Projekt „ROZWÓJ!- ATYWIZACJA SPOŁECZNA I ZAWODOWA” realizowany będzie przez STOWARZYSZENIE DLA EUROPY w partnerstwie z INSTYTUTEM ROZWOJU na terenie powiatu elbląskiego grodzkiego i ziemskiego w okresie 26 miesięcy. Projekt wdraża produkt finalny proj. innow: "Wybierz przyszłość-innowac.narzędzia wspom.interwencję socjalną"Dobre praktyki EFS oraz wyprac. przez ERKON-Modelu „Wiek gorącego ziemniaka”w ramach proj. Innowacyjno testującego z kompon. ponadnar.(Finalista RegioStars-Konkurs KE),z listy projektów innowacyjnych KIW. Celem jest - podniesienie aktywności społeczno-zawodowej 20 osób zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykl.społ,w tym osoby niepełnsprawne, długotrwale bezrobotne/nieaktywne zawodowo oddalone od rynku pracy, zarejestrowane w PUP na III profilu, w wieku 15-64 (12 K i 8M). Poziom wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnienia dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami -12%, a dla pozostałych uczestników objętych wsparciem – 25%. Projekt realizowany będzie w 2 turach, każda po 12 miesięcy. Projekt zakłada realizację 3 głównych zadań: wieloprofilowa diagnoza; reintegracja społeczna; reintegracja zawodowa. UP objęci będą następującymi działaniami: indywidualne i grupowe wsparcie psychologa; wsparcie doradcy zawodowego; usługa trenera pracy; szkolenia, staże, zatrudnienie i monitoring pracy. The project “ROZOWY!- Social and SOCIAL ATIVISION” will be implemented by the COMPANY FOR EUROPE in partnership with the Institute of ROZWOJ in the area of the district of Elbląg Grodzka and land within a period of 26 months. The project implements the final product project. innow: “Select the future-innovac.tools mentioned.Social intervention”Good practices of the ESF and work out by the ERKON-Model “The Age of Hot Potato” as part of the project. Innovatively tested with supranar. (Finalista RegioStars-Competition EC), from the list of innovative projects of KIW. The aim is to increase the socio-occupational activity of 20 people at risk of poverty and/or out-of-life groups, including the disabled, long-term unemployed/inactive persons away from the labour market, registered in the PUP on the III profile, aged 15-64 (12 K and 8M). Employment efficiency ratio for people with disabilities -12 % and 25 % for other supported participants. The project will be implemented in 2 tours, each for 12 months. The project assumes 3 main tasks: multi-profile diagnosis; social reintegration; it’s a professional reintegration. Up will be covered by the following activities: individual and group support for psychologist; support to a professional adviser; job coach service; training, internships, employment and job monitoring. Le projet «Revelopment! — ATIVIATION SOCIALE ET AUTHORITÉ» sera mis en œuvre par l’ASSOCIATION FOR EUROPA en partenariat avec l’Institut de Développement dans le domaine des districts d’Elbląg et de la Terre sur une période de 26 mois. Le projet met en œuvre le produit final proj. dansNow: «Choisir les outils d’innovation pour l’avenir à l’appui de l’intervention sociale»Bonnes pratiques du FSE et développées par le modèle ERKON «Hot Potato Age» dans le cadre du projet. Tests innovants avec compon. supranar. (finalista RegioStars-EC Competition), à partir de la liste des projets innovants de la KVI. L’objectif est d’accroître l’activité socioprofessionnelle de 20 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou de mauvaise pratique, y compris les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée et les personnes inactives en dehors du marché du travail, inscrites à l’OLP sur le troisième profil, âgées de 15 à 64 ans (12 K et 8M). Taux de rendement en matière d’emploi pour les personnes handicapées — 12 % et 25 % pour les autres participants bénéficiant d’un soutien. Le projet sera mis en œuvre en 2 cycles, chacun après 12 mois. Le projet assume 3 tâches principales: diagnostic multiprofil; la réinsertion sociale; réinsertion professionnelle. Les UPS seront couverts par les actions suivantes: soutien individuel et collectif d’un psychologue; soutien aux conseillers de carrière; service de formateur d’emploi; formation, stages, emploi et suivi de l’emploi. Das Projekt implementiert das Endprodukt proj. inJetzt: „Wählen Sie die Zukunfts-Innovationsinstrumente zur Unterstützung der sozialen Intervention“Gute Praktiken des ESF und entwickelt vom ERKON-Modell „Hot Potato Age“ im Rahmen des Projekts. Innovative Tests mit compon. supranar. (finalista RegioStars-EC Competition) aus der Liste der innovativen Projekte des KVI. Ziel ist es, die sozial-berufliche Tätigkeit von 20 von Armut und/oder Fehlverhalten bedrohten Personen zu erhöhen, darunter Behinderte, Langzeitarbeitslose/Nichterwerbstätige außerhalb des Arbeitsmarkts, die im dritten Profil des PLO im Alter von 15 bis 64 Jahren (12 K und 8M) registriert sind. Beschäftigungsleistungsquote für Menschen mit Behinderungen -12 % und 25 % für andere unterstützte Teilnehmer. Das Projekt wird in zwei Runden durchgeführt, jeweils nach 12 Monaten. Das Projekt übernimmt drei Hauptaufgaben: Multi-Profil-Diagnose; soziale Wiedereingliederung; berufliche Wiedereingliederung. Ups wird durch folgende Maßnahmen abgedeckt: individuelle und Gruppenunterstützung eines Psychologen; Unterstützung von Berufsberatern; Dienst des Ausbilders; Ausbildung, Praktika, Beschäftigung und Arbeitsplatzüberwachung. Arbeidsparticipatie van personen met een handicap -12 % en 25 % voor andere ondersteunde deelnemers. Het project wordt uitgevoerd in 2 rondes, elk na 12 maanden. Het project heeft drie hoofdtaken: multiprofieldiagnose; sociale reïntegratie; professionele reïntegratie. Il progetto implementa il prodotto finale proj. inNow: "Scegliere gli strumenti di innovazione futura a sostegno dell'intervento sociale" Buone pratiche del FSE e sviluppato da ERKON-Modello "Hot Potato Age" come parte del progetto. Testare in modo innovativo con compon. supranar. (finalista RegioStars-EC Competition), dalla lista dei progetti innovativi della KVI. L'obiettivo è aumentare l'attività socio-professionale di 20 persone a rischio di povertà e/o cattiva pratica, comprese le persone disabili, i disoccupati di lunga durata/inattivi lontani dal mercato del lavoro, iscritti all'OLP al terzo profilo, di età compresa tra i 15 e i 64 anni (12 K e 8M). Tasso di rendimento occupazionale per le persone con disabilità -12 % e 25 % per gli altri partecipanti beneficiari del sostegno. Il progetto sarà attuato in 2 cicli, ciascuno dopo 12 mesi. Il progetto assume 3 compiti principali: diagnosi multi-profilo; reinserimento sociale; reinserimento professionale. Le UPS saranno coperte dalle seguenti azioni: sostegno individuale e di gruppo di uno psicologo; sostegno ai consulenti di carriera; servizio di formazione di posti di lavoro; formazione, tirocinio, monitoraggio dell'occupazione e del lavoro.
