Przedmiotem projektu będzie zakup i wdrożenie nowoczesnego systemu informatycznego ERP typu B2B i B2E oraz niezbędnych środków trwałych, które pozwolą zmodernizować, przyspieszyć i zautomatyzować najważniejsze procesy biznesowe realizowane w firmie: marketing i sprzedaż, produkcję i gospodarkę materiałową, prawo, księgowość i finanse oraz zasoby ludzkie. Planowany projekt jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby Wnioskodawcy w zakresie usprawnienia, automatyzacji i modernizacji najważniejszych procesów i działań zachodzących w firmie. W wyniku wdrożenia systemów zostaną zaspokojone potrzeby Wnioskodawcy w zakresie prowadzenia działalności w oparciu o system ERP oraz funkcjonalności B2B. Realizacja projektu umożliwi podejmowanie decyzji zarówno operacyjnych jak i strategicznych (krótko i długoterminowych) na podstawie pewniejszych danych i w krótszym czasie. Systemy będą mieć budowę modułową, przeznaczoną dla każdego działu firmy, określającą liczbę potrzebnych stanowisk pracy. (Polish)

The subject of the project will be the purchase and implementation of the modern IT system of ERP type B2B and B2E type, as well as necessary fixed assets to modernise, accelerate and automate the most important business processes implemented in the company: marketing and sales, production and management of materials, law, accounting and finance and human resources. The planned project is a response to the applicant’s needs in terms of improvement, automation and modernisation of the most important processes and activities taking place in the company. As a result of the implementation of the systems, the applicant’s business needs will be met based on the ERP system and the B2B functionality. The implementation of the project will enable both operational and strategic decisions (short and long-term) to be taken on the basis of more reliable data and in a shorter time. The systems will have a modular construction, designed for each department of the company, specifying the number of workstations needed. (English)

L’objet du projet sera l’achat et la mise en œuvre d’un système informatique ERP moderne de type B2B et B2E et des immobilisations nécessaires, ce qui permettra de moderniser, d’accélérer et d’automatiser les processus métier les plus importants réalisés dans l’entreprise: commercialisation et vente, production et gestion du matériel, droit, comptabilité et finances, et ressources humaines. Le projet prévu répond aux besoins de la requérante en termes de rationalisation, d’automatisation et de modernisation des processus et activités les plus importants de l’entreprise. En raison de la mise en œuvre des systèmes, les besoins de la requérante en termes de conduite des activités sur la base du système REE et des fonctionnalités B2B seront satisfaits. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra de prendre des décisions opérationnelles et stratégiques (à court et à long terme) sur la base de données plus fiables et dans un délai plus court. Les systèmes auront une construction modulaire, conçue pour chaque département de l’entreprise, en précisant le nombre de postes de travail nécessaires. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Erwerb und die Implementierung eines modernen ERP-IT-Systems Typ B2B und B2E sowie die notwendigen Anlagegüter, die es ermöglichen, die wichtigsten Geschäftsprozesse des Unternehmens zu modernisieren, zu beschleunigen und zu automatisieren: Marketing und Vertrieb, Produktions- und Materialmanagement, Recht, Buchhaltung und Finanzen sowie Personal. Das geplante Projekt ist eine Antwort auf die Bedürfnisse des Antragstellers in Bezug auf die Straffung, Automatisierung und Modernisierung der wichtigsten Prozesse und Aktivitäten im Unternehmen. Durch die Einführung der Systeme werden die Bedürfnisse des Antragstellers in Bezug auf die Geschäftstätigkeit auf der Grundlage des EER-Systems und der B2B-Funktionen erfüllt. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird es ermöglichen, sowohl operative als auch strategische Entscheidungen (kurz und langfristig) auf der Grundlage zuverlässigerer Daten und in kürzerer Zeit zu treffen. Die Systeme verfügen über einen modularen Aufbau, der für jede Abteilung des Unternehmens ausgelegt ist und die Anzahl der benötigten Arbeitsplätze festlegt. (German)

Het onderwerp van het project is de aankoop en implementatie van een modern ERP IT-systeem type B2B en B2E en de nodige vaste activa, die het mogelijk zullen maken om de belangrijkste bedrijfsprocessen die in het bedrijf worden uitgevoerd, te moderniseren, te versnellen en te automatiseren: marketing en verkoop, productie en materiaalbeheer, recht, boekhouding en financiën, en human resources. Het geplande project is een antwoord op de behoeften van de aanvrager wat betreft het stroomlijnen, automatiseren en moderniseren van de belangrijkste processen en activiteiten die in het bedrijf plaatsvinden. Als gevolg van de implementatie van de systemen zal worden voldaan aan de behoeften van de aanvrager in termen van bedrijfsvoering op basis van het EER-systeem en de B2B-functies. De uitvoering van het project zal het mogelijk maken zowel operationele als strategische beslissingen (korte en lange termijn) te nemen op basis van betrouwbaardere gegevens en in een kortere tijd. De systemen zullen modulaire constructies hebben, ontworpen voor elke afdeling van het bedrijf, met vermelding van het aantal benodigde werkplekken. (Dutch)

Oggetto del progetto sarà l'acquisto e l'implementazione di un moderno sistema informatico ERP tipo B2B e B2E e le necessarie immobilizzazioni, che consentiranno di ammodernare, accelerare e automatizzare i più importanti processi aziendali svolti in azienda: marketing e vendita, produzione e gestione dei materiali, diritto, contabilità e finanza, e risorse umane. Il progetto previsto risponde alle esigenze del Richiedente in termini di razionalizzazione, automatizzazione e modernizzazione dei processi e delle attività più importanti che si svolgono all'interno dell'azienda. A seguito dell'attuazione dei sistemi, saranno soddisfatte le esigenze del richiedente in termini di conduzione di attività basate sul sistema EER e sulle funzionalità B2B. L'attuazione del progetto consentirà di prendere decisioni operative e strategiche (a breve e a lungo termine) sulla base di dati più affidabili e in tempi più brevi. I sistemi avranno una costruzione modulare, progettata per ogni reparto dell'azienda, specificando il numero di postazioni di lavoro necessarie. (Italian)
