Projekt ukierunkowany jest na aktywizację społeczno-zawodową z wykorzystaniem instrumentów aktywizacji edukacyjnej, społecznej i zawodowej uwzględniające wsparcie osób i rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym w okresie od 08.01. 2018 do 30.06 2019 roku. Zakłada udzielenie kompleksowego wsparcia które ma za zadanie przywrócić na rynek pracy oraz przywrócić do pełnego uczestnictwa w życiu społecznym 32 os (27K5M) zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym w tym co najmniej 17,69 % os niepełnosprawnych, niesamodzielnych zamieszkujących teren gminy Drawno (woj.zachodniopomorskie), korzystające z pomocy społecznej kwalifikujące się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społecznej zgodnie z ustawą z 12.03.2004 r. o pomocy społecznej i pomocą w ramach programu PŻ. Obejmuje przeprowadzenie kompleksowych działań mających na celu przywrócenie na rynek pracy oraz do pełnego uczestnictwa w życiu społecznym osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym z wykorzystaniem usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym,zawodowym, edukacyjnym. The project aims at socio-occupational activation using educational, social and occupational activation instruments that include support for people and families at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion in the period from 08.01. 2018 to 30.06 years, 2019. It envisages providing comprehensive support aimed at restoring to the labour market and restoring to full participation in society 32 people (27K5M) at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, including at least 17.69 % of people with disabilities, dependents living in the area of Drawno (Western Pomeranian Voivodeship), benefiting from social assistance eligible for social assistance in accordance with the Act of 12.03.2004 on Social Assistance and Assistance under the PŻ programme. Includes the implementation of comprehensive actions to restore people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion to the labour market and to fully participate in the social life of people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion through active inclusion services of a social, occupational, educational nature. Le projet vise l’activation socioprofessionnelle à l’aide d’instruments éducatifs, sociaux et professionnels d’activation qui incluent le soutien aux personnes et aux familles exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale au cours de la période allant du 08.01. De 2018 au 30.6.2019. L’objectif est de fournir un soutien global pour rétablir le marché du travail et rétablir 32 personnes (27K5M) à la pleine participation à la société menacée de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, y compris au moins 17,69 % des personnes handicapées, des personnes à charge vivant dans la commune de Drawno (Voïvodie de Poméranie occidentale), bénéficiant de l’aide sociale pouvant bénéficier de l’aide sociale conformément à la loi du 12 mars 2004 relative à l’assistance et à l’assistance sociales dans le cadre du programme P’. Il comprend des mesures globales pour rétablir le marché du travail et la pleine participation à la société des personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, en recourant à des services d’inclusion active à caractère social, professionnel et éducatif. Ziel des Projekts ist die Aktivierung von sozial-beruflichen Aktivitäten unter Einsatz von Bildungs-, Sozial- und Berufsaktivierungsinstrumenten, die die Unterstützung von von Armut und/oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Personen und Familien in der Zeit vom 08.01. 2018 bis 30.06.2019. Ziel ist es, eine umfassende Unterstützung für die Wiederherstellung des Arbeitsmarktes und die Wiederherstellung von 32 Menschen (27K5M) zur vollen Teilhabe an der von Armut und/oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Gesellschaft zu leisten, darunter mindestens 17,69 % der Behinderten, abhängige Personen, die in der Gemeinde Drawno (Woiwodschaft Westpommern) leben und Sozialhilfe gemäß dem Gesetz vom 12. März 2004 über Sozialhilfe und Sozialhilfe im Rahmen des PŻ-Programms erhalten. Sie umfasst umfassende Maßnahmen zur Wiederherstellung des Arbeitsmarktes und zur vollständigen Teilhabe von von Armut und/oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Menschen an der Gesellschaft, wobei soziale, berufliche und bildungsbezogene Dienstleistungen zur aktiven Eingliederung genutzt werden. Het project is gericht op sociaal-beroepsactivering met behulp van educatieve, sociale en professionele activeringsinstrumenten, waaronder steun voor mensen en gezinnen die in de periode vanaf 08 januari het risico lopen op armoede en/of sociale uitsluiting. 2018 tot en met 30.6.2019. Het doel is alomvattende steun te verlenen om de arbeidsmarkt te herstellen en 32 mensen (27K5M) volledig te laten participeren in de samenleving die het risico loopt op armoede en/of sociale uitsluiting, met inbegrip van ten minste 17,69 % van de gehandicapten, afhankelijke personen die in de gemeente Drawno (West-Pommeren woiwodschap) wonen en sociale bijstand ontvangen die in aanmerking komt voor sociale bijstand overeenkomstig de wet van 12 maart 2004 inzake sociale bijstand en bijstand in het kader van het P-programma. Het omvat omvattende maatregelen om de arbeidsmarkt te herstellen en de volledige participatie in de samenleving van mensen die het risico lopen op armoede en/of sociale uitsluiting te participeren, door gebruik te maken van actieve inclusiediensten van sociale, beroeps- en educatieve aard. Il progetto è finalizzato all'attivazione socio-professionale utilizzando strumenti educativi, sociali e professionali di attivazione che includono il sostegno a persone e famiglie a rischio di povertà e/o esclusione sociale nel periodo a partire dalle 08.01. Dal 2018 al 30.6.2019. L'obiettivo è fornire un sostegno globale per ripristinare il mercato del lavoro e ripristinare 32 persone (27K5M) alla piena partecipazione alla società a rischio di povertà e/o esclusione sociale, tra cui almeno il 17,69 % delle persone disabili e non autosufficienti che vivono nel comune di Drawno (Vovodato della Pomerania occidentale), che beneficiano di un'assistenza sociale ammissibile all'assistenza sociale ai sensi della legge del 12 marzo 2004 sull'assistenza e l'assistenza sociale nell'ambito del programma PŻ. Comprende misure globali per ripristinare il mercato del lavoro e la piena partecipazione alla società delle persone a rischio di povertà e/o di esclusione sociale, utilizzando servizi di inclusione attiva di natura sociale, professionale ed educativa.
