Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie zambrowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 29 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP w Zambrowie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby od 30 roku życia pozostające bez pracy, zarejestrowane w powiatowym urzędzie pracy zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należące co najmniej do jednej z następujących grup: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from 30 years of age who are unemployed in Zambrów County. The main result of the project will be the employment of 29 people registered at the PUP in Zambrow. The project will support persons from 30 years of age who are unemployed and registered at the Poviat Labour Office qualified to the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called requiring support) belonging to at least one of the following groups: persons over 50 years of age, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, excluding public works. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité des personnes âgées de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Zamrow. Le principal résultat du projet sera le recrutement de 29 personnes inscrites à l’OLP à Zambrowa. Dans le cadre du projet, les personnes sans emploi à partir de 30 ans, inscrites à l’office de l’emploi de district et remplissant les conditions requises pour le profil d’aide I (c’est-à-dire «chômeur actif») ou le profil d’aide II (ce que l’on appelle le soutien nécessaire) bénéficieront d’un soutien et appartiendront à au moins un des groupes suivants: les personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, les femmes, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée et les personnes peu qualifiées. Dans le cadre du projet pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, l’OLP fournira des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail, à l’exception des travaux publics. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von Menschen ab 30 Jahren, die im Bezirk Zamrow arbeitslos sind, zu verbessern. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird die Rekrutierung von 29 Personen sein, die in der PLO in Zambrowa registriert sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Personen ab 30 Jahren, die arbeitslos sind, im Bezirksarbeitsamt registriert sind, die für das Hilfsprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Hilfsprofil II (sogenannte Unterstützungsbedürftigkeit) qualifiziert sind, unterstützt und mindestens einer der folgenden Gruppen angehören: Menschen über 50 Jahre, Frauen, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose, Geringqualifizierte. Im Rahmen des Projekts für jeden Teilnehmer wird eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des Teilnehmers mit einem spezifischen Angebot der beruflichen Aktivierung vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO angemessen ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente bereitstellen, auf die im Gesetz über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen Bezug genommen wird, mit Ausnahme öffentlicher Arbeiten. Het doel van het project is de inzetbaarheid te vergroten van mensen vanaf 30 jaar die werkloos zijn in het district Zamrow. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is de aanwerving van 29 personen die zijn ingeschreven in de PLO in Zambrowa. In het kader van het project worden personen vanaf de leeftijd van 30 jaar die werkloos zijn, ingeschreven in het districtsbureau voor arbeidsvoorziening die in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of steunprofiel II (zogenaamde steunplichtig), ondersteund en behorend tot ten minste een van de volgende groepen: mensen ouder dan 50 jaar, vrouwen, mensen met een handicap, langdurig werklozen, laaggeschoolden. Als onderdeel van het project voor elke deelnemer wordt het presenteren van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheid en professionele problemen van de deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten aanbieden als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt, met uitzondering van openbare werken. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare l'occupabilità delle persone a partire dai 30 anni di età che sono disoccupate nel distretto di Zamrow. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà il reclutamento di 29 persone registrate presso l'OLP di Zambrowa. Nell'ambito del progetto, i disoccupati di età superiore ai 30 anni iscritti all'ufficio di collocamento distrettuale qualificato per il profilo di aiuto I (cosiddetto disoccupato attivo) o il profilo di aiuto II (cosiddetto che necessita di sostegno) saranno sostenuti e appartenenti ad almeno uno dei seguenti gruppi: persone di età superiore ai 50 anni, donne, disabili, disoccupati di lunga durata, scarsamente qualificati. Nell'ambito del progetto per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante. Su tale base, l'OLP fornirà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro, ad eccezione dei lavori pubblici.
