Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 163 osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sandomierskim. Wsparciem w projekcie objęte zostaną wyłącznie osoby zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Sandomierzu, w wieku 30 lat i więcej (od dnia 30 urodzin), które znajdują się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. należą do przynajmniej jednej z poniższych kategorii: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej (od dnia 50 urodzin), kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami. Wsparcie zaplanowane w projekcie to usługi i instrumenty wskazane w ustawie z 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy takie jak: staże, prace interwencyjne, wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy oraz jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Udzielenie wsparcia w postaci usług i instrumentów wskazanych powyżej zostanie poprzedzone instrumentami i usługami rynku pracy służącymi indywidualizacji wsparcia oraz pomocy w zakresie określenia ścieżki zawodowej obejmującymi: - identyfikację potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym identyfikację stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy, - kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy w zakresie wyboru zawodu zgodnego z kwalifikacjami i kompetencjami wspieranej osoby lub poradnictwo zawodowe w zakresie planowania rozwoju kariery zawodowej, w tym podnoszenia lub uzupełniania kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 67 uczestników projektu oraz podjęcie prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej na własny rachunek przez 26 uczestników projektu. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 163 unemployed people aged 30 and more who are unemployed in the Sandomierz County. The project will be supported only by persons registered at the County Labour Office in Sandomierz, aged 30 and over (from the 30th birthday) who are in a special labour market situation, i.e. they belong to at least one of the following categories: people aged 50 and over (50th birthday), women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications. The support planned in the project is the services and instruments indicated in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions such as: traineeships, intervention work, equipment or retrofitting of the workplace and one-off measures for starting a business. Support in the form of the services and instruments indicated above will be preceded by labour market instruments and services for individualising support and assistance in defining the career path, including: — identification of the needs of persons without employment and diagnosing opportunities in the field of vocational training, including identification of the degree of distance from the labour market, – comprehensive and individual job intermediation in the selection of a profession compatible with the qualifications and competences of the supported person or career guidance in the planning of career development, including raising or supplementing professional competences and qualifications. The main result of the project will be the employment of at least 67 participants of the project and the establishment of a self-employed activity by 26 participants. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour 163 chômeurs âgés de 30 ans et plus qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Sandomierz. Seules les personnes inscrites au bureau du travail du district de Sandomierz, âgées de 30 ans et plus (à partir du 30e anniversaire) qui se trouvent dans une situation particulière sur le marché du travail, c’est-à-dire appartiennent à au moins une des catégories suivantes, bénéficieront d’un soutien dans le cadre du projet: les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus (depuis le 50e anniversaire), les femmes, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées. Le soutien prévu dans le cadre du projet est les services et instruments spécifiés dans la loi du 20 avril 2004 relative à la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail, tels que: stages, travaux d’intervention, équipements ou aménagement du lieu de travail et mesures ponctuelles pour la création d’une entreprise. La fourniture d’un soutien sous la forme des services et instruments mentionnés ci-dessus sera précédée d’instruments et de services du marché du travail visant à individualiser l’aide et l’assistance dans la définition du parcours professionnel, y compris: — l’identification des besoins des chômeurs et le diagnostic des possibilités de développement professionnel, y compris l’identification du degré de distance par rapport au marché du travail, — le placement complet et individuel d’un emploi dans la sélection d’une profession conforme aux qualifications et aux compétences de la personne bénéficiant de l’aide, ou l’orientation professionnelle en matière de planification du développement de carrière, y compris la mise à niveau ou le complément de compétences et de qualifications professionnelles. Le principal résultat du projet sera le début de l’emploi par au moins 67 participants au projet et le début d’un travail indépendant par 26 participants au projet. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für 163 Arbeitslose im Alter von 30 Jahren und darüber zu erhöhen, die im Bezirk Sandomierz arbeitslos sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden nur Personen unterstützt, die sich im Bezirksarbeitsamt in Sandomierz im Alter von 30 Jahren (ab dem 30. Geburtstag) in einer besonderen Situation auf dem Arbeitsmarkt befinden, d. h. zu mindestens einer der folgenden Kategorien gehören: Personen ab 50 Jahren (seit dem 50. Geburtstag), Frauen, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose, Menschen mit geringer Qualifikation. Im Rahmen des Projekts sind die im Gesetz vom 20. April 2004 über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen vorgesehenen Dienstleistungen und Instrumente vorgesehen, wie z. B.: Praktika, Interventionsarbeiten, Ausrüstung oder Nachrüstung des Arbeitsplatzes sowie einmalige Maßnahmen für die Gründung eines Unternehmens. Der Bereitstellung von Unterstützung in Form der oben genannten Dienstleistungen und Instrumente gehen Instrumente und Dienstleistungen des Arbeitsmarktes voraus, die auf die Individualisierung der Unterstützung und Unterstützung bei der Festlegung des Karrierewegs abzielen, einschließlich: — Ermittlung der Bedürfnisse von Arbeitslosen und Diagnose von beruflichen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, einschließlich der Ermittlung des Grads der Entfernung vom Arbeitsmarkt, – umfassende und individuelle Stellenvermittlung bei der Auswahl eines Berufes, die mit den Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen der unterstützten Person im Einklang steht, oder Berufsberatung bei der Planung der Laufbahnentwicklung, einschließlich der Verbesserung oder Ergänzung der beruflichen Kompetenzen und Qualifikationen. Doel van het project is de werkgelegenheid te vergroten voor 163 werklozen van 30 jaar en ouder die in het district Sandomierz werkloos zijn. Alleen personen die zijn ingeschreven bij het arbeidsbureau van het district Sandomierz van 30 jaar en ouder (vanaf de 30e verjaardag) die zich in een bijzondere situatie op de arbeidsmarkt bevinden, d.w.z. behoren tot ten minste een van de volgende categorieën, worden in het project ondersteund: mensen van 50 jaar en ouder (sinds de 50e verjaardag), vrouwen, mensen met een handicap, langdurig werklozen, mensen met een lage kwalificaties. De in het project geplande steun is de diensten en instrumenten die zijn gespecificeerd in de wet van 20 april 2004 inzake de bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt, zoals: stages, interventiewerk, uitrusting of aanpassing van de werkplek en eenmalige maatregelen voor het opzetten van een bedrijf. De verlening van steun in de vorm van de hierboven vermelde diensten en instrumenten zal worden voorafgegaan door arbeidsmarktinstrumenten en -diensten die gericht zijn op de individualisering van steun en bijstand bij het bepalen van het loopbaantraject, met inbegrip van: — identificatie van de behoeften van werklozen en diagnose van mogelijkheden voor professionele ontwikkeling, met inbegrip van de vaststelling van de mate van afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt, — alomvattende en individuele arbeidsbemiddeling bij de selectie van een beroep dat strookt met de kwalificaties en competenties van de ondersteunde persoon, of loopbaanbegeleiding bij loopbaanontwikkelingsplanning, met inbegrip van het verbeteren of aanvullen van beroepskwalificaties en -kwalificaties. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is de start van de werkgelegenheid door ten minste 67 projectdeelnemers en de start van zelfstandige arbeid door 26 projectdeelnemers. (Dutch)

L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per 163 disoccupati di età pari o superiore a 30 anni che sono disoccupati nel distretto di Sandomierz. Nel progetto saranno sostenute solo le persone registrate presso l'Ufficio del lavoro distrettuale di Sandomierz, di età pari o superiore a 30 anni (dal trentesimo anno di età) che si trovano in una situazione particolare sul mercato del lavoro, vale a dire appartengono ad almeno una delle seguenti categorie: persone di età pari o superiore a 50 anni (dal cinquantesimo compleanno), donne, disabili, disoccupati di lunga durata, persone con qualifiche basse. Il sostegno previsto nel progetto è costituito dai servizi e dagli strumenti specificati nella legge del 20 aprile 2004 sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro, quali: tirocini, interventi, attrezzature o ammodernamento del luogo di lavoro e misure una tantum per la creazione di un'impresa. L'erogazione del sostegno sotto forma di servizi e strumenti sopra indicati sarà preceduta da strumenti e servizi per il mercato del lavoro finalizzati all'individualizzazione del sostegno e dell'assistenza nella definizione del percorso professionale, tra cui: — identificazione delle esigenze dei disoccupati e diagnosi delle opportunità di sviluppo professionale, compresa l'individuazione del grado di distanza dal mercato del lavoro, — inserimento professionale completo e individuale nella selezione di un'occupazione coerente con le qualifiche e competenze della persona beneficiaria, o orientamento professionale sulla pianificazione dello sviluppo della carriera, compreso il miglioramento o l'integrazione delle competenze e delle qualifiche professionali. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà l'inizio dell'occupazione da parte di almeno 67 partecipanti al progetto e l'inizio del lavoro autonomo da parte di 26 partecipanti al progetto. (Italian)
