Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Zachodniopomorskie Centrum Onkologii w Szczecinie - szpital, którego organem tworzącym jest Zarząd Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego. Planowana przez Wnioskodawcę inwestycja pn. „ Budowa elektrowni fotowoltaicznej wraz z przyłączami elektroenergetycznymi, posadowiona będzie na nieruchomości oznaczonej jako działka ewidencyjna nr 32/8, obręb 3089, dla której wydzielona jest i prowadzona przez Sąd Rejonowy Szczecin Prawobrzeże i Zachód w Szczecinie księga wieczysta nr SZ1S/00111508/4. Przedmiotem projektu będzie budowa dwóch elektrowni fotowoltaicznych technicznie i technologicznie niezależnych, o mocy 399,84 kW i 18,36 kW, składających się ze źródła pozyskiwania i przetwarzania energii promieniowania słonecznego na energię elektryczną, urządzeń techniczno-technologicznych przetwarzających wytworzoną energię elektryczną do parametrów użytkowych odbiorców energii, linii kablowych służących przesyłaniu wytworzonej energii oraz infrastruktury technicznej towarzyszącej, związanej z eksploatacją, nadzorem technicznym elektrowni oraz ochroną i bezpieczeństwem. Wytworzona w ten sposób energia elektryczna wykorzystana będzie na potrzeby własne szpitala. Genezą problemu, który projekt ma rozwiązać są rosnące w ostatnich latach koszty związane z energią elektryczną wykorzystywaną przez Szpital do codziennej działalności. W ostatnich kilku latach Zachodniopomorskie Centrum Onkologii w Szczecinie zakończyło szereg inwestycji budowlano-doposażeniowych na terenie szpitala. Powstały nowe budynki, w których usytuowano nowe oddziały szpitalne, dokonano również inwestycji w sprzęt medyczny ( nowy rezonans magnetyczny, tomograf). Wszystkie te działania spowodowały znaczny wzrost kosztów związanych z zapewnieniem energii elektrycznej niezbędnej do funkcjonowania czy to nowego sprzętu medycznego czy też oświetlenia nowych pomieszczeń powstałych w ramach infrastruktury szpitala. SZ1S/00111508/4. The project will be the construction of two photovoltaic power plants technically and technologically independent, with a capacity of 399.84 kW and 18,36 kW, consisting of a source of solar radiation to electricity, technological and technological equipment converting generated electricity to the performance parameters of energy consumers, cable lines for the transmission of generated energy and technical infrastructure associated with operation, technical supervision of the power plant and security and safety. The electricity generated in this way will be used for the hospital’s own needs. Le demandeur du projet est le Centre d’oncologie de Poméranie occidentale de Szczecin, hôpital dont le corps est le Zachodniopomorskie Voïvodeship Board. Le projet d’investissement de la requérante: «La construction d’une centrale photovoltaïque, ainsi que les connexions électriques, seront situées sur des biens immobiliers désignés comme parcelle cadastrale no 32/8, zone 3089, pour laquelle le tribunal de district de Szczecin Prawbrzeże et l’ouest de Szczecin sont séparés et tenus à jour par le registre foncier no SZ1S/00111508/4. Le projet se concentrera sur la construction de deux centrales photovoltaïques techniquement et technologiquement indépendantes, d’une capacité de 399,84 kW et 18,36 kW, consistant en une source d’acquisition et de conversion de l’énergie solaire en électricité, des équipements techniques et technologiques convertissant l’électricité produite aux paramètres d’utilité des consommateurs d’énergie, des lignes de câbles pour le transport de l’énergie produite et l’infrastructure technique associée à l’exploitation, la supervision technique de la centrale et la sécurité et la sûreté. Geplante Investition des Antragstellers: „Der Bau eines Photovoltaik-Kraftwerks wird zusammen mit Stromanschlüssen auf einer als Katastergrundstück Nr. 32/8, Fläche 3089 ausgewiesenen Liegenschaft liegen, für die das Bezirksgericht Szczecin Prawbrzeże und West in Szczecin durch das Grundbuch Nr. SZ1S/00111508/4 getrennt und gepflegt wird. De aanvrager van het project is het centrum voor oncologie van West-Pommeren in Szczecin, een ziekenhuis waarvan het woiwodschapsbestuur Zachodniopomorskie is. Il progetto si concentrerà sulla costruzione di due centrali fotovoltaiche tecniche e tecnologicamente indipendenti, con una capacità di 399,84 kW e 18,36 kW, consistenti in una fonte di acquisizione e conversione di energia solare in energia elettrica, apparecchiature tecniche e tecnologiche che convertono l'elettricità generata ai parametri di utilità dei consumatori di energia, linee di cavo per la trasmissione di energia generata e l'infrastruttura tecnica associata al funzionamento, supervisione tecnica della centrale elettrica e sicurezza e sicurezza. L'elettricità prodotta in questo modo sarà utilizzata per le esigenze proprie dell'ospedale.
