Projekt zakłada rewitalizacje obszarudziałkę nr ewid.63471o powierzchni 4314 m2. Zakres rzeczowy projektu to budowa OśrodkaDziedzictwa KulturowegoGminyStryszawa, wraz z wew. instalacjami: wodnokanaliz., elektry., c.o, utwardz. terenu,budową przyłącza kanalizacji sanitarnej, instalacji kanalizacji deszczowej i energetycznej, budowę zjazdu z drogi powiatowej oraz dostawą i montażem podstawowego wyposażenia obiektu. Działanie będzie poprzedzone postęp. o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 29.01.2004r. PZP Dz. U. z 2016 r. poz. 1020 w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego. Realizacja zadania dot. części inwestycyjnej została poprzedzona przygotowaniami formalnymi. Wnioskodawca: zlecił wykonanie dokumentacji technicznej, uzyskał pozwolenie na wyburzenie starego i budowę nowego obiektu. W ramach prac przygotowawczych zad 1 poniesiono koszty opracowania analizy ekonomicznofinansowej, obligatoryjnego załącznika do wniosku, opracowano kosztorysy inwestorskie oraz dokonano rozbiórki budynku komunalnego zakres prac objęty decyzją. Kolejne zadanie objęte projektem to budowa Ośrodka Dziedzictwa Kulturowego Gminy Stryszawa, która obejmuje: prace budowlano wykończeniowe, w tym budowa tarasu letniego z przeznacz. na scenę letnią na występy podczas letnich,plenerowych imprez kulturalnych, zakup i instalacja wyposaż..;urządzenie dojazdu, utwardzenie i zagospod. terenu.W ramach zadania planuje się również zatrudnienie inspektora nadzoru inwestorskiego oraz autorskiego.Nowy budynek będzie obiektem piętrowym z częściowym podpiwnicz.o konstrukcji tradycyjnej. Dostosowanym do krajobrazu i zabudowy występującej na terenie miejscowości poprzez zastosowanie formy dachów oraz gabarytów budynku dominującej na terenie gminy. The project involves revitalisation of the area of plot no.63471o of the area of 4314 m². Le projet prévoit la revitalisation de la parcelle no ewid.63471 d’une superficie de 4 314 m². Le champ d’application matériel du projet est la construction du Centre du patrimoine culturel de la municipalité detryszawa, ainsi que d’autres installations: plomberie, électricité, chauffage central, durcissement du terrain, construction d’un raccordement d’assainissement sanitaire, systèmes d’évacuation des eaux pluviales et d’énergie, construction d’une sortie de la route de district et fourniture et installation de l’équipement de base de l’installation. Das Projekt sieht eine Revitalisierung des Grundstücks Nr. ewid.63471 mit einer Fläche von 4 314 m² vor. Der materielle Rahmen des Projekts ist der Bau des Kulturerbezentrums der GemeindeStryszawa, zusammen mit anderen Installationen: Sanitär-, Elektro-, Zentralheizung, Land-Härtung, Bau einer sanitären Kanalisation, Regenwasser- und Energieentwässerung, Bau einer Ausfahrt aus der Kreisstraße und Lieferung und Installation der Grundausstattung der Anlage. Der Maßnahme werden gemäß dem Gesetz vom 29. Januar 2004 Fortschritte bei der Vergabe des öffentlichen Auftrags vorausgehen. PZP Dz. Journal of Laws 2016, Punkt. 1020 im Rahmen eines offenen Ausschreibungsverfahrens. Der Umsetzung des Investitionsteils gingen formelle Vorbereitungen voraus. Antragsteller: er beauftragte die technische Dokumentation, erhielt eine Genehmigung für den Abriss des alten und den Bau einer neuen Anlage. Im Rahmen der vorbereitenden Arbeiten wurden die Kosten für die Vorbereitung der wirtschaftlichen und finanziellen Analyse, die obligatorische Anlage zum Antrag, die Kostenschätzungen des Investors und der Abriss des Gemeindegebäudes sowie der Umfang der von der Entscheidung erfassten Arbeiten angefallen. Het project beoogt revitalisering van het perceel nr. ewid.63471 met een oppervlakte van 4 314 m². De materiële reikwijdte van het project is de bouw van het Cultureel Erfgoedcentrum van de gemeente Stryszawa, samen met andere installaties: loodgieterswerk, elektrische, centrale verwarming, grondverharding, bouw van een sanitaire rioleringsaansluiting, regenwater- en energieafvoersystemen, bouw van een uitgang van de stadsweg en de levering en installatie van de basisuitrusting van de faciliteit. De actie zal worden voorafgegaan door de voortgang bij de gunning van de overheidsopdracht, overeenkomstig de wet van 29 januari 2004. PZP Dz. Artikel van het Staatsblad 2016, punt. 1020 in het kader van een openbare aanbestedingsprocedure. De uitvoering van het investeringsgedeelte werd voorafgegaan door formele voorbereidingen. Verzoekende partij: hij gaf opdracht tot de technische documentatie, verkreeg een vergunning om het oude te slopen en een nieuwe faciliteit te bouwen. Il progetto prevede la rivitalizzazione del terreno n. ewid.63471 con una superficie di 4 314 m². L'azione sarà preceduta da progressi nell'aggiudicazione dell'appalto pubblico, conformemente alla legge del 29 gennaio 2004. PZP Dz.
