Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie termomodernizacji budynku należącego do przedsiębiorstwa Firmy "Tonetic" Krzysztof Adamczyk zlokalizowanego na działce nr 453/2, obręb Dobre Miasto, gm. Dobre Miasto, pow. olsztyński, woj. warmińsko-mazurskie. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca wykona następujące prace: 1. Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych. 2. Wykonanie termoizolacji stropodachu. 3. Wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej. 4. Docieplenie podłogi na gruncie. 5. Modernizacja instalacji grzewczej. Przewiduje się wykonanie ulepszeń termomodernizacyjnych składających się na optymalny wariant przedsięwzięcia termomodernizacyjnego, poprawiające sprawność cieplną systemu grzewczego polegające na wymianie grzejników z żeliwnych na płytowe wyposażonych w zawory termostatyczne oraz izolacje przewodów doprowadzających. 6. Budowa instalacji wentylacyjnej z odzyskiem ciepła. Budynek, który przejdzie kompleksową termomodernizację znajduje się na działce nr 453/2, obręb Dobre Miasto jest własnością Wnioskodawcy. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 tj.dzięki realizacji inwestycji zwiększy się efektywność energetyczna w przedsiębiorstwie Wnioskodawcy. Nastąpi oszczędność energii o 92,17 %. Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej wyniesie 1609,98 GJ/rok. Szacowany spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych 49,20 MgCO2. Wnioskodawca należy do sektora MŚP. Wspierane urządzenia od początku okresu programowania charakteryzują się obowiązującym do końca 2020 roku min.poziomem efektywności energetycznej i normami emisji zanieczyszczeń(na podstawie Dyrektywy 2009/125/WE). Projekt wynika z przeprowadzonego audytu energetycznego. (Polish)

The subject of the project is to carry out thermal modernisation of the building belonging to the company “Tonetic” Krzysztof Adamczyk, located on plot no. 453/2, the area of Dobre Miasto, gm. Dobre Miasto, pow. Olsztyn, woj. Warmińsko-Mazurskie. Within the framework of the project, the applicant will perform the following work: 1. Warming of the outer walls. 2. Thermal insulation of the trophode. 3. Replacement of window and door carpentry. 4. Warming the floor on the ground. 5. Modernisation of the heating system. Thermal upgrades consisting of the optimal variant of the thermomodernisation project, improving the thermal efficiency of the heating system, consisting of the exchange of cast iron to plate radiators equipped with thermostatic valves and insulation of supply lines are envisaged. 6. Construction of a ventilation system with heat recovery. The building, which undergoes a comprehensive thermal modernisation, is located on plot no. 453/2, the area of the Good City is owned by the Applicant. The project fits into the assumptions set out in the SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 i.e. thanks to the realisation of the investment will increase energy efficiency in the applicant’s enterprise. There will be an energy savings of 92.17 %. The amount of thermal energy saved will be 1609.98 GJ/year. Estimated reductions in greenhouse gas emissions of 49.20 MgCO2. The applicant belongs to the SME sector. Supported equipment from the beginning of the programming period is characterised by an energy efficiency level and emission standards applicable until the end of 2020 (based on Directive 2009/125/EC). L’objet du projet est de réaliser la thermomodernisation du bâtiment appartenant à la société «Tonetic» Krzysztof Adamczyk situé sur le terrain no 453/2, la zone de Dobre Miasto, la ville de Good Town, la région d’Olsztyn, le voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie. Dans le cadre du projet, la requérante réalisera les travaux suivants: 1. Réchauffement des murs extérieurs. 2. Isolation thermique des roseaux. 3. Remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres et des portes. 4. Réchauffer le sol au sol. 5. Modernisation du système de chauffage. Les améliorations de la thermomodernisation qui constituent la variante optimale du projet de thermomodernisation devraient améliorer l’efficacité thermique du système de chauffage en remplaçant les radiateurs de la fonte aux appareils de chauffage à plaques équipés de vannes thermostatiques et d’isolation des conduits d’alimentation. 6. Construction d’un système de ventilation avec récupération de chaleur. Le bâtiment, qui fait l’objet d’une thermomodernisation complexe, est situé sur la parcelle no 453/2, la zone de Good Town est la propriété de la requérante. Le projet est conforme aux hypothèses énoncées dans la norme SzOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020, à savoir que la mise en œuvre de l’investissement augmentera l’efficacité énergétique dans l’entreprise de la requérante. Il y aura 92,17 % d’économies d’énergie. La quantité d’énergie thermique économisée sera 1609,98 GJ/an. Réduction estimée des émissions de gaz à effet de serre 49,20 MgCO2. La requérante appartient au secteur des PME. Les équipements pris en charge depuis le début de la période de programmation se caractérisent par le niveau d’efficacité énergétique et les normes d’émission de polluants applicables jusqu’à la fin de 2020 (sur la base de la directive 2009/125/CE). Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes der Firma „Tonetic“ Krzysztof Adamczyk auf dem Grundstück Nr. 453/2, das Gebiet von Dobre Miasto, der Stadt Guter Stadt, der Region Olsztyn, der Woiwodschaft Warmińsko-Mazurskie. Im Rahmen des Projekts führt der Antragsteller folgende Arbeiten durch: 1. Erwärmung der Außenwände. 2. Wärmedämmung von Schilf. 3. Austausch von Fenster- und Türtischlerei. 4. Erwärmung des Bodens auf dem Boden. 5. Modernisierung des Heizsystems. Die Thermomodernisierungssteigerungen, die die optimale Variante des Thermomodernisierungsprojekts bilden, sollen die thermische Effizienz des Heizsystems verbessern, indem Heizkörper von Gusseisen zu Plattenheizgeräten mit thermostatischen Ventilen und Isolierung von Versorgungskanälen ersetzt werden. 6. Bau einer Lüftungsanlage mit Wärmerückgewinnung. Das Gebäude, das eine komplexe Thermomodernisierung durchläuft, befindet sich auf dem Grundstück Nr. 453/2, das Gebiet der Guten Stadt ist Eigentum des Antragstellers. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit den Annahmen des SzOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020, d. h. die Umsetzung der Investition wird die Energieeffizienz im Unternehmen des Antragstellers erhöhen. Es wird eine Energieeinsparung von 92,17 % geben. Die eingesparte Wärmeenergie beträgt 1609,98 GJ/Jahr. Geschätzte Verringerung der Treibhausgasemissionen 49,20 MgCO2. Die Klägerin gehört dem KMU-Sektor an. Unterstützte Geräte ab Beginn des Programmplanungszeitraums zeichnen sich durch die bis Ende 2020 geltenden Energieeffizienz- und Schadstoffemissionsnormen aus (auf der Grundlage der Richtlinie 2009/125/EG). Het doel van het project is het uitvoeren van thermomodernisering van het gebouw van het bedrijf „Tonetic” Krzysztof Adamczyk gelegen op perceel nr. 453/2, het gebied van Dobre Miasto, de stad Good Town, de regio Olsztyn, Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodeship. In het kader van het project zal de aanvrager de volgende werkzaamheden uitvoeren: 1. Opwarming van de buitenmuren. 2. Thermische isolatie van riet. 3. Vervanging van raam- en deurschrijnwerk. 4. Het verwarmen van de vloer op de begane grond. 5. Modernisering van het verwarmingssysteem. De thermomodernisatie upgrades die de optimale variant van het thermomoderniseringsproject vormen, zullen naar verwachting de thermische efficiëntie van het verwarmingssysteem verbeteren door radiatoren van gietijzer tot plaatverwarmingen te vervangen die zijn uitgerust met thermostatische kleppen en isolatie van aanvoerkanalen. 6. Bouw van een ventilatiesysteem met warmteterugwinning. Het gebouw, dat complexe thermomodernisering ondergaat, bevindt zich op perceel nr. 453/2, het gebied van Goede Stad is eigendom van verzoekster. Het project is in overeenstemming met de aannames in het SzOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020, d.w.z. de uitvoering van de investering zal de energie-efficiëntie in de onderneming van de aanvrager verhogen. Er zal 92,17 % energiebesparing zijn. De hoeveelheid bespaarde thermische energie zal 1609,98 GJ/jaar zijn. Geraamde vermindering van de broeikasgasemissies 49,20 MgCO2. Verzoekster behoort tot de KMO-sector. Ondersteunde apparatuur vanaf het begin van de programmeringsperiode wordt gekenmerkt door het energie-efficiëntieniveau en de emissienormen voor verontreinigende stoffen die tot eind 2020 van toepassing zijn (op basis van Richtlijn 2009/125/EG). L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di effettuare la termomodernizzazione dell'edificio appartenente alla società "Tonetic" Krzysztof Adamczyk situato sul terreno n. 453/2, l'area di Dobre Miasto, la città di Città buona, la regione di Olsztyn, il voivodato di Warmińsko-Mazurskie. Nell'ambito del progetto, il richiedente effettuerà i seguenti lavori: 1. Riscaldamento delle pareti esterne. 2. Isolamento termico delle canne. 3. Sostituzione della falegnameria di finestre e porte. 4. Riscaldare il pavimento a terra. 5. Ammodernamento dell'impianto di riscaldamento. Gli aggiornamenti della termomodernizzazione che costituiscono la variante ottimale del progetto di termomodernizzazione dovrebbero migliorare l'efficienza termica dell'impianto di riscaldamento sostituendo radiatori da ghisa a piastre dotate di valvole termostatiche e isolamento dei condotti di alimentazione. 6. Costruzione di un sistema di ventilazione con recupero di calore. L'edificio, che subisce una complessa termomodernizzazione, si trova sul terreno n. 453/2, l'area di Good Town è di proprietà del richiedente. Il progetto è in linea con le ipotesi esposte nel POR SZOOP WiM 2014-2020, vale a dire che l'attuazione dell'investimento aumenterà l'efficienza energetica nella società del richiedente. Ci sarà un risparmio energetico del 92,17 %. La quantità di energia termica risparmiata sarà di 1609,98 GJ/anno. Riduzione stimata delle emissioni di gas a effetto serra 49,20 MgCO2. La ricorrente appartiene al settore delle PMI. Le apparecchiature sovvenzionate dall'inizio del periodo di programmazione sono caratterizzate dal livello di efficienza energetica e dalle norme in materia di emissioni inquinanti applicabili fino alla fine del 2020 (in base alla direttiva 2009/125/CE).
