Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie koneckim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy przez 90 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP w Końskich. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników będzie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej którą poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy tj. szkolenia, prace interwencyjne, doposażenie lub wyposażenie stanowiska pracy dla skierowanego bezrobotnego, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, staż, dofinansowanie wynagrodzenia za zatrudnienie skierowanego bezrobotnego, pośrednictwo pracy i/lub poradnictwo zawodowe. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more who are unemployed in the Konecki district. The main result of the project will be the taking up of work by 90 people registered at the PUP in Końskie. As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant, which will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, i.e. training, intervention work, retrofitting or equipping of a job for the targeted unemployed, one-off measures for taking up a business activity, traineeship, co-financing for employment directed unemployed, job intermediation and/or career guidance. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus qui sont au chômage dans le comté de Konecki. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 90 personnes inscrites au PUP de Końskie. Dans le cadre du projet, une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera présentée pour chacun des participants, qui sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels d’un participant donné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail, c’est-à-dire la formation, le travail d’intervention, la mise à niveau ou l’équipement du lieu de travail pour le chômeur, les fonds ponctuels pour le démarrage d’une entreprise, le stage, la compensation de l’emploi du chômeur, le placement et/ou l’orientation professionnelle. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Personen ab 30 Jahren, die im Landkreis Konecki arbeitslos sind, zu erhöhen. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird 90 Personen sein, die in der PUP in Końskie registriert sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer ein spezifisches Angebot zur beruflichen Aktivierung vorgelegt, dem eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme eines bestimmten Teilnehmers vorausgeht. Auf dieser Grundlage wird der PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Arbeits- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen, d. h. Ausbildung, Interventionsarbeit, Nachrüstung oder Ausstattung des Arbeitsplatzes für Arbeitslose, einmalige Mittel für die Unternehmensgründung, Praktika, Entschädigungen für die Beschäftigung des Arbeitslosen, Stellenvermittlung und/oder Berufsberatung. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor mensen van 30 jaar en ouder die werkloos zijn in de provincie Konecki. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is 90 personen die geregistreerd zijn in de PUP in Końskie. In het kader van het project wordt voor elk van de deelnemers een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering gepresenteerd, dat wordt voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheid en professionele problemen van een bepaalde deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt, d.w.z. opleiding, interventiewerk, aanpassing of uitrusting van de werkplek voor de werkloze, eenmalige fondsen voor het starten van een bedrijf, stage, compensatie voor de tewerkstelling van de werkloze, arbeidsbemiddeling en/of loopbaanbegeleiding. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per le persone di età pari o superiore a 30 anni che sono disoccupate nella contea di Konecki. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà di 90 persone registrate nel PUP di Końskie. Nell'ambito del progetto verrà presentata una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale per ciascuno dei partecipanti, preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali di un determinato partecipante. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro, vale a dire la formazione, il lavoro d'intervento, l'adeguamento o l'allestimento del posto di lavoro per il disoccupato, i fondi una tantum per l'avvio di un'impresa, il tirocinio, l'indennità per l'impiego del disoccupato, il collocamento e/o l'orientamento professionale.
