L’objectif principal du PROJ est l’activation de la profession et de l’exclusion sociale 60 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, dont 42 000, 18 millions d’habitants, provenant de régions où l’exclusion sociale est supérieure à la moyenne dans la voïvodie de Poméranie — Damnica, Dębnica Kaszubska, Główczyce, Kępice, Potentgowo, Smołdzina au cours de la période allant du 1er octobre 2018 au 29 février 2020. Le 60e groupe Docel remplit au moins une condition pour être classé comme un groupe de personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale (dans le cas des personnes bénéficiant de prestations d’assistance sociale, le chômage ne peut être la seule raison d’apporter un soutien), dans les zones où le niveau d’exclusion sociale est supérieur à la moyenne dans la voïvodie de Poméranie, dans la région de Słupsk: communes Damnica, Dębnica Kaszubska, Główczyce, Kępice, Potegowo, Smołdzina.
