POWIAT STARACHOWICKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W STARACHOWICACH

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie starachowickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 120 osób zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Starachowicach, w tym również podejmujących działalność gospodarczą. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw.wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Starachowice district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 120 persons registered in the Poviat Labour Office in Starachowice, including those taking up economic activity. The project will support people over the age of 29 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or an aid profile II (requiring support). As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans qui sont au chômage dans le comté de Starachowice. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 120 personnes inscrites au bureau du travail du district de Starachowice, y compris celles qui exercent des activités commerciales. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de plus de 29 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «obligatoire de soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Menschen über 29 Jahre zu erhöhen, die im Kreis Starachowice arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird 120 Personen sein, die im Bezirksarbeitsamt in Starachowice registriert sind, einschließlich derjenigen, die eine Geschäftstätigkeit aufnehmen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Personen über 29 Jahren unterstützt, die für das Hilfsprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Hilfsprofil II (sogenannte „Förderbedarf“) in Betracht kommen. Im Rahmen des Projekts für jeden Teilnehmer wird eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des Teilnehmers mit einem spezifischen Angebot der beruflichen Aktivierung vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor mensen ouder dan 29 jaar die werkloos zijn in de provincie Starachowice. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is 120 personen die zijn ingeschreven in het districtsarbeidsbureau in Starachowice, met inbegrip van personen die actief zijn. Het project zal steun verlenen aan mensen ouder dan 29 jaar die in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of steunprofiel II (zogenaamde „vereiste steun”). Als onderdeel van het project voor elke deelnemer wordt het presenteren van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheid en professionele problemen van de deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per le persone di età superiore ai 29 anni che sono disoccupate nella contea di Starachowice. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà di 120 persone registrate presso l'ufficio del lavoro distrettuale di Starachowice, comprese quelle che intraprendono attività commerciali. Il progetto sosterrà le persone di età superiore ai 29 anni ammissibili al profilo di aiuto I (cosiddetto disoccupati attivi) o al profilo di aiuto II (cosiddetto "richiesto di sostegno"). Nell'ambito del progetto per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro.
