Pilna konieczność pogodzenia bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego w okresie zimowym z ochroną roślinności przed toksycznym działaniem soli drogowej legła u podstaw projektu badawczego ODSALAX rozpoczętego przez Centrum Badawczo - Produkcyjne "ALCOR" w 2016 roku. Celem tego projektu było opracowanie technologii która pozwoliłaby nie tylko zatrzymać migrację szkodliwej soli do gleby ale dodatkowo wycofać jej część z chronionego obszaru i skierować do ponownego użycia w następnym sezonie zimowego utrzymania dróg. analiza światowych baz patentowych wskazywała na brak takich technologii. Innowacyjność i oryginalność rozwiązań zaproponowanych w ramach systemu ODSALAX została potwierdzona w ramach patentu PL 228854 " Sposób ochrony roślin i gleby przed szkodliwym działaniem soli drogowej " przyznanym na rzecz Centrum Badawczo-Produkcyjnego " Alcor " przez Urząd Patentowy RP w roku 2018. Zarządy Zieleni Miejskiej i inne jednostki organizacyjne odpowiedzialne za ochronę roślinności zwróciły się z prośbą o rozszerzenie zakresu ochrony poprzez opracowanie mat ochronnych dla pasów zieleni w ciągach dróg szybkiego ruchu, ze względu na to iż system ODSALAX jest zbyt skomplikowany i drogi do montażu masowego. Tak narodziła się koncepcja nowej innowacyjnej foli ochronnej spełniającej funkcje tac ochronnych systemu ODSALAX. Pierwsze doniesienia o opracowaniu technologii ODSALAX wzbudziły również zainteresowanie poza granicami Polski w tym Danii , Szwecji i USA skąd także napłynęły zapytania o " folię typu ODSALAX ". Wielokrotnie powtarzane słowo " Folia' w tych zapytaniach skłoniło nas do podjęcia we własnym zakresie nowych wstępnych prac przedprojektowych w celu rozważenia realności opracowania Foli spełniającej funkcje tacy ochronnej systemu ODSALAX. ( w załączeniu kserokopia patentu nr 228854) Nowy produkt będzie nie tylko łatwy w montażu i demontażu ale także tani z możliwością wielokrotnego wykorzystania foli. (Polish)

The urgent need to reconcile road safety in winter with protection of vegetation against toxic effects of road salt was at the heart of the ODSALAX research project launched by the Research and Production Centre “Alcor” in 2016. The aim of this project was to develop a technology that would not only stop the migration of harmful salt into the soil but also withdraw part of it from the protected area and redirect it to reuse in the next winter season of road maintenance. The innovativeness and originality of the solutions proposed under the ODSALAX system has been confirmed under the PL 228854 patent “How to protect plants and soil against harmful effects of road salt” granted to the Research and Production Centre “Alcor” by the Polish Patent Office in 2018. The Municipal Green Administrations and other vegetation agencies have requested that the scope of protection be extended by developing protective mats for green belts in high-speed roads, as the ODSALAX system is too complex and roads for mass assembly. This is how the concept of a new innovative protective film was born, fulfilling the functions of protective trays of the ODSALAX system. The first reports about the development of ODSALAX technology also aroused interest outside Poland, including Denmark, Sweden and the USA, where requests for “ODSALAX film” were also received. The repeated word “Foil” in these queries prompted us to undertake in our own way new pre-project work to consider the reality of developing a Foli fulfilling the functions of such a protective ODSALAX system. La nécessité urgente de concilier sécurité routière pendant la période hivernale et protection de la végétation contre les effets toxiques du sel de voirie a été au cœur du projet de recherche ODSALAX lancé par le Centre de recherche et de production «ALCOR» en 2016. L’objectif de ce projet était de mettre au point une technologie qui permettrait non seulement d’arrêter la migration du sel nocif dans le sol, mais aussi de retirer une partie de celui-ci de l’aire protégée et de l’orienter vers sa réutilisation au cours de la prochaine saison d’entretien hivernale. L’innovation et l’originalité des solutions proposées dans le cadre du système ODSALAX ont été confirmées par le brevet PL 228854 «Méthode de protection des végétaux et des sols contre les effets nocifs du sel de voirie» accordé au Centre de recherche et de production «Alcor» par l’Office des brevets de la République de Pologne en 2018. Les Conseils verts municipaux et d’autres unités organisationnelles responsables de la protection de la végétation ont demandé une extension du champ de la protection en développant des tapis de protection pour les ceintures vertes sur les routes à grande vitesse, parce que le système ODSALAX est trop compliqué et la façon de monter en masse. C’est ainsi que naquit le concept d’un nouveau film protecteur innovant pour les plateaux de protection ODSALAX. Les premiers rapports sur le développement de la technologie ODSALAX ont également suscité l’intérêt en dehors de la Pologne, y compris le Danemark, la Suède et les États-Unis, d’où des questions sur «le film ODSALAX» ont également été reçues. Le mot répété «Film» dans ces enquêtes nous a incités à entreprendre par nous-mêmes de nouveaux travaux préliminaires de pré-conception afin d’examiner la faisabilité du développement du film protecteur ODSALAX. Die dringende Notwendigkeit, die Straßenverkehrssicherheit im Winter mit dem Schutz der Vegetation vor toxischen Auswirkungen von Straßensalz in Einklang zu bringen, stand im Mittelpunkt des 2016 vom Forschungs- und Produktionszentrum „ALCOR“ ins Leben gerufenen ODSALAX-Forschungsprojekts. Ziel dieses Projekts war es, eine Technologie zu entwickeln, die nicht nur die Migration von schädlichem Salz in den Boden stoppen, sondern zusätzlich einen Teil davon aus dem Schutzgebiet zurückziehen und in der nächsten Winterpflegesaison wiederverwenden würde. Die Innovationsfähigkeit und Originalität der im Rahmen des ODSALAX-Systems vorgeschlagenen Lösungen wurde durch das Patent PL 228854 „Methode zum Schutz von Pflanzen und Böden gegen schädliche Auswirkungen von Straßensalz“ bestätigt, das 2018 vom Patentamt der Republik Polen dem Forschungs- und Produktionszentrum „Alcor“ erteilt wurde. Die Municipal Green Boards und andere Organisationseinheiten, die für den Schutz der Vegetation zuständig sind, haben eine Erweiterung des Schutzbereichs durch die Entwicklung von Schutzmatten für Grüngurte auf Hochgeschwindigkeitsstraßen beantragt, da das ODSALAX-System zu kompliziert und der Weg zur Massenmontage ist. So entstand das Konzept einer neuen innovativen Schutzfolie für ODSALAX Schutzschalen. Die ersten Berichte über die Entwicklung der ODSALAX-Technologie weckten auch außerhalb Polens Interesse, darunter Dänemark, Schweden und die USA, aus denen auch Fragen zu „ODSALAX Film“ aufgenommen wurden. Das wiederholte Wort „Film“ in diesen Anfragen veranlasste uns, neue Vorarbeiten selbst durchzuführen, um die Machbarkeit der Entwicklung des ODSALAX-Schutzfilms zu prüfen. De dringende noodzaak om de verkeersveiligheid tijdens de winterperiode te verzoenen met de bescherming van vegetatie tegen toxische effecten van wegzout, stond centraal in het ODSALAX-onderzoeksproject dat in 2016 door het onderzoeks- en productiecentrum „ALCOR” is opgezet. Het doel van dit project was om een technologie te ontwikkelen die niet alleen de migratie van schadelijk zout naar de bodem zou stoppen, maar ook een deel ervan uit het beschermde gebied zou halen en deze in het volgende winteronderhoudsseizoen zou laten hergebruiken. De innovatie en originaliteit van de oplossingen die in het kader van het ODSALAX-systeem worden voorgesteld, zijn bevestigd onder octrooi PL 228854 „Methode voor de bescherming van planten en bodem tegen schadelijke effecten van wegzout” dat in 2018 door het octrooibureau van de Republiek Polen aan het onderzoeks- en productiecentrum „Alcor” is verleend. De gemeentelijke Green Boards en andere organisatorische eenheden die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de bescherming van de vegetatie hebben gevraagd om een uitbreiding van de reikwijdte van de bescherming door het ontwikkelen van beschermende matten voor groene gordels op hogesnelheidswegen, omdat het ODSALAX-systeem te ingewikkeld is en de weg naar massa-assemblage is. Zo ontstond het concept van een nieuwe innovatieve beschermfolie voor ODSALAX beschermbakken. De eerste rapporten over de ontwikkeling van ODSALAX-technologie wekten ook belangstelling buiten Polen, waaronder Denemarken, Zweden en de VS, van waaruit ook vragen over „ODSALAX-film” werden ontvangen. Het herhaalde woord „Film” in deze onderzoeken bracht ons ertoe nieuwe voorbereidende pre-ontwerpwerkzaamheden uit te voeren om de haalbaarheid van de ontwikkeling van de ODSALAX-beschermingsfilm te onderzoeken. L'urgente necessità di conciliare la sicurezza stradale durante il periodo invernale con la protezione della vegetazione dagli effetti tossici del sale stradale è stata al centro del progetto di ricerca ODSALAX lanciato dal Centro di ricerca e produzione "ALCOR" nel 2016. L'obiettivo di questo progetto era quello di sviluppare una tecnologia che non solo impedisse la migrazione di sale nocivo nel suolo, ma, inoltre, ritirasse una parte di esso dall'area protetta e la dirigesse al riutilizzo nella prossima stagione invernale di manutenzione. L'innovatività e l'originalità delle soluzioni proposte nell'ambito del sistema ODSALAX sono state confermate con il brevetto PL 228854 "Metodo di protezione delle piante e del suolo contro gli effetti nocivi del sale stradale" concesso al Centro di Ricerca e Produzione "Alcor" dall'Ufficio Brevetti della Repubblica di Polonia nel 2018. Le Commissioni Verdi Comunali e le altre unità organizzative responsabili della protezione della vegetazione hanno chiesto un ampliamento della portata della protezione mediante lo sviluppo di stuoie protettive per le cinture verdi nei percorsi stradali ad alta velocità, perché il sistema ODSALAX è troppo complicato e la strada per l'assemblaggio di massa. Nasce così il concetto di un nuovo film protettivo innovativo per i vassoi protettivi ODSALAX. I primi rapporti sullo sviluppo della tecnologia ODSALAX suscitarono anche interesse al di fuori della Polonia, tra cui Danimarca, Svezia e Stati Uniti, da cui sono state ricevute anche domande sul "film ODSALAX". La parola ripetuta "Film" in queste indagini ci ha spinto a intraprendere nuovi lavori preliminari di pre-progettazione da soli al fine di valutare la fattibilità dello sviluppo della pellicola protettiva ODSALAX. (inclusa la fotocopia del brevetto n. 228854) Il nuovo prodotto non solo sarà facile da montare e smontare, ma anche a buon mercato con la possibilità di utilizzo multiplo della pellicola. (Italian)
