Celem projektu jest zwiększenie aktywności społecznej i zawodowej 23 osób (13K, 10M), zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w wieku 18 - 64 lata, zamieszkałych na terenie gminy Rozogi, w tym osób bezrobotnych zakwalifikowanych do III profilu pomocy, poprzez objęcie ich w okresie od 01.11.2018 r. do 31.10.2019 r. usługami aktywnej integracji, w tym instrumentami aktywizacji społecznej i edukacyjnej, prowadzącymi do podjęcia zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 20% uczestników (5 os.). W ramach projektu realizowane będą następujące zadania: indywidualna ścieżka reintegracji, indywidualne zajęcia aktywizujące, grupowe zajęcia aktywizujące. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 23 os. (13K, 10M) w wieku 18-64 lata z terenu gminy Rozogi, zagrożone ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w tym osoby bezrobotne, które zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy znajdują się w trzeciej grupie osób (tzw. oddalonych od rynku pracy). Dzięki realizacji projektu 5 os. z gminy Rozogi zwiększy swoją aktywność społeczną i zawodową, podniesie swoje kompetencje społeczne i uzyska kwalifikacje niezbędne na rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the social and professional participation of 23 people (13K, 10M), at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, aged 18-64, residing in the area of Rozogi commune, including unemployed persons qualified for the third aid profile, by covering them in the period from 01.11.2018 to 31.10.2019 with active inclusion services, including social and educational activation instruments, leading to employment by at least 20 % of participants (5 persons). The project will carry out the following tasks: individual path of reintegration, individual activation activities, group activation activities. The target group of the project is 23 people. (13K, 10M) aged 18-64 from the area of Rozogi commune, at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, including unemployed persons who, in accordance with the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, are in the third group of people (so-called remote from the labour market). With the implementation of the project 5 people from the commune of Rozogi will increase their social and professional activity, increase their social competences and obtain the necessary qualifications on the labour market. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’activité sociale et professionnelle de 23 personnes (13K, 10M), exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, âgées de 18 à 64 ans, résidant dans la municipalité de Rozogi, y compris les chômeurs qualifiés pour le troisième profil d’aide, en leur fournissant des services d’inclusion active, y compris des instruments d’activation sociale et éducative, conduisant à l’emploi d’au moins 20 % des participants (5 personnes) entre le 1er novembre 2018 et le 31 octobre 2019. Le projet s’acquittera des tâches suivantes: chemin de réintégration individuel, classes d’activation individuelle, classes d’activation de groupe. Le groupe cible du projet est de 23 personnes. (13 000, 10 millions) âgés de 18 à 64 ans de la municipalité de Rozogi, exposés au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, y compris les chômeurs qui, conformément à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail, font partie du troisième groupe de personnes (appelés «déviés du marché du travail»). Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, 5 personnes de la commune de Rozogi vont accroître leur activité sociale et professionnelle, accroître leurs compétences sociales et obtenir les qualifications nécessaires sur le marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die soziale und berufliche Tätigkeit von 23 Personen (13K, 10 Mio. Menschen), die von Armut und/oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, im Alter von 18 bis 64 Jahren mit Wohnsitz in der Gemeinde Rozogi, einschließlich arbeitsloser Personen, die für das dritte Hilfsprofil qualifiziert sind, zu erhöhen, indem ihnen zwischen dem 1. November 2018 und dem 31. Oktober 2019 aktive Eingliederungsangebote, einschließlich sozialer und pädagogischer Aktivierungsinstrumente, angeboten werden, die zur Beschäftigung von mindestens 20 % der Teilnehmer (5 Personen) führen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden folgende Aufgaben durchgeführt: individueller Wiedereingliederungspfad, individuelle Aktivierungsklassen, Gruppenaktivierungsklassen. Die Zielgruppe des Projekts ist 23 Personen. (13K, 10M) im Alter von 18-64 Jahren aus der Gemeinde Rozogi, die von Armut und/oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, einschließlich arbeitsloser Personen, die gemäß dem Gesetz über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen in der dritten Gruppe von Menschen (sog. „abgeschieden vom Arbeitsmarkt“) sind. Dank der Umsetzung des Projekts werden 5 Personen aus der Gemeinde Rozogi ihre soziale und berufliche Tätigkeit verstärken, ihre sozialen Kompetenzen erweitern und die erforderlichen Qualifikationen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt erwerben. Het doel van het project is om de sociale en beroepsactiviteit van 23 personen (13K, 10 miljoen) die risico lopen op armoede en/of sociale uitsluiting in de leeftijd van 18-64 jaar, die in de gemeente Rozogi wonen, met inbegrip van werklozen die in aanmerking komen voor het derde steunprofiel, te verhogen door hen te voorzien van diensten voor actieve inclusie, met inbegrip van sociale en educatieve activeringsinstrumenten, waardoor tussen 1 november 2018 en 31 oktober 2019 ten minste 20 % van de deelnemers (5 personen) een baan krijgt. Het project voert de volgende taken uit: individueel reïntegratiepad, individuele activeringsklassen, groepsactiveringsklassen. De doelgroep van het project is 23 personen. (13K, 10 miljoen) in de leeftijd van 18-64 jaar van de gemeente Rozogi, met een risico op armoede en/of sociale uitsluiting, met inbegrip van werklozen die, overeenkomstig de wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt, behoren tot de derde groep mensen (zogenaamd „afwijken van de arbeidsmarkt”). L'obiettivo del progetto è aumentare l'attività sociale e professionale di 23 persone (13K, 10M), a rischio di povertà e/o esclusione sociale, di età compresa tra i 18 e i 64 anni, residenti nel comune di Rozogi, compresi i disoccupati qualificati per il terzo profilo di aiuto, fornendo loro servizi di inclusione attiva, compresi strumenti di attivazione sociale ed educativa, che portino all'occupazione di almeno il 20 % dei partecipanti (5 persone) tra il 1º novembre 2018 e il 31 ottobre 2019. Il progetto svolgerà i seguenti compiti: percorso di reinserimento individuale, classi di attivazione individuali, classi di attivazione di gruppo. Il gruppo target del progetto è di 23 persone. (13K, 10M) di età compresa tra i 18 e i 64 anni del comune di Rozogi, a rischio di povertà e/o di esclusione sociale, compresi i disoccupati che, ai sensi della legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro, rientrano nel terzo gruppo di persone (il cosiddetto "deviato dal mercato del lavoro"). Grazie all'attuazione del progetto, 5 persone del comune di Rozogi aumenteranno la loro attività sociale e professionale, aumenteranno le loro competenze sociali e otterranno le necessarie qualifiche sul mercato del lavoro.
