Celem głównym projektu jest wyższy poziom aktywności zawodowej u 60 osób (6K, 54M) biernych zawodowo, o niskich kwalifikacjach, z terenu woj. świętokrzyskiego, osiągnięty poprzez ich udział w zindywidualizowanych programach aktywizacyjnych zawierających Indywidualny Plan Działania, szkolenie zawodowe oraz pośrednictwo pracy. Cel zostanie zrealizowany w okresie realizacji projektu tj. 01.04.2018 - 30.11.2018 r. Projekt jest skierowany do 60 osób (6K, 54M) powyżej 29 roku życia (do projektu kwalifikować się będą wyłącznie osoby, które w dniu rozpoczęcia udziału w projekcie ukończyły 30 rok życia), pozostających bez zatrudnienia (projekt jest skierowany wyłącznie do osób biernych zawodowo) oraz posiadających niskie kwalifikacje (tj. wykształcenie na poziomie do ISCED 3 włącznie). Ponadto, projekt jest skierowany wyłącznie do osób, które zamieszkują na terenie woj. świętokrzyskiego (w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego). Zadania realizowane w ramach projektu to: Indywidualne Plany Działania, szkolenia (prawo jazdy kat. C, C+E, kwalifikacja wstępna przyspieszona przewozu rzeczy), pośrednictwo pracy. Główne rezultaty projektu to: liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje zawodowe (min. 80%) oraz liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu(min. 40%). The main objective of the project is a higher level of professional activity in 60 people (6K, 54M) professionally inactive, low-skilled, from Świętokrzyskie voivodship, achieved through their participation in individual activation programs containing the Individual Action Plan, vocational training and job mediation. The objective will be achieved during the period of implementation of the project i.e. 01.04.2018-30.11.2018. The project is aimed at 60 people (6K, 54M) over 29 years of age (only those who are 30 years of age at the start of the project), who are unemployed (only for inactive persons) and who have low qualifications (i.e. education at the level of ISCED 3 inclusive). Moreover, the project is aimed exclusively at people who live in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship (within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code). The tasks carried out within the project are: Individual Action Plans, training (cat. C, C+E, pre-qualification accelerated carriage of goods), intermediation of work. The main results of the project are: number of persons who have obtained professional qualifications (min. 80 %) and the number of persons working, including self-employed, after leaving the programme (min. 40 %). L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître le niveau d’activité de 60 personnes (6K, 54M) inactives, peu qualifiées, de la voïvodie de Świętokrzyskie, grâce à leur participation à des programmes d’activation personnalisés comprenant un plan d’action individuel, une formation professionnelle et un placement professionnel. L’objectif sera atteint pendant la période de mise en œuvre du projet, à savoir: 01.04.2018-30.11.2018. Le projet s’adresse à 60 personnes (6K, 54M) âgées de plus de 29 ans (seules les personnes qui, à la date de début de la participation au projet, seront éligibles si elles ont atteint l’âge de 30 ans), qui sont sans emploi (le projet s’adresse exclusivement aux personnes inactives) et qui ont de faibles qualifications (c’est-à-dire un enseignement jusqu’à la CITE 3 inclus). En outre, le projet s’adresse exclusivement aux personnes vivant dans la province de Świętokrzyskie (au sens du Code civil). Les tâches exécutées dans le cadre du projet sont les suivantes: Plans d’action individuels, formation (permis de conduire Cat. C, C+E, préqualification, transport accéléré de marchandises), placement de travail. Les principaux résultats du projet sont les suivants: nombre de personnes possédant des qualifications professionnelles (minimum 80 %) et nombre de travailleurs salariés, y compris indépendants, après avoir quitté le programme (minimum 40 %). Hauptziel des Projekts ist eine höhere Aktivität bei 60 Personen (6K, 54M) inaktiver, geringqualifizierter Personen aus der Woiwodschaft Świętokrzyskie, die durch ihre Teilnahme an personalisierten Aktivierungsprogrammen mit individuellem Aktionsplan, Berufsausbildung und Arbeitsvermittlung erreicht wurde. Das Ziel wird während des Durchführungszeitraums des Projekts erreicht, d. h. 01.04.2018-30.11.2018. Das Projekt richtet sich an 60 Personen (6K, 54M) über 29 Jahre (nur Personen, die zu Beginn der Teilnahme am Projekt teilnahmeberechtigt sind, wenn sie das 30-Jährige erreicht haben), arbeitslos sind (das Projekt richtet sich ausschließlich an Nichterwerbspersonen) und mit geringen Qualifikationen (d. h. Bildung bis einschließlich ISCED 3). Darüber hinaus richtet sich das Projekt ausschließlich an Personen, die in der Provinz Świętokrzyskie (im Sinne des Zivilgesetzbuchs) leben. Die im Rahmen des Projekts durchgeführten Aufgaben sind: Individuelle Aktionspläne, Ausbildung (Driving Licence Cat. C, C+E, Vorqualifizierung beschleunigter Güterverkehr), Überlassung der Arbeit. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse des Projekts sind: Zahl der Personen mit Berufsqualifikationen (mindestens 80 %) und Zahl der Erwerbstätigen, einschließlich Selbstständige, nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm (mindestens 40 %). De hoofddoelstelling van het project is een hoger niveau van activiteit bij 60 mensen (6K, 54 miljoen) inactief, laaggeschoold, afkomstig van het Świętokrzyskie-voivodship, dat wordt bereikt door hun deelname aan gepersonaliseerde activeringsprogramma’s met een individueel actieplan, beroepsopleiding en arbeidsbemiddeling. De doelstelling zal worden bereikt tijdens de uitvoeringsperiode van het project, d.w.z. 01.04.2018-30.11.2018. Het project is gericht op 60 personen (6K, 54M) ouder dan 29 jaar (alleen personen die bij de aanvangsdatum van deelname aan het project in aanmerking komen als zij de leeftijd van 30 jaar hebben bereikt), die werkloos zijn (het project is uitsluitend gericht op inactieven) en met lage kwalificaties (d.w.z. onderwijs tot en met ISCED 3). Bovendien is het project uitsluitend gericht op mensen die in de provincie Świętokrzyskie wonen (in de zin van het burgerlijk wetboek). De taken die in het kader van het project worden uitgevoerd, zijn: Individuele actieplannen, opleiding (rijvergunning Cat. C, C+E, prekwalificatie versneld vervoer van goederen), plaatsing van werk. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è un livello di attività più elevato in 60 persone (6K, 54 milioni) inattive e poco qualificate, provenienti dal voivodato di Świętokrzyskie, ottenute attraverso la loro partecipazione a programmi di attivazione personalizzati contenenti un piano d'azione individuale, la formazione professionale e l'inserimento professionale. L'obiettivo sarà raggiunto durante il periodo di attuazione del progetto, ossia 01.04.2018-30.11.2018. Il progetto è rivolto a 60 persone (6K, 54M) di età superiore ai 29 anni (solo le persone che alla data di inizio della partecipazione al progetto saranno ammissibili se hanno raggiunto i 30 anni), che sono disoccupate (il progetto è rivolto esclusivamente alle persone inattive) e con qualifiche basse (cioè istruzione fino a 3 anni incluso). Inoltre, il progetto è rivolto esclusivamente alle persone che vivono nella provincia di Świętokrzyskie (ai sensi del codice civile). I compiti svolti nell'ambito del progetto sono: Piani d'azione individuali, formazione (licenza di guida Cat. C, C+E, prequalificazione accelerata del trasporto di merci), collocamento del lavoro. I principali risultati del progetto sono: numero di persone con qualifiche professionali (minimo 80 %) e numero di lavoratori subordinati, compresi i lavoratori autonomi, dopo aver lasciato il programma (minimo 40 %).
