Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej i zdolności do zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r.ż. zarejestrowanych w PUP w Przeworsku. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 77 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia tj.: • osoby bezrobotne zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) z grup: - osoby od 50 roku życia - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - kobiety - osoby niepełnosprawne - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych • rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin prowadzący indywidualne gospodarstwo rolne do wielkości 2 ha, zamierzający odejść z rolnictwa, należący do ww. grup. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the level of activity and employability of unemployed people over the year 29 registered in the PUP in Przeworsk. The main result of the project will be the employment of 77 people registered in the PUP. The project will support people over 29 years of age, i.e.: • Unemployed persons qualified for assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support)” from groups: — people from 50 years of age – long-term unemployed – women – disabled persons – low-skilled people • farmers and members of their families who run an individual farm up to the size of 2 hectares, intending to leave agriculture, belonging to the above groups. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître le niveau d’activité et l’employabilité des chômeurs de plus de 29 ans inscrits à l’OLP à Przeworsk. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 77 personnes inscrites à l’OLP pour occuper un emploi. Le projet soutiendra les personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans, c’est-à-dire: • les chômeurs éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «obligatoire d’aide») provenant de groupes: — personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus — chômeurs de longue durée — femmes — personnes handicapées — personnes peu qualifiées • agriculteurs et membres de leur famille gérant une exploitation agricole individuelle d’un maximum de 2 hectares, ayant l’intention de quitter l’agriculture, appartenant aux groupes susmentionnés. Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, das Beschäftigungsniveau und die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von Arbeitslosen über 29 Jahren zu erhöhen, die in der PLO in Przeworsk registriert sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird 77 Personen sein, die in der PLO registriert sind, um eine Beschäftigung aufzunehmen. Das Projekt wird Menschen über 29 Jahren unterstützen, d. h.: • Arbeitslosen, die für das Beihilfeprofil I (sogenannte erwerbstätige Arbeitslose) oder das Hilfsprofil II (sogenannte „Unterstützungserfordernisse“) aus Gruppen in Betracht kommen: — Personen ab 50 Jahren – Langzeitarbeitslose – Frauen – Behinderte – Geringqualifizierte • Landwirte und ihre Familienangehörigen, die einen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb von bis zu 2 Hektar führen, um die Landwirtschaft zu verlassen, die zu den oben genannten Gruppen gehören. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Het doel van het project is het verhogen van het niveau van activiteit en inzetbaarheid van werklozen ouder dan 29 jaar die geregistreerd zijn in de PLO in Przeworsk. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is 77 personen die in de PLO zijn ingeschreven om een baan te vinden. Het project zal mensen ouder dan 29 jaar ondersteunen, d.w.z.: • werklozen die in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of steunprofiel II (zogenaamde „vereiste steun”) van groepen: — personen van 50 jaar en ouder — langdurig werklozen — vrouwen — gehandicapten — laaggeschoolden • landbouwers en hun gezinsleden die een individuele boerderij tot 2 hectare exploiteren, die de landbouw willen verlaten en tot bovengenoemde groepen behoren. In het kader van het project wordt voor elke deelnemer de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è aumentare il livello di attività e l'occupabilità dei disoccupati di età superiore ai 29 anni iscritti all'OLP di Przeworsk. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà di 77 persone iscritte all'OLP per l'occupazione. Il progetto sosterrà le persone di età superiore ai 29 anni, ossia: • disoccupati ammissibili al profilo di aiuto I (cosiddetto disoccupati attivi) o al profilo di aiuto II (cosiddetto "richiesto di sostegno") provenienti da gruppi: — persone di età pari o superiore a 50 anni — disoccupati di lunga durata — donne — disabili — persone poco qualificate • agricoltori e loro familiari che gestiscono un'azienda individuale fino a 2 ettari, che intendono lasciare l'agricoltura, appartenente ai gruppi summenzionati. Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante interessato. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro.
