SA 42799(2015/X) Inwestycja dotyczy przeprowadzenia profesjonalnego procesu projektowego, w celu opracowania nowej rodziny produktów, w postaci mebli o zastosowaniu wewnętrznym, w konstrukcji których wykorzystane zostaną surowce i materiały wtórne. Firma ATERVIN jest zaawansowanym technologicznie recyklerem, specjalizującym się w tzw. recyklingu drugiego stopnia butelki PET. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na istotne poszerzenie oferty firmy. W odniesieniu do realizacji procesu wzorniczego, zaplanowano zakup usług doradczych (pomoc de minimis) w postaci: a) wstępnego audytu wzorniczego (diagnoza) – weryfikacja potencjału firmy ATERVIN oraz analiza otoczenia rynkowego pod kątem zasadności i zakresu opracowania nowego projektu wzorniczego (działanie wykonano przed złożeniem wniosku do oceny); b) syntezy i analizy – określenia strategii dalszych działań niezbędnych do opracowania nowego projektu wzorniczego, w tym opracowanie briefu projektowego oraz określenie kierunków projektowych; c) tworzenia rozwiązań, prototypowania i testowania, związanych z opracowywaniem rysunków, projektów, wersji próbnych i prototypów nowych produktów. Wynikiem zrealizowanego procesu, będą projekty wzornicze, innowacyjnych mebli. Ich wdrożenie do produkcji odbędzie się poprzez zakup niezbędnych środków trwałych: maszyn i urządzeń opisanych w dalszej części wniosku (regionalna pomoc inwestycyjna). Działanie to pozwoli na uzyskanie zupełnie nowych zdolności wytwórczych oraz wyrobów, znacząco udoskonalonych względem rozwiązań dostępnych na rynku (przede wszystkim świadome budowanie przewagi, poprzez eksponowanie faktu wykorzystania surowców z recyklingu). Projekt zostanie zrealizowany w miejscowości Nowe, powiat świecki. Zakładany termin realizacji to 07.2019-12.2020, przy czym część związana z procesem projektowym trwać będzie 12 miesięcy, a wdrożenie 6 miesięcy. Łączna wartość kosztów kwalifikowanych projektu wynosi 1,387mln zł netto. (Polish)

SA 42799(2015/X) The investment concerns carrying out a professional design process in order to develop a new family of products, in the form of interior furniture, which will use raw materials and secondary materials. ATERVIN is a high-tech recycler specialising in the so-called second-stage PET bottle recycling. The implementation of the project will allow for a significant expansion of the company’s offer. With regard to the implementation of the design process, it is planned to purchase advisory services (de minimis aid) in the form of: a) preliminary design audit (diagnosis) – verification of ATERVIN’s potential and analysis of the market environment in terms of the reasonableness and scope of the development of a new design project (the action was carried out before submitting the application for assessment); B) synthesis and analysis – define a strategy for further actions necessary for the development of a new design project, including the preparation of a project brief and the definition of project directions; C) development of solutions, prototyping and testing related to the development of drawings, designs, trial versions and prototypes of new products. The result of the completed process will be design projects, innovative furniture. Their implementation into production will take place by purchasing the necessary fixed assets: machinery and equipment described below (regional investment aid). This will allow to obtain completely new capacities and products, significantly improved compared to the solutions available on the market (primarily consciously building an advantage, by highlighting the use of recycled raw materials). The project will be carried out in the village of Nowe, secular district. The planned deadline for implementation is 07.2019-12.2020, with the part related to the project process taking 12 months and the implementation of 6 months. SA 42799(2015/X) L’investissement concerne la réalisation d’un processus de conception professionnelle afin de développer une nouvelle famille de produits, sous forme de meubles d’intérieur, qui utiliseront des matières premières et des matériaux secondaires. ATERVIN est un recycleur de haute technologie spécialisé dans le recyclage des bouteilles PET de deuxième étape. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra une expansion significative de l’offre de l’entreprise. En ce qui concerne la mise en œuvre du processus de conception, il est prévu d’acheter des services de conseil (aides de minimis) sous la forme: a) audit préliminaire de conception (diagnostic) — vérification du potentiel d’ATERVIN et analyse de l’environnement du marché en ce qui concerne le caractère raisonnable et l’étendue du développement d’un nouveau projet de conception (l’action a été réalisée avant la présentation de la demande d’évaluation); B) synthèse et analyse — définir une stratégie pour les actions supplémentaires nécessaires à l’élaboration d’un nouveau projet de conception, y compris la préparation d’un mémoire de projet et la définition des orientations du projet; C) le développement de solutions, le prototypage et les essais liés au développement de dessins, de dessins, de versions d’essai et de prototypes de nouveaux produits. Le résultat du processus terminé sera des projets de conception, des meubles innovants. Leur mise en œuvre dans la production se fera par l’achat des immobilisations nécessaires: machines et équipements décrits ci-dessous (aides régionales à l’investissement). Cela permettra d’obtenir des capacités et des produits totalement nouveaux, nettement améliorés par rapport aux solutions disponibles sur le marché (principalement en créant consciemment un avantage, en mettant en évidence l’utilisation de matières premières recyclées). Le projet sera réalisé dans le village de Nowe, district laïque. La date limite prévue pour la mise en œuvre est fixée au 07.2019-12.2020, la partie relative au processus de projet prenant 12 mois et la mise en œuvre de 6 mois. SA 42799(2015/X) Die Investition betrifft die Durchführung eines professionellen Designprozesses, um eine neue Produktfamilie in Form von Innenmöbeln zu entwickeln, die Rohstoffe und Sekundärmaterialien verwenden. ATERVIN ist ein Hightech-Recycler, der sich auf das sogenannte zweite PET-Flaschenrecycling spezialisiert hat. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird eine deutliche Erweiterung des Unternehmensangebots ermöglichen. Im Hinblick auf die Durchführung des Planungsprozesses ist geplant, Beratungsleistungen (De-minimis-Beihilfen) in Form von a) Vorentwurfsprüfung (Diagnose) – Überprüfung des Potenzials von ATERVIN und Analyse des Marktumfelds im Hinblick auf die Angemessenheit und den Umfang der Entwicklung eines neuen Entwurfsprojekts (die Maßnahme wurde vor Einreichung des Antrags auf Bewertung durchgeführt); B) Synthese und Analyse – Festlegung einer Strategie für weitere Maßnahmen, die für die Entwicklung eines neuen Entwurfsprojekts erforderlich sind, einschließlich der Erstellung eines Projektbriefs und der Festlegung von Projektbeschreibungen; C) Entwicklung von Lösungen, Prototypen und Tests im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung von Zeichnungen, Designs, Testversionen und Prototypen neuer Produkte. Das Ergebnis des abgeschlossenen Prozesses sind Designprojekte, innovative Möbel. Ihre Umsetzung in die Produktion erfolgt durch den Erwerb der erforderlichen Anlagegüter: nachstehend beschriebene Maschinen und Ausrüstungen (regionale Investitionsbeihilfen). Dies wird es ermöglichen, völlig neue Kapazitäten und Produkte zu erhalten, die im Vergleich zu den auf dem Markt verfügbaren Lösungen deutlich verbessert werden (hauptsächlich bewusster Aufbau eines Vorteils durch Hervorhebung des Einsatzes von recycelten Rohstoffen). Das Projekt wird im Dorf Nowe, säkularem Bezirk, durchgeführt. Die Frist für die Umsetzung ist der 07.2019-12.2020, wobei der Teil im Zusammenhang mit dem Projektprozess 12 Monate und die Umsetzung von 6 Monaten dauert. SA 42799(2015/X) De investering betreft het uitvoeren van een professioneel ontwerpproces voor de ontwikkeling van een nieuwe familie van producten, in de vorm van interieurmeubilair, waarin grondstoffen en secundaire materialen zullen worden gebruikt. ATERVIN is een hightech recycler gespecialiseerd in de zogenaamde tweede fase PET-fles recycling. De uitvoering van het project zal een aanzienlijke uitbreiding van het aanbod van het bedrijf mogelijk maken. Met betrekking tot de uitvoering van het ontwerpproces is het de bedoeling om adviesdiensten (de-minimissteun) aan te schaffen in de vorm van: a) voorafgaande ontwerpaudit (diagnose) — verificatie van het potentieel van ATERVIN en analyse van de marktomgeving in termen van de redelijkheid en reikwijdte van de ontwikkeling van een nieuw ontwerpproject (de actie is uitgevoerd voordat de aanvraag tot beoordeling werd ingediend); B) synthese en analyse — een strategie vaststellen voor verdere acties die nodig zijn voor de ontwikkeling van een nieuw ontwerpproject, met inbegrip van de voorbereiding van een projectbeschrijving en de vaststelling van projectrichtingen; C) ontwikkeling van oplossingen, prototyping en testen met betrekking tot de ontwikkeling van tekeningen, ontwerpen, proefversies en prototypes van nieuwe producten. Het resultaat van het voltooide proces is ontwerpprojecten, innovatief meubilair. De implementatie ervan in productie vindt plaats door de aankoop van de nodige vaste activa: hieronder beschreven machines en uitrusting (regionale investeringssteun). Hierdoor kunnen volledig nieuwe capaciteiten en producten worden verkregen, die aanzienlijk zijn verbeterd ten opzichte van de oplossingen die op de markt beschikbaar zijn (vooral bewust bouwen aan een voordeel, door het gebruik van gerecycleerde grondstoffen te benadrukken). Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in het dorp Nowe, seculiere wijk. De geplande uiterste datum voor de uitvoering is 07.2019-12.2020, waarbij het deel dat betrekking heeft op het projectproces 12 maanden in beslag neemt en de uitvoering van 6 maanden duurt. SA 42799(2015/X) L'investimento riguarda lo svolgimento di un processo di progettazione professionale al fine di sviluppare una nuova famiglia di prodotti, sotto forma di mobili per interni, che utilizzeranno materie prime e materiali secondari. ATERVIN è un riciclatore high-tech specializzato nel cosiddetto riciclo delle bottiglie in PET di seconda fase. L'attuazione del progetto consentirà una significativa espansione dell'offerta dell'azienda. Per quanto riguarda l'attuazione del processo di progettazione, si prevede di acquistare servizi di consulenza (aiuti de minimis) sotto forma di: a) audit preliminare di progettazione (diagnosi) — verifica del potenziale di ATERVIN e analisi dell'ambiente di mercato in termini di ragionevolezza e portata dello sviluppo di un nuovo progetto di progettazione (l'azione è stata effettuata prima della presentazione della domanda di valutazione); B) sintesi e analisi — definire una strategia per ulteriori azioni necessarie per lo sviluppo di un nuovo progetto di progettazione, compresa la preparazione di un brief di progetto e la definizione delle direzioni del progetto; C) sviluppo di soluzioni, prototipazione e test relativi allo sviluppo di disegni, progetti, versioni di prova e prototipi di nuovi prodotti. Il risultato del processo completato sarà progetti di design, mobili innovativi. La loro messa in produzione avverrà acquistando le necessarie immobilizzazioni: macchinari e attrezzature descritti di seguito (aiuti regionali agli investimenti). Ciò consentirà di ottenere capacità e prodotti completamente nuovi, notevolmente migliorati rispetto alle soluzioni disponibili sul mercato (principalmente coscientemente costruire un vantaggio, evidenziando l'utilizzo di materie prime riciclate). Il progetto sarà realizzato nel villaggio di Nowe, distretto secolare. Il termine previsto per l'attuazione è il 7.2019-12.2020, con la parte relativa al processo di progetto dura 12 mesi e l'attuazione di 6 mesi.
