SA 42799(2015/X) Celem projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności i innowacyjności Wnioskodawcy poprzez nawiązanie współpracy z jednostką badawczą - Wojskową Akademią Techniczną, Wydziałem Inżynierii Lądowej i Geodezji wybraną zgodnie z zasadą konkurencyjności. Zakupiona usługa dotyczy opracowania nowej receptury kostki betonowej zawierającej znaczny udział materiałów odpadowych lub porecyklingowych. Nowa receptura będzie stanowiła innowację produktową w ofercie Zamawiającego oraz względem konkurencji. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca zakupi usługę badawczą polegającą na opracowaniu nowej receptury kostki betonowej zawierającej znaczny udział materiałów odpadowych lub porecyklingowych. Do wdrożenia wyników prac B+R Wnioskodawca otrzyma końcową analizę przydatności materiałów odpadowych i porecyklingowych w postaci składu/receptury mieszanki do produkcji kostki brukowej. Ponadto w ramach zleconych prac badawczych zostanie wykonany prototyp kostki brukowej. Projekt obejmuje włączenie użytkowników końcowych - opinie i recenzje użytkowników będą przeprowadzone i uwzględnione od momentu opracowania wariantowych receptur mieszanek betonowych z dodatkiem wytypowanych materiałów odpadowych i porecyklingowych przeznaczonych do badań laboratoryjnych. Dodatkowo gotowy wyrób zostanie przekazany do testowania w warunkach normalnego użytkowania. Realizacja projektu i późniejsze wdrożenie wyników zleconych prac B+R przyniesienie wymierne rezultaty: dywersyfikację oferty, wzrost przychodów, wdrożenie rozwiązań przyjaznych środowisku, oszczędności w procesie produkcyjnym. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany od 1 czerwca 2020 roku do 31 maja 2021 roku. Przedsięwzięcie jest przygotowane pod względem technicznym, organizacyjnym oraz finansowym. Wnioskodawca posiada niezbędne środki finansowe i zasoby do realizacji projektu. (Polish)

SA 42799(2015/X) The aim of the project is to increase the Applicant’s competitiveness and innovation by establishing cooperation with a research unit – the Military University of Technology, the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodesy selected in accordance with the principle of competitiveness. The service purchased concerns the development of a new concrete cube recipe containing a significant proportion of waste or post-recycling materials. The new formula will constitute a product innovation in the offer of the Ordering Party and in relation to the competition. As part of the project, the Applicant will purchase a research service consisting of the development of a new formulation of concrete cubes containing a significant proportion of waste or post-recycling materials. For the implementation of the results of the R & D work, the Applicant will receive a final analysis of the usefulness of waste and post-recycling materials in the form of composition/recipe of the mixture for the production of paving stones. In addition, as part of the commissioned research work, a prototype of the paving stone will be made. The project includes the inclusion of end-users – opinions and user reviews will be carried out and taken into account since the development of variant formulations of concrete mixtures with the addition of selected waste and post-recycling materials intended for laboratory testing. In addition, the finished device will be submitted for testing under normal conditions of use. Implementation of the project and subsequent implementation of the results of the commissioned R & D work will bring tangible results: diversification of the offer, increase in revenues, implementation of environmentally friendly solutions, savings in the production process. The project will be implemented from 1 June 2020 to 31 May 2021. The project is technically, organisationally and financially prepared. The applicant has the necessary financial resources and resources to carry out the project. (English)

SA 42799(2015/X) L’objectif du projet est d’accroître la compétitivité et l’innovation de la requérante en établissant une coopération avec une unité de recherche — l’université militaire de technologie, la faculté de génie civil et de géodésie sélectionnée conformément au principe de compétitivité. Le service acheté concerne le développement d’une nouvelle recette de cube de béton contenant une proportion importante de déchets ou de matériaux de post-recyclage. La nouvelle formule constituera une innovation de produit dans l’offre du Commandant et par rapport à la concurrence. Dans le cadre du projet, la requérante achètera un service de recherche consistant à mettre au point une nouvelle formulation de cubes de béton contenant une proportion importante de déchets ou de matériaux post-recyclage. Pour la mise en œuvre des résultats des travaux de R & D, la requérante recevra une analyse finale de l’utilité des déchets et des matériaux post-recyclage sous forme de composition/recette du mélange pour la production de pavés. En outre, dans le cadre des travaux de recherche commandés, un prototype de la pierre de pavage sera réalisé. Le projet comprend l’inclusion d’utilisateurs finaux — des avis et des examens des utilisateurs seront réalisés et pris en compte depuis la mise au point de variantes de formulations de mélanges de béton avec l’ajout de déchets sélectionnés et de matériaux de post-recyclage destinés à des essais en laboratoire. En outre, le dispositif fini sera soumis à des essais dans des conditions normales d’utilisation. La mise en œuvre du projet et la mise en œuvre ultérieure des résultats des travaux de R & D commandés apporteront des résultats tangibles: diversification de l’offre, augmentation des revenus, mise en œuvre de solutions respectueuses de l’environnement, économies dans le processus de production. Le projet sera mis en œuvre du 1er juin 2020 au 31 mai 2021. Le projet est préparé sur les plans technique, organisationnel et financier. SA 42799(2015/X) Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Innovation des Antragstellers durch die Zusammenarbeit mit einer Forschungseinheit – der Military University of Technology, der Fakultät für Bauingenieurwesen und Geodäsie, die nach dem Grundsatz der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit ausgewählt wurde, zu erhöhen. Die gekaufte Dienstleistung betrifft die Entwicklung eines neuen Betonwürfelrezepts, das einen erheblichen Anteil an Abfall- oder Nach-Recycling-Materialien enthält. Die neue Formel wird eine Produktinnovation im Angebot der anordnenden Partei und in Bezug auf den Wettbewerb darstellen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird die Klägerin einen Forschungsdienst erwerben, der in der Entwicklung einer neuen Formulierung von Betonwürfeln besteht, die einen erheblichen Anteil an Abfall- oder Nach-Recycling-Materialien enthalten. Für die Durchführung der Ergebnisse der F & E-Arbeit erhält der Antragsteller eine abschließende Analyse des Nutzens von Abfällen und Materialien nach dem Recycling in Form von Zusammensetzung/Rezept der Mischung für die Herstellung von Pflastersteinen. Darüber hinaus wird im Rahmen der Auftragsforschung ein Prototyp des Pflastersteins hergestellt. Das Projekt umfasst die Einbeziehung von Endnutzern – Meinungen und Nutzerüberprüfungen werden seit der Entwicklung von Variantenformulierungen von Betonmischungen unter Hinzufügung ausgewählter Abfall- und Nach-Recycling-Materialien für Laboruntersuchungen durchgeführt und berücksichtigt. Darüber hinaus wird das fertige Gerät zur Prüfung unter normalen Verwendungsbedingungen eingereicht. Die Durchführung des Projekts und die anschließende Umsetzung der Ergebnisse der in Auftrag gegebenen FuE-Arbeiten werden greifbare Ergebnisse bringen: Diversifizierung des Angebots, Umsatzsteigerung, Umsetzung umweltfreundlicher Lösungen, Einsparungen im Produktionsprozess. Das Projekt wird vom 1. Juni 2020 bis zum 31. Mai 2021 durchgeführt. Das Projekt ist technisch, organisatorisch und finanziell vorbereitet. Der Antragsteller verfügt über die für die Durchführung des Projekts erforderlichen Finanzmittel und Ressourcen. (German)

SA 42799(2015/X) Het doel van het project is het concurrentievermogen en de innovatie van de aanvrager te vergroten door samenwerking op te zetten met een onderzoekseenheid — de Militaire Technische Universiteit, de Faculteit Civiele Techniek en Geodesie geselecteerd in overeenstemming met het concurrentievermogensbeginsel. De aangekochte dienst betreft de ontwikkeling van een nieuw betonblokrecept dat een aanzienlijk deel afval of materialen na recycling bevat. De nieuwe formule vormt een productinnovatie in het aanbod van de partij die het bevel geeft en met betrekking tot de mededinging. In het kader van het project zal de aanvrager een onderzoeksdienst aanschaffen die bestaat uit de ontwikkeling van een nieuwe formulering van betonblokjes die een aanzienlijk deel afval of postrecyclingmaterialen bevatten. Voor de uitvoering van de resultaten van de O & O-werkzaamheden ontvangt de aanvrager een definitieve analyse van het nut van afval en postrecyclingmaterialen in de vorm van samenstelling/recept van het mengsel voor de productie van bestratingsstenen. Daarnaast zal in het kader van het uitgevoerde onderzoek een prototype van de bestratingssteen worden gemaakt. Het project omvat de opname van eindgebruikers — de meningen en gebruikersbeoordelingen zullen worden uitgevoerd en in aanmerking worden genomen sinds de ontwikkeling van variantformuleringen van betonmengsels met de toevoeging van geselecteerde afvalstoffen en postrecyclingmaterialen die bestemd zijn voor laboratoriumtests. Bovendien zal het afgewerkte apparaat onder normale gebruiksomstandigheden worden getest. De uitvoering van het project en de daaropvolgende uitvoering van de resultaten van de O & O-werkzaamheden in opdracht zullen tastbare resultaten opleveren: diversificatie van het aanbod, verhoging van de inkomsten, implementatie van milieuvriendelijke oplossingen, besparingen in het productieproces. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd van 1 juni 2020 tot en met 31 mei 2021. Het project is technisch, organisatorisch en financieel voorbereid. SA 42799(2015/X) L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare la competitività e l'innovazione del Richiedente stabilendo la collaborazione con un'unità di ricerca — l'Università Militare di Tecnologia, la Facoltà di Ingegneria Civile e Geodesia selezionata secondo il principio di competitività. Il servizio acquistato riguarda lo sviluppo di una nuova ricetta cubo di cemento contenente una percentuale significativa di rifiuti o materiali post-riciclaggio. La nuova formula costituirà un'innovazione di prodotto nell'offerta della parte ordinante e in relazione alla concorrenza. Nell'ambito del progetto, il richiedente acquisterà un servizio di ricerca consistente nello sviluppo di una nuova formulazione di cubi di calcestruzzo contenenti una percentuale significativa di rifiuti o materiali post-riciclaggio. Per l'attuazione dei risultati dei lavori di R & S, il richiedente riceverà un'analisi finale dell'utilità dei rifiuti e dei materiali postriciclaggio sotto forma di composizione/ricetta della miscela per la produzione di pietre da pavimentazione. Inoltre, nell'ambito del lavoro di ricerca commissionato, verrà realizzato un prototipo della pietra da pavimentazione. Il progetto prevede l'inclusione degli utilizzatori finali — le opinioni e le revisioni degli utenti saranno effettuate e prese in considerazione dopo lo sviluppo di formulazioni varianti di miscele di calcestruzzo con l'aggiunta di rifiuti selezionati e materiali post-riciclaggio destinati a prove di laboratorio. Inoltre, il dispositivo finito sarà sottoposto a prova in normali condizioni d'uso. L'attuazione del progetto e la successiva attuazione dei risultati dei lavori di R & S commissionati produrranno risultati tangibili: diversificazione dell'offerta, aumento delle entrate, implementazione di soluzioni ecocompatibili, risparmio nel processo produttivo. Il progetto sarà attuato dal 1º giugno 2020 al 31 maggio 2021. Il progetto è preparato dal punto di vista tecnico, organizzativo e finanziario. Il richiedente dispone delle risorse e delle risorse finanziarie necessarie per realizzare il progetto. (Italian)
