Projekt skierowany jest do 410 osób bezrobotnych (225K, 185M) zarejestrowanych w PUP w Chojnicach (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia). Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy - należących do grupy docelowej projektu, wymienionej w pkt. C.4 wniosku. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania. W projekcie zaplanowano nast. działania: pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych uczestnika projektu w postaci IPD, pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zawodowe, staże, prace interwencyjne, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy, szkolenia. Projekt uwzględni zasady unijne (w tym zasadę równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami i zasadę zrównoważonego rozwoju),prawodawstwo unijne i krajowe. The project is aimed at 410 unemployed (225K, 185M) registered at the PUP in Chojnice (excluding persons before the age of 30). The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people who are unemployed – belonging to the target group of the project mentioned in point. C.4 of the proposal. The support will be implemented exclusively through labour market services and instruments as defined in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, excluding public works, based on an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant in the form of an Individual Action Plan. The project plans for the following actions: in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a project participant in the form of IPD, job intermediation or career guidance, traineeships, intervention work, one-off measures for taking up a business activity, reimbursement of equipment costs or job retrofitting, training. The project will take into account EU principles (including the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities and the principle of sustainable development), EU and national legislation. Le projet s’adresse à 410 chômeurs (225 K, 185 millions) inscrits à l’OLP de Chojnice (à l’exclusion de ceux âgés de plus de 30 ans). L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité des chômeurs — appartenant au groupe cible du projet mentionné au point. C.4 de la proposition. L’aide sera fournie uniquement au moyen de services et d’instruments du marché du travail tels que définis dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail, à l’exclusion des travaux publics, sur la base d’une analyse approfondie des compétences, des prédispositions et des problèmes professionnels d’un participant au projet donné sous la forme d’un plan d’action individuel. Les activités suivantes sont prévues dans le cadre du projet: analyse approfondie des compétences, des prédispositions et des problèmes professionnels du participant au projet sous forme de DPI, de placements professionnels ou d’orientation professionnelle, de stages, de travaux d’intervention, de mesures ponctuelles de création d’entreprise, de remboursement des coûts d’équipement ou d’aménagement de l’emploi, de formation. Le projet tiendra compte des principes de l’UE (y compris l’égalité des chances et la non-discrimination, y compris l’accessibilité pour les personnes handicapées et le développement durable), de la législation de l’UE et de la législation nationale. Das Projekt richtet sich an 410 Arbeitslose (225K, 185M), die im PLO in Chojnice registriert sind (ohne solche vor 30 Jahren). Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von Arbeitslosen zu verbessern, die zur Zielgruppe des in Absatz 1 genannten Projekts gehören. C.4 des Vorschlags. Die Unterstützung wird nur über arbeitsmarktbezogene Dienstleistungen und Instrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen, ausgenommen öffentliche Arbeiten, auf der Grundlage einer eingehenden Analyse der Kompetenzen, Prädispositionen und beruflichen Probleme eines bestimmten Projektteilnehmers in Form eines individuellen Aktionsplans geleistet. Im Rahmen des Projekts sind folgende Aktivitäten geplant: eingehende Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Prädispositionen und beruflichen Probleme des Projektteilnehmers in Form von IPD, Stellenvermittlungen oder Berufsberatung, Praktika, Interventionsarbeit, einmalige Maßnahmen zur Gründung eines Unternehmens, Erstattung von Ausrüstungs- oder Nachrüstungskosten, Schulung. Bei dem Projekt werden die EU-Grundsätze (einschließlich Chancengleichheit und Nichtdiskriminierung, einschließlich Zugänglichkeit für Menschen mit Behinderungen und nachhaltige Entwicklung), EU-Rechtsvorschriften und nationale Rechtsvorschriften berücksichtigt. Het project is gericht op 410 werklozen (225K, 185 miljoen) die zijn ingeschreven in de PLO in Chojnice (met uitzondering van degenen vóór de leeftijd van 30 jaar). Het doel van het project is de inzetbaarheid van werklozen — die tot de doelgroep van het in paragraaf genoemde project behoren — te vergroten. C.4 van het voorstel. De steun zal alleen worden verleend via arbeidsmarktdiensten en -instrumenten als omschreven in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt, met uitzondering van openbare werken, op basis van een grondige analyse van de vaardigheden, aanleg en professionele problemen van een bepaalde projectdeelnemer in de vorm van een individueel actieplan. In het project zijn de volgende activiteiten gepland: grondige analyse van de vaardigheden, predisposities en professionele problemen van de projectdeelnemer in de vorm van IPD, arbeidsbemiddeling of loopbaanbegeleiding, stages, interventiewerkzaamheden, eenmalige maatregelen voor het opzetten van een bedrijf, vergoeding van apparatuur of kosten voor aanpassing van de baan, opleiding. Il progetto è rivolto a 410 disoccupati (225K, 185M) iscritti all'OLP di Chojnice (esclusi quelli prima dei 30 anni). L'obiettivo del progetto è aumentare l'occupabilità dei disoccupati — appartenenti al gruppo destinatario del progetto di cui al paragrafo. C.4 della proposta. Il sostegno sarà fornito solo attraverso i servizi e gli strumenti del mercato del lavoro quali definiti nella legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro, esclusi i lavori pubblici, sulla base di un'analisi approfondita delle competenze, delle predisposizione e dei problemi professionali di un determinato partecipante al progetto sotto forma di un piano d'azione individuale. Nel progetto sono previste le seguenti attività: analisi approfondita delle competenze, delle predisposizioni e dei problemi professionali del partecipante al progetto sotto forma di IPD, tirocini o orientamento professionale, tirocini, interventi di intervento, misure una tantum per la creazione di un'impresa, rimborso di attrezzature o costi di adeguamento al lavoro, formazione. Il progetto terrà conto dei principi dell'UE (comprese le pari opportunità e la non discriminazione, compresa l'accessibilità per le persone con disabilità e lo sviluppo sostenibile), la legislazione dell'UE e nazionale.
