Projekt pt.: „Aktywność przez integrację” skierowany jest łącznie do 20 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym. Celem głównym projektu realizowanego w Bielsku – Białej pt.: „Aktywność przez integrację” jest wzrost poziomu aktywności społeczno – zawodowej 20 mieszkańców i mieszkanek miasta Bielsko – Biała, w tym 12 kobiet i 8 mężczyzn w okresie od 01.09.2019r. do 28.02.2021r. w oparciu o indywidualną ścieżkę reintegracji poprzedzoną diagnozą potrzeb osób objętych wsparciem oraz podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 5 osób spośród w/w w okresie realizacji projektu i bezpośrednio po nim. W ramach niniejszego projektu zaplanowano kompleksowe działania na rzecz aktywnej integracji społecznej i zawodowej osób wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym w oparciu o indywidualną ścieżkę reintegracji. Zakłada się, że udział w projekcie pozwoli UP nabyć nowe umiejętności oraz ich aktywnie włączyć w życie społeczne i zawodowe. (Polish)

Project titled: “Activities through integration” target a total of 20 people at risk of poverty and social exclusion. Main objective of the project carried out in Bielsko – Biała entitled: “Activity through integration” is an increase in the level of socio-occupational activity of 20 residents and residents of the city of Bielsko – Biała, including 12 women and 8 men between 01.09.2019 and 28.02.2021, based on an individual path of reintegration preceded by a diagnosis of the needs of the supported persons and taking up employment by at least 5 of the abovementioned people during and immediately thereafter. This project envisages comprehensive actions for the active social and occupational inclusion of people excluded and at risk of social exclusion, based on an individual path of reintegration. Participation in the project is assumed to allow UP to acquire new skills and to actively integrate them into social and professional life. (English)

Projet: L’«activité par l’intégration» cible un total de 20 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale. L’objectif principal du projet mis en œuvre à Bielsko-Biała: L’«activité par l’intégration» est une augmentation du niveau d’activité socio-professionnelle de 20 habitants et résidents de la ville de Bielsko-Biała, dont 12 femmes et 8 hommes entre le 1er septembre 2019 et le 28 février 2021, sur la base d’un parcours individuel de réinsertion précédé d’un diagnostic des besoins des personnes bénéficiant d’un soutien et d’un emploi d’au moins 5 personnes de ce qui précède pendant et immédiatement après le projet. Dans le cadre de ce projet, des actions globales sont prévues pour l’inclusion sociale et professionnelle active des personnes exclues et exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale, sur la base d’un parcours de réinsertion individuelle. La participation au projet devrait permettre à l’unité centrale d’acquérir de nouvelles compétences et de les intégrer activement dans la vie sociale et professionnelle. (French)

Projekt: „Aktivität durch Integration“ zielt auf insgesamt 20 von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohte Menschen ab. Hauptziel des in Bielsko-Biała durchgeführten Projekts: „Aktivität durch Integration“ ist eine Zunahme der sozioökonomischen Aktivität von 20 Einwohnern und Einwohnern der Stadt Bielsko-Biała, darunter 12 Frauen und 8 Männer zwischen dem 01.09.2019 und 28.02.2021, basierend auf einem individuellen Wiedereingliederungsweg, dem eine Diagnose der Bedürfnisse der unterstützten Menschen vorausgeht und mindestens 5 Personen aus den oben genannten während und unmittelbar nach dem Projekt eine Beschäftigung aufnehmen. Im Rahmen dieses Projekts sind umfassende Maßnahmen zur aktiven sozialen und beruflichen Eingliederung von Personen geplant, die aufgrund eines individuellen Wiedereingliederungspfads von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind. Die Teilnahme an dem Projekt soll es der PU ermöglichen, neue Fähigkeiten zu erwerben und aktiv in das soziale und berufliche Leben zu integrieren. (German)

Project: „Activiteit door integratie” is gericht op in totaal 20 mensen die het risico lopen op armoede en sociale uitsluiting. De hoofddoelstelling van het in Bielsko-Biała uitgevoerde project: „Activiteit door integratie” is een toename van de maatschappelijke activiteit van 20 inwoners en inwoners van de stad Bielsko-Biała, met inbegrip van 12 vrouwen en 8 mannen tussen 01.09.2019 en 28.2.2021, op basis van een individueel reïntegratietraject, voorafgegaan door een diagnose van de behoeften van ondersteunde mensen en het opnemen van een baan door ten minste 5 personen van de bovengenoemde personen tijdens en onmiddellijk na het project. In het kader van dit project zijn uitgebreide acties gepland voor de actieve sociale en professionele inclusie van mensen die uitgesloten zijn en het risico lopen op sociale uitsluiting op basis van een individueel re-integratietraject. Verwacht wordt dat deelname aan het project de PU in staat zal stellen nieuwe vaardigheden te verwerven en deze actief in het sociale en beroepsleven te integreren. (Dutch)

Progetto: "Attività attraverso l'integrazione" si rivolge a un totale di 20 persone a rischio di povertà ed esclusione sociale. Obiettivo principale del progetto attuato a Bielsko-Biała: "Attività attraverso l'integrazione" è un aumento del livello di attività socio-lavorativa di 20 abitanti e residenti della città di Bielsko-Biała, di cui 12 donne e 8 uomini tra l'1.9.2019 e il 28.2.2021, sulla base di un percorso individuale di reinserimento preceduto da una diagnosi delle esigenze delle persone sostenute e dell'occupazione di almeno 5 persone di cui sopra durante e immediatamente dopo il progetto. Nell'ambito di questo progetto sono previste azioni globali per l'inclusione sociale e professionale attiva delle persone escluse e a rischio di esclusione sociale sulla base di un percorso di reinserimento individuale. La partecipazione al progetto dovrebbe consentire all'UP di acquisire nuove competenze e di integrarle attivamente nella vita sociale e professionale. (Italian)
