Celem projektu jest wzrost poziomu kwalifikacja zawodowych u 30 kobiet/mężczyzn z woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego poprzez realizowane w ramach projektu kursy z branży budowlanej:spawanie metodą TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW i MAG-135 FW FM2 w okresie I.2019-XII.2019. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących działań/zadań: organizację i przeprowadzenie 3 kursów prowadzących do podniesienia kwalifikacji. Odbiorcami wsparcia są osoby dorosłe z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowane podnoszeniem kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych, które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują, w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego, na obszarze woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego, z wyłączeniem osób prowadzących działalność gospodarczą. Są to następujące kursy: kurs spawania metodą TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW i MAG-135 FW FM2 Realizacja projektu ma przełożyć się na dostosowanie kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych osób dorosłych do potrzeb rynku pracy. The aim of the project is to increase the level of professional qualifications in 30 women/man from Warmia-Mazury voivodship through courses in the construction industry implemented within the project: welding method TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW and MAG-135 FW FM2 in the period I.2019-XII.2019. The objective will be achieved through the following actions/tasks: the organisation and conduct of 3 courses leading to the improvement of qualifications. Recipients of the support are adults on their own initiative interested in raising professional competences and skills, who learn, work or reside, within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code, in the area of Warmia-Mazury voivodship, with the exception of persons engaged in economic activity. These are the following courses: TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW and MAG-135 FW FM2 Welding course The project is designed to adapt adult competences and professional skills to the needs of the labour market. L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter le niveau de qualification professionnelle de 30 femmes/hommes de la voïvodie de Warmia-Mazury au cours du projet: TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW et MAG-135 FW FM2 au cours de la période I.2019-XII.2019. L’objectif sera atteint par la mise en œuvre des actions/tâches suivantes: organisation et organisation de 3 cours menant à la mise à niveau des compétences. Les bénéficiaires de l’aide sont des adultes de leur propre initiative désireux d’améliorer leurs compétences et leurs compétences professionnelles, qui apprennent, travaillent ou résident, au sens du Code civil, dans le domaine de la voïvodie de Warmia-Mazury, à l’exception des personnes exerçant une activité commerciale. Il s’agit des cours suivants: TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW et MAG-135 FW FM2 Cours de soudage Le projet est conçu pour adapter les compétences et les compétences professionnelles des adultes aux besoins du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, das Niveau der beruflichen Qualifikationen von 30 Frauen/Männern aus der Woiwodschaft Warmia-Mazury im Rahmen des Projekts zu erhöhen: TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW und MAG-135 FW FM2 im Zeitraum I.2019-XII.2019. Das Ziel wird erreicht, indem folgende Maßnahmen/Aufgaben durchgeführt werden: Organisation und Durchführung von 3 Kursen, die zur Weiterbildung führen. Bei den Empfängern der Unterstützung handelt es sich um Erwachsene, die von sich aus daran interessiert sind, ihre Kompetenzen und beruflichen Fähigkeiten zu verbessern, die im Sinne des Zivilgesetzbuchs im Bereich der Woiwodschaft Warmia-Mazury, mit Ausnahme von Personen, die eine unternehmerische Tätigkeit ausüben, lernen, arbeiten oder dort wohnen. Dies sind die folgenden Kurse: TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW und MAG-135 FW FM2 Schweißkurs Das Projekt soll die Kompetenzen und beruflichen Fähigkeiten von Erwachsenen an die Bedürfnisse des Arbeitsmarktes anpassen. Het doel van het project is het verhogen van het niveau van beroepskwalificaties bij 30 vrouwen/mannen uit het Warmia-Mazury woiwodeschap in de loop van het project: TIG-141 FW FM2, MIG-131 FW en MAG-135 FW FM2 in de periode I.2019-XII.2019. De doelstelling zal worden bereikt door de volgende acties/taken uit te voeren: organisatie en uitvoering van 3 cursussen die leiden tot bijscholing. De begunstigden van de steun zijn op eigen initiatief volwassenen die hun competenties en beroepsvaardigheden willen verbeteren, die in de zin van het burgerlijk wetboek leren, werken of verblijven in het gebied van het woiwodschap Warmia-Mazury, met uitzondering van personen die een zakelijke activiteit uitoefenen. Dit zijn de volgende cursussen: TIG-141 FW FM2, MIG-131 FW en MAG-135 FW FM2-lascursus Het project is ontworpen om de competenties en professionele vaardigheden van volwassenen aan te passen aan de behoeften van de arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare il livello delle qualifiche professionali in 30 donne/uomini del voivodato Warmia-Mazury attraverso il corso del progetto: TIG-141 FW FM2, MIG-131 FW e MAG-135 FW FM2 nel periodo I.2019-XII.2019. L'obiettivo sarà raggiunto attuando le seguenti azioni/compiti: organizzazione e svolgimento di 3 corsi che portano al miglioramento delle competenze. I beneficiari del sostegno sono adulti di propria iniziativa interessati a migliorare le proprie competenze e capacità professionali, che apprende, lavorano o risiedono, ai sensi del codice civile, nel settore del voivodato Warmia-Mazury, ad eccezione delle persone che esercitano un'attività imprenditoriale. Questi sono i seguenti corsi: TIG-141 FW FM2, MIG-131 FW e MAG-135 FW FM2 corso di saldatura Il progetto è progettato per adattare le competenze e le competenze professionali degli adulti alle esigenze del mercato del lavoro.
