Realizacja proj. przebiegać będzie w ramach jednego zadania–termomodernizacja budynku Urzędu Miasta i Gminy w Skokach. Proj.realiz.będzie w okresie 07.04.2015r.-14.11.2018r. W ramach proj.wykonane zostaną następujące prace: -Ocieplenie 1 253,11m2 ścian zewn.-styropian EPS-70 ?=0,032 W/m2K,gr.14 cm -Ociepl.78,91m2 ścian piwnic-styropian ekstrudowany XPS-150 ?=0,037 W/m2K,gr.12 cm -Ociepl.291,6m2 stropodachu niewentyl.(seg.A)-płyty warstwowe PW-11 EPS-100 ?=0,041 W/m2K,gr.15 cm -Ociepl.405,99m2 stropodachu niewentyl.(seg.B)-płyty warstwowe PW-11 EPS-100 ?=0,041W/m2K,gr.15 cm -Wym.drzwi i starych okien o łącznej pow.25,42m2 o U=0,9 W/m2*K Realiz.proj.obejmuje uspr. wentylacji mech.:montaż rekuperatorów ciepła i wym. instalacji na agregaty z odzysk. ciepła i chłodzenia z wymiennikiem obrot. Implementation of the project will take place within one task-thermal modernisation of the building of the City and Municipality in Skoki. Proj.realiz. will be in the period 07.04.2015-14.11.2018r. The following work will be carried out under the project: The warming of 1253.11 m² of external walls.-styrofoam EPS-70?=0.032 W/m2K,gr.14 cm -Owarpl.78,91 m² of cellar-styrofoam walls extruded XPS-150?=0.037 W/m2K,gr.12 cm -78 cm-Owarpl. Realiz.proj.establishes a modernised central heating system: —Changing 2 coal boilers to 1 gas condensation station -Central heating system, thermostatic valve assembly, weather and time control The project assumes construction works: Expansion of the UMiG building with an entrance hall (13.34 m²) and construction of a platform and ramp for wheelchairs (17.65 m²) The energy demand/year will decrease 68.79 % as a result of the above-mentioned energy demand. As part of the project, the following construction work will be carried out: —Expansion of the UMiG building in Skoki with the entrance hall with the construction of a platform and ramp for wheelchairs As part of the project, the following accompanying works will be carried out: —stacking of chimneys -Dearing and locksmithing works (smoking, parapets, etc.) -Additional work(police no., table info) In addition, costs related to the development of technical doc. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden folgende Arbeiten durchgeführt: —Wärtung 1 253,11 m² Außenwände EPS-70?=0.032 W/m2K,gr.14 cm -Ociepl.78,91 m² Keller-Styropor extrudiert XPS-150?=0.037 W/m2K,gr.12 cm -Ociepl.291,6 m² nicht belüfteter Bestand.(z. B.A)-Schichtplatten PW-11 EPS-100?=0.0 41 W/m2K,gr.15 cm -Ociepl.405,99 m² Nichtventil.(z. B. B)-Schichtplatten PW-11 EPS-100?=0.041W/m2K,gr.15 cm -Austausch von Türen und alten Fenstern mit einer Gesamtfläche von 25,42 m² mit U=0,9 W/m²*K Realiz.proj.enthält Mech-Belüftung: Einbau von Wärmerekuperatoren und Einbau für Kühler mit Wärme- und Kühltauscher. Realiz.proj. umfasst die Modernisierung der zentralen Installation: —Change2 der Kohlekessel zu 1 Gaskondensator k. -Austausch der Heizungssysteme, Installation der thermostatischen Ventile, Wetter- und Zeitregelung Proj. umfasst Arbeiten der Gebäude. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden folgende Bauarbeiten durchgeführt: —Ausbau des Umig-Gebäudes in Skoki mit einer Eingangshalle mit dem Bau einer Plattform und einer Rampe für Rollstühle Im Rahmen des Projekts werden folgende Begleitarbeiten durchgeführt: —Schlauch von Schornsteinen – Dekoration und Schlosserarbeiten (Schutz, Fensterläden, etc.) -Ext. Nell'ambito del progetto saranno realizzati i seguenti lavori: —Riscaldamento 1 253,11 m² pareti esterne EPS-70?=0,032 W/m2K,gr.14 cm -Ociepl.78,91 m² di cantine-stiroschiuma estruso XPS-150?=0,037 W/m2K,gr.12 cm -Ociepl.291,6 m² di pannelli non ventilati a strato PW-11 EPS-100?=0,0 41 W/m2K, gr.15 cm -Ociepl.405,99 m² di pannelli nonventil.(seg.B)-strato PW-11 EPS-100?=0.041W/m2K,gr.15 cm -Scambio di porte e finestre vecchie con una superficie totale di 25,42 m² con U=0.9 W/m²*K Realiz.proj.include ventilazione mech: installazione di recuperatori di calore e installazione per chiller con scambiatore di calore e raffreddamento. Realiz.proj.include la modernizzazione dell'impianto centrale: —Cambiamento2 di caldaie a carbone a 1 gas condensante k. -Scambio di impianti di riscaldamento, installazione di valvole termostatiche, tempo e tempo di regolazione Proj. coinvolge lavori di edifici. Nell'ambito del progetto saranno realizzati i seguenti lavori di costruzione: —Ampliamento dell'edificio umig a Skoki con una sala d'ingresso con la costruzione di una piattaforma e una rampa per sedie a rotelle Nell'ambito del progetto, saranno effettuati i seguenti lavori di accompagnamento: —Stampaggio di camini — Decorazione e lavori di fabbro (protezione, davanzali, ecc.) -Fulmini esterni — robot complementari (trasmissione numeri di polizia, informazioni tabelle) Inoltre, i costi relativi allo sviluppo di documenti tecnici (progetto di costruzione, audit energetico, parere di esperti di ornitologo e chirotterologo.), la supervisione degli edifici e la promozione del progetto saranno sostenuti nell'ambito del progetto.
