Projekt wynika z LPR Miasta Ostróda i ma służyć aktywnej integracji społeczności lokalnej, a w tym mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizacji. Zaplanowane w ramach procesu rewitalizacji działania, ukierunkowane na całe rodziny dotknięte sytuacją kryzysową, pozwolą na rozwiązanie wielu problemów. Przełoży się na obniżenie negatywnych wskaźników sfery społecznej, poprzez przywrócenie funkcji rekreacyjnych, nadanie funkcji kulturalnych z wdrożeniem działań społecznych skierowanych do mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizowanego. Działanie pozwoli stworzyć miejsce do spędzania czasu wolnego w sposób aktywny, zdrowy i pożyteczny. Zachęca młodzież do aktywnego trybu życia i spędzania czasu wolnego z dala od nałogów, uzależnień i nadmiernego korzystania ze świata cyfrowego. Projekt bazuje na sprawdzonych modelach wdrożonych w innych miastach – np. rewitalizacji Osiedla Nikiszowiec w Katowicach w powiązaniu z obiektem sportowo-rekreacyjnym (lodowiskiem Jantor), który miał znaczący wpływ na aspekt społeczny w rewitalizacji terenu osiedla. W ramach projektu przewidziano: • przywrócenie funkcji rekreacyjnych nieczynnemu obiektowi basenowemu • ożywienie wykorzystania obiektu (adaptacja pomieszczenia na salę szkoleniową) • punkt wymiany książek (bookcrossing) • punkt konsultacji społecznych (miejsce do prezentowania i konsultowania zamierzeń miejskich z możliwością składania opinii na ich temat) • monitoring (system dozoru wizyjnego) • realizację projektu we współpracy z CK oraz ŻO-E • realizację działań finansowanych z EFS Zakres prac: 1. Branża budowlana 2. Branża elektryczna 3. Branża teletechniczna 4. Technologia basenowa 5. Instalacje sanitarne (wodociągowe, sanitarne, wód basenowych i popłucznych) Przewidziane działania wpisują się w cele określone w SzOOP "Obszary wymagające rewitalizacji"- realizacja projektu przyczynia się do kompleksowej rewitalizacji i lepszej jakości życia mieszkańców, poprzez promowanie włączenia społecznego i walkę z dyskryminacją. The project stems from the LPR of Ostróda and aims to actively integrate the local community, including the inhabitants of the revitalisation area. Actions planned in the revitalisation process, targeting whole families affected by the crisis, will solve many problems. It will reduce the negative indicators of the social sphere by restoring recreational functions, giving cultural functions with the implementation of social actions aimed at the inhabitants of the revitalised area. The action will create a place to spend free time in an active, healthy and useful way. It encourages young people to actively live and spend their free time away from addiction, addiction and excessive use of the digital world. The project is based on proven models implemented in other cities – e.g. revitalisation of the Nikiszowiec estate in Katowice in connection with the sports and recreational facility (Jantor glacier), which had a significant impact on the social aspect of the revitalisation of the settlement area. The project envisages: • restoration of recreational functions to an inactive swimming pool facility • revitalising the use of the facility (adaptation of the premises for the training room) • Bookcrossing • public consultation point (place to present and consult urban intentions with the possibility of submitting opinions on them) • monitoring (visual surveillance system) • implementation of the project in cooperation with CK and zo-E • implementation of activities financed by the ESF Scope of work: 1. Construction Industry 2. The Electrical Industry 3. Telecommunication industry 4. Pool technology 5. Sanitary installations (water, sanitary, swimming pool and flush waters) The planned actions are in line with the objectives set out in the “Areas requiring revitalisation” of the SzOOP – the implementation of the project contributes to a comprehensive revitalisation and better quality of life of the inhabitants, by promoting social inclusion and combating discrimination. Le projet est basé sur le LPR de la ville d’Ostróda et vise à intégrer activement la communauté locale, y compris les habitants de la zone de revitalisation. Les mesures prévues dans le cadre du processus de revitalisation, ciblant des familles entières touchées par la crise, résoudront de nombreux problèmes. Elle réduira les indicateurs négatifs de la sphère sociale, en rétablissant les fonctions récréatives, en donnant des fonctions culturelles et en mettant en œuvre des actions sociales à l’intention des habitants de la région revitalisée. L’action créera un endroit où passer du temps libre de manière active, saine et utile. Il encourage les jeunes à vivre activement et à passer leur temps libre loin de la dépendance, de la dépendance et de l’utilisation excessive du monde numérique. Das Projekt basiert auf der LPR der Stadt Ostróda und zielt darauf ab, die lokale Gemeinschaft, einschließlich der Bewohner des Revitalisierungsgebiets, aktiv zu integrieren. Het project is gebaseerd op de LPR van de stad Ostróda en is gericht op de actieve integratie van de lokale gemeenschap, met inbegrip van de bewoners van het revitalisatiegebied. De maatregelen die in het kader van het revitaliseringsproces zijn gepland en gericht zijn op hele gezinnen die door de crisis zijn getroffen, zullen veel problemen oplossen. Het zal de negatieve indicatoren van de sociale sfeer verminderen door recreatieve functies te herstellen, culturele functies te geven en sociale acties uit te voeren die gericht zijn op de bewoners van het gerevitaliseerde gebied. Actie zal een plek creëren om vrije tijd op een actieve, gezonde en nuttige manier door te brengen. Het moedigt jongeren aan actief te leven en hun vrije tijd weg te brengen van verslaving, verslaving en buitensporig gebruik van de digitale wereld. Il progetto si basa sul LPR della città di Ostróda e mira a integrare attivamente la comunità locale, compresi gli abitanti dell'area di rivitalizzazione. Le misure previste nell'ambito del processo di rivitalizzazione, rivolte a intere famiglie colpite dalla crisi, risolveranno molti problemi. Ridurrà gli indicatori negativi della sfera sociale, ripristinando le funzioni ricreative, conferendo funzioni culturali e attuando azioni sociali rivolte agli abitanti dell'area rivitalizzata. L'azione creerà un luogo in cui trascorrere il tempo libero in modo attivo, sano e utile. Incoraggia i giovani a vivere attivamente e a trascorrere il loro tempo libero lontano dalla dipendenza, dalla dipendenza e dall'uso eccessivo del mondo digitale. Il progetto si basa su modelli collaudati attuati in altre città — ad esempio la rivitalizzazione della tenuta Nikiszowiec a Katowice in relazione all'impianto sportivo e ricreativo (Jantor Glacier), che ha avuto un impatto significativo sull'aspetto sociale della rivitalizzazione della tenuta.
