Projekt polega na remoncie (adaptacji) dwóch budynków: budynku na ul. Kusocińskiego 4 oraz budynku na ul. Żwirki 23 w Piekarach Śląskich i utworzeniu w nich Centrum Usług Społecznych (wprowadzeniu do nich usług społecznych). Głównym celem projektu jest lepszy dostęp do usług społecznych dla 2000 osób wykluczonych lub zagrożonych wykluczeniem w Piekarach Śląskich. Żwirki 23 in Piekary Śląskie und die Einrichtung eines Zentrums für soziale Dienstleistungen (Einführung von Sozialdienstleistungen). Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Verbesserung des Zugangs zu sozialen Dienstleistungen für 2000 Personen, die in Piekary Śląskie ausgeschlossen sind oder von Ausgrenzung bedroht sind.
