Podejmowana interwencja nakierowana jest na działania usprawniające komunikację publiczną w Gminie Pełczyce, tj. zmniejszenia zatorów i wprowadzenie ułatwień w zakresie korzystania z transportu publicznego. Projekt dotyczy budowy drogi dla rowerów łączącej Gminę Barlinek z centrum miasta w Pełczycach stanowiącą alternatywną trasę dojazdu do Pełczyc dla transportu indywidualnego. W ramach inwestycji zostaną wybudowane również dwa miejsca postojowe – przy strefie inwestycyjnej oraz w centrum miasta. Długość planowanej ścieżki rowerowej wynosi 4,747 km. W ramach realizacji inwestycji konieczne jest wykonanie następujących zadań: • Opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej • Opracowanie studium wykonalności • Budowa drogi rowerowej w ciągu drogi powiatowej (km 0+137,40) • Budowa drogi w ciągu drogi wojewódzkiej (km 0+407,16) • Budowa drogi rowerowej po nasypie kolejowym (km 4+202,48) • Nadzór inwestorski • Tablice informacyjno-promocyjne (2 szt.) • Działania informacyjno-promocyjne • Koszty pośrednie. Pomiędzy tymi odcinkami zmianie ulegnie organizacja ruchu, której zadaniem będzie ułatwienie poruszania i pierwszeństwo dla rowerzystów (również dzięki instalacji 2 sygnalizacji świetlnych z detektorem ruchu przy ul. B. Chrobrego). W wyniku realizacji projektu osiągnięty zostanie wskaźnik produktu: długość wybudowanych dróg dla rowerów - 4,747km. Projekt będzie realizowany w ramach Kontraktu Samorządowego "Lider Pojezierza". Projekt znajduje się na liście projektów priorytetowych KS. (Polish)

The intervention is aimed at measures to improve public transport in the Pełczyce Municipality, i.e. reducing congestion and facilitating the use of public transport. The project concerns the construction of a road for bicycles connecting the Barlinek Municipality with the city centre in Pełczyce, which is an alternative route to Pełczyc for individual transport. As part of the investment, two parking places will also be built – next to the investment zone and in the city centre. The length of the planned cycle path is 4.747 km. As part of the implementation of the investment, the following tasks must be carried out: • Developing technical documentation • Developing a feasibility study • Construction of a bicycle road within the district road (km 0 + 137.40) • Construction of the road within the voivodeship road (km 0 + 407.16) • Construction of a bicycle road on a railway embankment (km 4 + 202.48) • Investor supervision • Information and promotional tables (2 pcs) • Information and promotion activities • Intermediary costs. Between these sections, the traffic organisation will change to facilitate movement and priority for cyclists (also thanks to the installation of 2 traffic signals with a traffic detector on the street. B. Chrobrego). As a result of the project, the output indicator will be achieved: length of built roads for bicycles – 4.747 km. The project will be implemented within the framework of the Local Government Contract “The Leader of the Lake District”. The project is included in the list of priority projects of the SSC. (English)

L’intervention vise à améliorer les transports publics dans la municipalité de Pełczyce, c’est-à-dire à réduire la congestion et à faciliter l’utilisation des transports publics. Le projet concerne la construction d’une route cyclable reliant la municipalité de Barlinek au centre-ville de Pełczyce, une autre voie de transport individuel vers Pełczyce. Dans le cadre de l’investissement, deux places de stationnement seront également construites — près de la zone d’investissement et dans le centre-ville. La longueur de la piste cyclable prévue est de 4,747 km. Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de l’investissement, il est nécessaire d’accomplir les tâches suivantes: • Élaboration d’une documentation technique • Élaboration d’une étude de faisabilité • Construction d’une route cyclable le long d’une route de district (km 0 + 137,40) • Construction d’une route le long d’une route provinciale (km 0 + 407.16) • Construction d’une route cyclable sur un remblai ferroviaire (km 4 + 202,48) • Surveillance des investisseurs • Commissions d’information et de promotion (2 pièces) • Mesures d’information et de promotion • Coûts indirects. L’organisation de la circulation va changer entre ces sections, dont la tâche sera de faciliter le déplacement et la priorité pour les cyclistes (également grâce à l’installation de 2 feux de circulation avec un détecteur de circulation à ul. B. Brave). Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, l’indicateur de réalisation sera atteint: longueur des routes construites pour les vélos — 4,747 km. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans le cadre du contrat d’administration locale «Leader of the Lake District». Le projet figure sur la liste des projets prioritaires KS. (French)

Die Maßnahme zielt darauf ab, den öffentlichen Verkehr in der Gemeinde Pełczyce zu verbessern, d. h. die Verkehrsüberlastung zu verringern und die Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel zu erleichtern. Das Projekt betrifft den Bau einer Fahrradstraße, die die Gemeinde Barlinek mit dem Stadtzentrum von Pełczyce verbindet, eine alternative Route für den Individualverkehr nach Pełczyce. Im Rahmen der Investition werden auch zwei Parkplätze gebaut – in der Nähe der Investitionszone und im Stadtzentrum. Die Länge des geplanten Radweges beträgt 4,747 km. Im Rahmen der Durchführung der Investition sind folgende Aufgaben zu erfüllen: • Ausarbeitung einer technischen Dokumentation • Ausarbeitung einer Machbarkeitsstudie • Bau einer Fahrradstraße entlang einer Kreisstraße (km 0 + 137.40) • Bau einer Straße entlang einer Provinzstraße (km 0 + 407.16) • Bau einer Fahrradstraße auf einer Bahndamm (km 4 + 202,48) • Investorenaufsicht • Informations- und Fördertafeln (2 Stück) • Informations- und Absatzförderungsmaßnahmen • Indirekte Kosten. Die Verkehrsorganisation wird sich zwischen diesen Abschnitten ändern, deren Aufgabe darin besteht, die Bewegung und Priorität für Radfahrer zu erleichtern (auch dank der Installation von 2 Ampeln mit einem Verkehrsdetektor in ul. B. Brave). Als Ergebnis der Projektdurchführung wird der Outputindikator erreicht: Länge der Straßen für Fahrräder – 4,747 km. De maatregel heeft tot doel het openbaar vervoer in de gemeente Pełczyce te verbeteren, d.w.z. de congestie te verminderen en het gebruik van het openbaar vervoer te vergemakkelijken. Het project betreft de aanleg van een fietsweg die de gemeente Barlinek verbindt met het stadscentrum van Pełczyce, een alternatieve route voor individueel vervoer naar Pełczyce. In het kader van de investering zullen ook twee parkeerplaatsen worden aangelegd — in de buurt van de investeringszone en in het centrum van de stad. De lengte van het geplande fietspad is 4,747 km. B. Brave). Als gevolg van de uitvoering van het project zal de outputindicator worden bereikt: lengte van aangelegde wegen voor fietsen — 4,747 km. L'intervento mira a migliorare i trasporti pubblici nel comune di Pełczyce, riducendo così la congestione e facilitando l'uso dei trasporti pubblici. Il progetto riguarda la costruzione di una strada ciclabile che collega il comune di Barlinek con il centro della città di Pełczyce, un percorso alternativo per il trasporto individuale a Pełczyce. Come parte dell'investimento, saranno costruiti anche due posti auto — vicino alla zona di investimento e nel centro della città. La lunghezza della pista ciclabile prevista è di 4,747 km. Nell'ambito dell'attuazione dell'investimento, è necessario svolgere i seguenti compiti: • Elaborazione di documentazione tecnica • Elaborazione di uno studio di fattibilità • Costruzione di una strada ciclabile lungo una strada distrettuale (km 0 + 137,40) • Costruzione di una strada lungo una strada provinciale (km 0 + 407,16) • Costruzione di una strada ciclabile su un argine ferroviario (km 4 + 202,48) • Vigilanza degli investitori • Tappe di informazione e promozione (2 pezzi) • azioni di informazione e promozione • costi indiretti. L'organizzazione del traffico cambierà tra queste sezioni, il cui compito sarà quello di facilitare il movimento e la priorità per i ciclisti (anche grazie all'installazione di 2 semafori con un rilevatore di traffico a ul. B. Brave). A seguito dell'attuazione del progetto, l'indicatore di output sarà realizzato: lunghezza di strade costruite per biciclette — 4,747 km.
