Cel główny: zwiększenie dostępności usług społecznych dla 60 osób (37 K i 23 M dzieci i rodzin) zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Starachowic, poprzez utworzenie świetlicy środowiskowej i zapewnienie im kompleksowego wsparcia do 30.04.2022r Grupa docelowa: 60 osób w tym 30 dzieci, 30 rodziców/opiekunów zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym z obszaru Starachowic (województwo świętokrzyskie). Działania: utworzenie świetlicy środowiskowej wraz z doposażeniem i utworzenie 30 miejsc wsparcia dla dzieci i młodzieży; realizacja zajęć edukacyjno-rozwojowych dla dzieci i młodzieży (m.in. informatycznych, przyrodniczych, z przedsiębiorczości, naukowo-technicznych, plastycznych tanecznych, sportowych, organizacja wyjazdów (np. na basen, do kina, planetarium), realizacja korepetycji dla dzieci mających trudności w nauce; realizacja wsparcia socjoterapeutycznego (realizacja indywidualnych planów wsparcia dla każdego dziecka), zapewnienie warsztatów grupowych, dyżury specjalistów (doradcy zawodowego, logopedy, psychologa), organizacja pikniku rodzinnego. Wsparcie będzie prowadzone również dla 30 rodziców w postaci warsztatów tematycznych, dyżurów specjalistów (psychologa, pedagoga, prawnika). Main objective: increase the availability of social services for 60 people (37 K and 23 m children and families) at risk of poverty and social exclusion from Starachowice, by setting up an environmental centre and providing them with comprehensive support by 30.04.2022r Target Group: 60 people including 30 children, 30 parents/carers at risk of social exclusion from the area of Starachowice (Świętokrzyskie voivodship). Actions: setting up an environmental hall with retrofitting and setting up 30 support places for children and young people; educational and development activities for children and young people (e.g. IT, natural science, entrepreneurship, science and technology, dance arts, sports, organisation of trips (e.g. swimming pool, cinema, planetarium), tutoring for children with learning difficulties; implementation of sociotherapeutic support (implementation of individual support plans for each child), providing group workshops, on-call specialists (professional counselors, speech therapists, psychologist), organisation of family picnic. Support will also be carried out for 30 parents in the form of thematic workshops, specialists’ duty (psychologist, educator, lawyer). Objectif principal: accroître la disponibilité des services sociaux pour 60 personnes (37 K et 23 M enfants et familles) exposées au risque de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale de Starachowice, en créant un centre communautaire et en leur fournissant un soutien complet d’ici au 30.04.2022. 60 personnes dont 30 enfants, 30 parents/tuteurs menacés d’exclusion sociale de Starachowice (Voïvodie de Swietokrzyskie). Actions: la mise en place d’un centre communautaire avec mise à niveau et mise en place de 30 lieux de soutien pour les enfants et les jeunes; mise en œuvre d’activités éducatives et de développement pour les enfants et les jeunes (informatique, nature, esprit d’entreprise, danse scientifique et technique, danse artistique, sport, organisation de voyages (p. ex. piscine, cinéma, planétarium), tutorat pour les enfants ayant des difficultés d’apprentissage; mise en œuvre d’un soutien social thérapeutique (mise en œuvre de plans de soutien individuels pour chaque enfant), organisation d’ateliers de groupe, appel de spécialistes (conseillers professionnels, orthophonistes, psychologues), organisation d’un pique-nique familial. Kinder und Familien), die von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung aus Starachowice bedroht sind, durch Schaffung eines Gemeindezentrums und umfassende Unterstützung bis zum 30.4.2022. 60 Personen, darunter 30 Kinder, 30 Eltern/Hüter, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung aus Starachowice (Woiwodschaft Swietokrzyskie) bedroht sind. Maßnahmen: Einrichtung eines Gemeindezentrums mit Nachrüstung und Einrichtung von 30 Unterstützungsplätzen für Kinder und Jugendliche; Durchführung von Bildungs- und Entwicklungsaktivitäten für Kinder und Jugendliche (z. B. IT, Natur, Unternehmertum, Wissenschaft und Technik, künstlerischer Tanz, Sport, Organisation von Ausflügen (z. B. Azioni: creazione di un centro comunitario con ammodernamento e creazione di 30 luoghi di sostegno per i bambini e i giovani; realizzazione di attività educative e di sviluppo per bambini e giovani (ad es. informatica, naturale, imprenditorialità, scientifica e tecnica, danza artistica, sport, organizzazione di viaggi (ad esempio piscina, cinema, planetario), tutoraggio per bambini con difficoltà di apprendimento; attuazione di sostegno terapeutico sociale (attuazione di piani di sostegno individuali per ogni bambino), fornitura di workshop di gruppo, su richiesta di specialisti (consulenti professionali, logopedisti, psicologo), organizzazione di un picnic familiare. Sarà inoltre fornito sostegno a 30 genitori sotto forma di workshop tematici, su invito di specialisti (psicologo, educatore, avvocato).
