activering van jongeren uitgevoerd, die gebaseerd is op ten minste drie elementen van individuele en uitgebreide bijstand die zijn aangegeven in de soorten concrete acties in het kader van as I, en de voorbereiding van het individuele actieplan is verplicht. In het project wordt steun verleend aan jongeren tot 29 jaar die geen werk hebben, overeenkomstig de normen van het uitvoeringsplan voor de jongerengarantie in Polen, d.w.z. binnen vier maanden krijgen jongeren een kwalitatief hoogstaand aanbod voor werk, vervolgonderwijs, leerlingplaats of stage. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è aumentare l'occupabilità dei giovani fino a 29 anni senza lavoro, in particolare quelli che non partecipano all'istruzione e alla formazione (NEET) nel distretto di Wieruszów. Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante interessato. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. Nell'ambito del progetto, viene effettuata l'attivazione professionale individuale e completa dei giovani, che si basa su almeno tre elementi di assistenza individuale e globale indicati nei tipi di operazioni nell'ambito dell'asse I, e la preparazione del piano d'azione individuale è obbligatoria. Il progetto fornisce sostegno ai giovani fino a 29 anni di assenza dal lavoro conformemente alle norme stabilite nel piano di attuazione della garanzia per i giovani in Polonia, vale a dire entro quattro mesi i giovani riceveranno un'offerta di elevata qualità di occupazione, istruzione, apprendistato o tirocinio.
