Cel główny: zdobycie/uzupełnienie lub podniesienie kompetencji lub kwalifikacji zawodowych istotnych na rynku pracy 276 (71K i 205M) osób dorosłych w wieku 18 lat i więcej z Obszaru Strategicznej Interwencji, tj. terenu miast: Ostrowiec Św., Skarżysko-Kam. i Starachowice, zgłaszających z własnej inicjatywy chęć kształcenia pozaformalnego, poprzez udział w kursach umiejętności zawodowych oraz kursach prowadzących do nabycia konkretnych umiejętności do końca lutego 2020r. Grupa Docelowa: 276 (71K i 205M) osób dorosłych w wieku 18 lat i więcej, w tym osób z niepełnosprawnościami, zainteresowanych z własnej inicjatywy zdobyciem, uzupełnieniem lub podnoszeniem kompetencji lub kwalifikacji zawodowych, uczących się, pracujących lub zamieszkujących w rozumieniu przepisów KC na obszarze OSI - obszarów funkcjonalnych miast tracących funkcje społeczno-gospodarcze tj. Ostrowca Św.,Skarżyska-Kam. i Starachowic. Główne działania: Kursy i kursy umiejętności zawodowych z zakresu transportu oraz inteligentnych specjalizacji WŚ,dające konkretne umiejętności i kwalifikacje/kompetencje w zawodzie,potwierdzone odpowiednim certyfikatem/zaświadczeniem w zawodach takich jak np.:kierowca,operator maszyn roboczych i CNC,kucharz,kosmetyczka,księgowy,specjalista ds.kadr i płac,spawacz,brukarz. Główne rezultaty i produkty: 112osób(6K i 106M) uzyska kwalifikacje w ramach pozaszkolnych form kształcenia, 276 osób (71K i 205M) uczestniczących w pozaszkolnych formach kształcenia. Main objective: acquiring/complementing or raising the competences or qualifications relevant to the labour market 276 (71K and 205M) adults aged 18 years and over from the Strategic Intervention Area, i.e. urban areas: Ostrowiec St., Skarżysko-Kam. and Starachowice, who apply for non-formal education on their own initiative, through participation in vocational skills courses and courses leading to the acquisition of specific skills by the end of February 2020. Target group: 276 (71K and 205M) adults aged 18 years and over, including persons with disabilities, who are interested on their own initiative to acquire, supplement or raise professional competences or qualifications, learners, working or residing within the meaning of the CSC rules in the OSI area – functional areas of cities losing socio-economic functions, i.e. Ostrowiec St., Skrzyska-Kam. and Starachowice. Main actions: Courses and courses of professional skills in the field of transport and intelligent specialisation of WŚ, giving specific skills and qualifications/competences in the profession, confirmed by an appropriate certificate/certificate in occupations such as: driver, operator of work and CNC machinery, cook, cosmetics, accountant, specialist for staff and wages, welder, pavement. Main results and products: 112 people(6K and 106M) will be qualified in non-school forms of education, 276 persons (71K and 205M) participating in out-of-school forms of education. Groupe cible: 276 (71K et 205M) adultes âgés de 18 ans et plus, y compris les personnes handicapées, qui, de leur propre initiative, sont intéressés à acquérir, compléter ou améliorer leurs compétences ou qualifications professionnelles, apprenants, travaillant ou vivant au sens du CC dans le domaine de l’OSI — zones fonctionnelles des villes perdant des fonctions socio-économiques, c’est-à-dire Rue Ostrowiec, Skarżyska-Kam. et Starachowice. Zielgruppe: 276 (71K und 205M) Erwachsene ab 18 Jahren, einschließlich Menschen mit Behinderungen, die von sich aus daran interessiert sind, ihre Kompetenzen oder Berufsqualifikationen zu erwerben, zu ergänzen oder zu verbessern, Lernende, arbeiten oder leben im Sinne des CC im Bereich der OSI – funktionale Bereiche von Städten, die sozioökonomische Funktionen verlieren, d. h. Ostrowiec St., Skarżyska-Kam. und Starachowice. Azioni principali: Corsi e corsi di competenze professionali nel settore dei trasporti e specializzazioni intelligenti, con competenze specifiche e qualifiche/competenze nella professione, confermate da idonei certificati/certificati in professioni quali: conducente, operatore di macchine di lavoro e CNC, cuoco, cosmetico, contabile, specialista.
