Uczestnicy projektu: 96 osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym (3x32osób), w tym 54 kobiet i 42 mężczyzn, zamieszkujące Mikołajki i gminę Mikołajki. Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji społeczno-zawodowych 96 osób (54 Kobiet, 42 Mężczyzn) z terenu miasta i gminy Mikołajki w okresie od 01.09.2018 do 31.08.2021 poprzez: realizację grupowego i indywidualnego wsparcia uczestników przez specjalistów: psychol., dorad. zawod., prsocjalnych. Odbędą się:kursy zawodowe, kurs j.rosyj. oraz kurs komputerowy,kurs prawa jazdy, szkolenia z zakresu prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej oraz spółdzielni socjalnej (oraz wizyty studyjne do istniejących podmiotów ekonomii społecznej),kurs I pomocy.Uczestnicy odbędą również staże zawodowe.Na zakończenie wsparcia każdej grupy odbędą się pikniki rodzinne.Osobną ścieżką wsparcia zostaną objęte osoby z problemem alkoholowym, otrzymają wsparcie psychologa, terapeuty uzależnień, fizjoterapeuty, a także doradcy zawodowego.Wsparcie zostanie dopasowane zgodnie z potrzebami uczestników projektu,przygotowany zostanie indywidualny plan wsparcia.Przez cały okres trwania projektu wszyscy uczestnicy i ich rodziny (w zakresie niezbędnym do wsparcia uczestników projektu), będą objęci wsparciem pracowników socjalnych w oparciu o zawarte Kontrakty socjalne. Dla osób zamieszkałych poza terenem miasta zostanie zapewniony transport. (Polish)

Participants of the project: 96 people at risk of social exclusion (3x32 people), including 54 women and 42 men, living in Mikołajki and the municipality of Mikołajki. The aim of the project is to increase the socio-occupational competences of 96 people (54 Women, 42 Men) from the city area and the municipality of Mikołajki in the period from 01.09.2018 to 31.08.2021 by: implementation of group and individual support of participants by specialists: psycho, counselor, profession, prowess. There will be:vocational courses, courses in Russia and a computer course, driving licence course, training in business activity and social cooperative (and study visits to existing social economy entities), course and assistance.Participants will also take part in professional internships.At the end of the project, the social project will be provided by all participants will be provided with family picnics. Ils participeront à un cours professionnel, à un cours de langue étrangère et à un cours d’informatique, à un cours de permis de conduire, à une formation dans le domaine de la conduite de coopératives d’affaires et sociales (et à des visites d’études auprès d’entités existantes de l’économie sociale), à un cours et à une assistance. Les participants recevront également des stages professionnels.À la fin du soutien de chaque groupe, il y aura des pique-niques familiaux. les thérapeutes en toxicomanie, les physiothérapeutes, ainsi que les conseillers de carrière. Le soutien sera adapté en fonction des besoins des participants au projet, un plan d’accompagnement individuel sera préparé. Pendant toute la durée du projet, tous les participants et leur famille (dans la mesure nécessaire pour soutenir les participants au projet) seront soutenus par des travailleurs sociaux sur la base des contrats sociaux conclus. Projektteilnehmer: 96 von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohte Personen (3x32 Personen), darunter 54 Frauen und 42 Männer, die in Mikołajki und der Gemeinde Mikołajki leben. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die sozioökonomischen Kompetenzen von 96 Personen (54 Frauen, 42 Männer) aus der Stadt und der Gemeinde Mikołajki in der Zeit vom 01.09.2018 bis zum 31.08.2021 durch: Umsetzung der Gruppen- und individuellen Unterstützung der Teilnehmer durch Spezialisten: Psycho, Berufsberater, Sozialist. Sie nehmen an einem professionellen Kurs, einem Fremdsprachenkurs und einem Computerkurs, einem Führerscheinkurs, einer Ausbildung im Bereich der Unternehmens- und Sozialgenossenschaften (und Studienbesuchen bei bestehenden sozialwirtschaftlichen Einrichtungen) teil, einem Kurs und Unterstützung. Die Teilnehmer erhalten auch professionelle Praktika. Am Ende der Unterstützung jeder Gruppe wird es Familienpicnicks geben. Ein ähnlicher Weg der Unterstützung wird von Menschen mit Alkoholproblemen abgedeckt. Sie werden von einem Psychologen, Suchttherapeuten, Physiotherapeuten sowie Berufsberatern unterstützt. Die Unterstützung wird an die Bedürfnisse der Projektteilnehmer angepasst, ein individueller Unterstützungsplan erstellt. Während der gesamten Projektdauer werden alle Teilnehmer und ihre Familien (soweit dies zur Unterstützung der Projektteilnehmer erforderlich ist) von Sozialarbeitern auf der Grundlage der abgeschlossenen Sozialverträge unterstützt. Der Transport wird für Menschen außerhalb der Stadt zur Verfügung gestellt werden. (German)

Deelnemers aan het project: 96 mensen die het risico lopen op sociale uitsluiting (3x32 personen), waarvan 54 vrouwen en 42 mannen in Mikołajki en de gemeente Mikołajki. Het doel van het project is om de socio-professionele competenties van 96 mensen (54 vrouwen, 42 mannen) uit het gebied van de stad en de gemeente Mikołajki in de periode van 1 september 2018 tot 31.8.2021 te vergroten door: implementatie van groeps- en individuele ondersteuning van deelnemers door specialisten: psychopaat, loopbaanadviseur, socialist. Zij zullen deelnemen aan een professionele cursus, een vreemde taalcursus en een computercursus, een rijbewijscursus, een opleiding op het gebied van het voeren van zakelijke en sociale coöperaties (en studiebezoeken aan bestaande entiteiten in de sociale economie), een cursus en bijstand. Deelnemers zullen ook professionele stages ontvangen. Aan het einde van de steun van elke groep zullen er familie picknicks zijn. Een soortgelijk pad van ondersteuning zal worden gedekt door mensen met alcoholproblemen, ze krijgen de steun van een psycholoog, verslavingstherapeuten, fysiotherapeuten en loopbaanadviseurs. De ondersteuning wordt aangepast aan de behoeften van de projectdeelnemers, er wordt een individueel ondersteuningsplan opgesteld. Partecipanti al progetto: 96 persone a rischio di esclusione sociale (3x32 persone), di cui 54 donne e 42 uomini che vivono a Mikołajki e il comune di Mikołajki. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le competenze socioprofessionali di 96 persone (54 Donne, 42 Uomini) della zona della città e del comune di Mikołajki nel periodo dal 01.09.2018 al 31.08.2021 di: attuazione del sostegno di gruppo e individuale dei partecipanti da parte di specialisti: psicopatico, consulente di carriera, socialista. Parteciperanno a un corso professionale, un corso di lingua straniera e un corso informatico, un corso di patente di guida, una formazione nel campo della conduzione di cooperative aziendali e sociali (e visite di studio presso enti dell'economia sociale esistenti), un corso e assistenza. I partecipanti riceveranno anche stage professionali. Al termine del sostegno di ogni gruppo, ci saranno picnic familiari. Un percorso simile di supporto sarà coperto da persone con problemi di alcol, riceveranno il supporto di uno psicologo, terapeuti della dipendenza, fisioterapisti, nonché consulenti di carriera. Il supporto sarà adattato in base alle esigenze dei partecipanti al progetto, sarà preparato un piano di sostegno individuale. Durante l'intera durata del progetto, tutti i partecipanti e le loro famiglie (nella misura necessaria per sostenere i partecipanti al progetto) saranno sostenuti da assistenti sociali sulla base dei contratti sociali conclusi.
