Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w mieście Bielsko-Biała oraz powiecie bielskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia lub samozatrudnienia przez 220 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej każdemu uczestnikowi poprzedzi analiza jego umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the city of Bielsko-Biała and the district of Bielsko. The main result of the project will be 220 people registered in the PLO to take up employment or self-employment. As part of the project, each participant will be preceded by an analysis of his/her skills, predisposition and professional problems. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans la ville de Bielsko-Biała et dans le district de Bielsko. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 220 personnes inscrites à l’OLP pour occuper un emploi ou exercer une activité indépendante. Dans le cadre du projet, chaque participant sera précédé d’une analyse de ses compétences, de sa prédisposition et de ses problèmes professionnels. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi du 20 avril 2004 relative à la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten junger Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die in der Stadt Bielsko-Biała und im Bezirk Bielsko arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird 220 Personen sein, die in der PLO registriert sind, um eine Beschäftigung oder eine selbständige Erwerbstätigkeit aufzunehmen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird jedem Teilnehmer eine Analyse seiner Fähigkeiten, Veranlagung und beruflichen Probleme vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes vom 20. April 2004 über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. (German)

Het doel van het project is het vergroten van de arbeidskansen van jongeren onder de 30 jaar die werkloos zijn in de stad Bielsko-Biała en het district Bielsko. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is 220 personen die in de PLO zijn ingeschreven om in loondienst of als zelfstandige te gaan werken. In het kader van het project wordt elke deelnemer voorafgegaan door een analyse van zijn/haar vaardigheden, aanleg en professionele problemen. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de wet van 20 april 2004 inzake de bevordering van werkgelegenheids- en arbeidsmarktinstellingen. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro dei giovani di età inferiore ai 30 anni disoccupati nella città di Bielsko-Biała e nel distretto di Bielsko. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà di 220 persone registrate presso l'OLP per svolgere un'attività lavorativa o autonoma. Nell'ambito del progetto, ogni partecipante sarà preceduto da un'analisi delle proprie competenze, predisposizione e problemi professionali. Su tale base, l'OLP eseguirà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge del 20 aprile 2004 sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro.
