Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie staszowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 47 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte będą osoby powyżej 29 roku życia, pozostające bez pracy, zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne, zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu uczestnicy otrzymają zindywidualizowane wsparcie oraz pomoc w zakresie określania ścieżki zawodowej obejmującej: • Identyfikację potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym identyfikacja stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy • Kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy w zakresie wyboru zawodu zgodnego z kwalifikacjami i kompetencjami wspieranej osoby lub poradnictwo zawodowe z zakresie planowania rozwoju kariery zawodowej, w tym podnoszenia i uzupełniania kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych. Na podstawie wyników przeprowadzonej identyfikacji potrzeb PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, tj. staże, prace interwencyjne, szkolenia, dotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej oraz refundacje stanowiska pracy. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Staszów district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 47 people registered in the PUP. The project will support people over 29 years of age who are unemployed, registered in the PUP as unemployed, qualified to the aid profile I (active unemployed) or aid profile II (requiring support). As part of the project, participants will receive individualised support and assistance in defining the career path, including: • Identifying the needs of people without employment and diagnosing opportunities in the field of professional improvement, including identification of the degree of distance from the labour market • Comprehensive and individual job intermediation in the field of job selection in accordance with the qualifications and competences of the supported person or professional guidance on career development planning, including raising and supplementing professional competences and qualifications. On the basis of the results of the identification of needs, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market, i.e. traineeships, intervention work, training, start-up grants and job refunds. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Staszów. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 47 personnes inscrites à l’OLP pour occuper un emploi. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de plus de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi, inscrites à l’OLP en tant que chômeurs, éligibles au profil d’aide I (chômeurs actifs) ou au profil d’aide II (qui nécessite une aide). Dans le cadre du projet, les participants bénéficieront d’un soutien personnalisé et d’une orientation professionnelle, notamment: • Identification des besoins des chômeurs et diagnostic des possibilités de développement professionnel, y compris l’identification du degré de distance par rapport au marché du travail • placement complet et individuel dans la sélection d’une profession conforme aux qualifications et aux compétences de la personne bénéficiant d’un soutien, ou orientation professionnelle sur la planification du développement de carrière, y compris la mise à niveau et le complément des compétences et qualifications professionnelles. Sur la base des résultats de l’identification des besoins de l’OLP, des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée seront mis en œuvre, c’est-à-dire des stages, des travaux d’intervention, des formations, des bourses de démarrage et des remboursements d’emplois. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Personen über 29 Jahre zu erhöhen, die im Bezirk Staszów arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird 47 Personen sein, die in der PLO registriert sind, um eine Beschäftigung aufzunehmen. Mit dem Projekt werden Personen über 29 Jahren unterstützt, die arbeitslos sind, im PLO als arbeitslos gemeldet, für das Hilfsprofil I (erwerbstätige Arbeitslose) oder für das Hilfsprofil II (Förderbedarf) in Frage kommen. Im Rahmen des Projekts erhalten die Teilnehmer personalisierte Unterstützung und Berufsberatung, u. a.: • Ermittlung der Bedürfnisse von Arbeitslosen und Diagnose beruflicher Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, einschließlich Ermittlung des Grads der Entfernung zum Arbeitsmarkt • Umfassende und individuelle Stellenvermittlung bei der Auswahl eines Berufes, der den Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen der unterstützten Person entspricht, oder Berufsberatung bei der Planung der Laufbahnentwicklung, einschließlich der Verbesserung und Ergänzung der beruflichen Kompetenzen und Qualifikationen. Auf der Grundlage der Ergebnisse der Ermittlung des Bedarfs der PLO werden entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente umgesetzt, d. h. Praktika, Interventionsarbeiten, Schulungen, Startzuschüsse und Kostenerstattungen. (German)

Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor mensen ouder dan 29 jaar die werkloos zijn in het district Staszów. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is 47 personen die in de PLO zijn ingeschreven om in dienst te treden. Het project zal steun verlenen aan mensen ouder dan 29 jaar die werkloos zijn en in de PLO zijn geregistreerd als werkloos, in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I (actief werkloos) of steunprofiel II (steunplichtig). In het kader van het project ontvangen de deelnemers persoonlijke ondersteuning en loopbaanbegeleiding, waaronder: • Identificatie van de behoeften van werklozen en diagnose van mogelijkheden voor professionele ontwikkeling, met inbegrip van het vaststellen van de mate van afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt • Uitgebreide en individuele arbeidsbemiddeling bij de selectie van een beroep dat aansluit bij de kwalificaties en competenties van de ondersteunde persoon, of loopbaanbegeleiding bij loopbaanontwikkelingsplanning, met inbegrip van het verbeteren en aanvullen van beroepscompetenties en -kwalificaties. Op basis van de resultaten van de vaststelling van de behoeften van de PLO zullen naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten ten uitvoer worden gelegd, d.w.z. stages, interventiewerk, opleiding, aanloopsubsidies en vergoedingen van banen. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per le persone di età superiore ai 29 anni che sono disoccupate nel distretto di Staszów. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà 47 iscritti all'OLP per l'occupazione. Il progetto sosterrà le persone di età superiore ai 29 anni che sono disoccupate, iscritte all'OLP come disoccupate, ammissibili al profilo di aiuto I (disoccupato attivo) o al profilo di aiuto II (che richiede sostegno). Nell'ambito del progetto, i partecipanti riceveranno sostegno personalizzato e orientamento professionale, tra cui: • Individuazione delle esigenze dei disoccupati e diagnosi delle opportunità di sviluppo professionale, compresa l'individuazione del grado di distanza dal mercato del lavoro • collocamento globale e individuale nella selezione di un'occupazione coerente con le qualifiche e competenze della persona beneficiaria, o orientamento professionale sulla pianificazione della carriera, compreso il miglioramento e l'integrazione delle competenze e delle qualifiche professionali. Sulla base dei risultati dell'individuazione delle esigenze dell'OLP, saranno attuati servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati, vale a dire tirocini, interventi, formazione, borse di avviamento e rimborsi di posti di lavoro.
