Przedmiotem projektu będzie zakup środków trwałych niezbędnych do wdrożenia w firmie innowacji procesowej i produktowej, związanej z produkcją urządzeń dla branży drzewno - meblarskiej. Planowany projekt jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby Wnioskodawcy i rynku. W przypadku innowacyjności procesowej (nowe urządzenia produkcyjne) zaspokojone zostaną potrzeby w zakresie jakości, dokładności, powtarzalności wyrobów, ekologicznej produkcji, rozwoju i wzrostu konkurencyjności firmy na rynku krajowym. Z drugiej strony odpowiedzią na potrzeby rynku będzie również wdrożenie innowacji produktowej i wprowadzenie na rynek udoskonalonego produktu jakim będzie linia do łączenia na długość elementów drewnianych – typ PDFE, oparta na nowej konstrukcji modułu do nanoszenia klejów jednoskładnikowych. Innowacyjna konstrukcja głowicy klejowej pozwoli na wymianę elementów nanoszących klej w zależności od aktualnie stosowanej geometrii. Zastosowanie tej innowacji pozwoli na szybką wymianę elementu aplikacyjnego, bez potrzeby ingerencji w instalację klejową oraz w układ kontrolujący przepływ kleju w instalacji. Obecnie na światowym rynku maszyn do łączenia elementów drewnianych i drewnopochodnych nie ma takiego rozwiązania. Planowane do wdrożenia rozwiązania wpłyną na podniesienie jakości produkowanych wyrobów, obsługi klienta, a tym samym na rozwój firmy i sektora MSP. The subject of the project will be the purchase of fixed assets necessary to implement process and product innovation in the company related to the production of equipment for the wood and furniture industry. The planned project is a response to the applicant’s needs and the market. In the case of process innovation (new production facilities), the need for quality, accuracy, repeatability of products, organic production, development and growth of the company’s competitiveness on the domestic market will be met. On the other hand, the market will also respond to the implementation of product innovation and the introduction of an improved product on the market, which will be the line to connect to the length of wooden elements – the PDFE type, based on the new module for applying single-component adhesives. The innovative design of the glue head will allow the replacement of adhesive elements depending on the current geometry. The application of this innovation will allow for quick replacement of the application element, without the need to interfere with the glue installation and the system controlling the flow of glue in the installation. Currently, there is no such solution in the world market for wood and wood-based joiners. The planned implementation of the solution will increase the quality of manufactured products, customer service, and thus the development of the company and the SME sector. L’objet du projet sera l’achat d’actifs fixes nécessaires à la mise en œuvre de l’innovation de processus et de produits dans l’entreprise liée à la production d’équipements pour l’industrie du bois et du mobilier. Le projet envisagé répond aux besoins de la requérante et du marché. Dans le cas de l’innovation de processus (nouveaux équipements de production), les besoins en termes de qualité, de précision, de répétabilité des produits, de production biologique, de développement et de croissance de la compétitivité de l’entreprise sur le marché intérieur seront satisfaits. D’autre part, la réponse du marché sera également la mise en œuvre de l’innovation de produit et l’introduction sur le marché d’un produit amélioré, qui sera une ligne d’assemblage d’éléments en bois — type PDFE, basée sur la nouvelle conception du module d’application d’adhésif monocomposant. La conception innovante de la tête adhésive permettra le remplacement des pièces adhésives en fonction de la géométrie actuellement utilisée. L’application de cette innovation permettra le remplacement rapide de l’élément d’application, sans qu’il soit nécessaire d’interférer avec l’installation de colle et le système de contrôle du débit de colle dans l’installation. À l’heure actuelle, il n’existe pas de solution de ce type sur le marché mondial des machines d’assemblage du bois et du bois. Les solutions prévues amélioreront la qualité des produits manufacturés, le service à la clientèle et, partant, le développement de l’entreprise et du secteur des PME. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Erwerb von Anlagegütern, die für die Umsetzung von Prozess- und Produktinnovationen im Zusammenhang mit der Herstellung von Geräten für die Holz- und Möbelindustrie erforderlich sind. Das geplante Projekt entspricht den Bedürfnissen des Antragstellers und des Marktes. Im Falle von Prozessinnovationen (neue Produktionsanlagen) werden die Anforderungen an Qualität, Genauigkeit, Wiederholbarkeit von Produkten, ökologische Produktion, Entwicklung und Wachstum der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens auf dem Inlandsmarkt gedeckt. Auf der anderen Seite wird die Marktreaktion auch die Umsetzung von Produktinnovationen und die Markteinführung eines verbesserten Produkts sein, das eine Linie für die Verbindung von Holzelementen – Typ PDFE sein wird, basierend auf dem neuen Design des Einkomponentenkleberapplikationsmoduls. Das innovative Design des Klebekopfes ermöglicht den Austausch von Klebstoffteilen je nach der verwendeten Geometrie. Die Anwendung dieser Innovation ermöglicht einen schnellen Austausch des Anwendungselements, ohne dass die Leiminstallation und die Leimflussregelung in der Installation beeinträchtigt werden müssen. Derzeit gibt es keine solche Lösung auf dem Weltmarkt für Fügemaschinen auf Holz- und Holzbasis. Die geplanten Lösungen werden die Qualität der hergestellten Produkte, den Kundenservice und damit die Entwicklung des Unternehmens und des KMU-Sektors verbessern. Het project heeft betrekking op de aankoop van vaste activa die nodig zijn voor de implementatie van proces- en productinnovatie in het bedrijf in verband met de productie van apparatuur voor de hout- en meubelindustrie. Het geplande project beantwoordt aan de behoeften van de aanvrager en de markt. In het geval van procesinnovatie (nieuwe productieapparatuur) zal worden voldaan aan de behoeften op het gebied van kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid, herhaalbaarheid van producten, biologische productie, ontwikkeling en groei van het concurrentievermogen van het bedrijf op de binnenlandse markt. Aan de andere kant is de marktrespons ook de implementatie van productinnovatie en de introductie op de markt van een verbeterd product, dat een lijn zal zijn voor het verbinden van houten elementen — type PDFE — op basis van het nieuwe ontwerp van de ééncomponentlijmtoepassingsmodule. Het innovatieve ontwerp van de zelfklevende kop zal de vervanging van zelfklevende onderdelen mogelijk maken afhankelijk van de geometrie die momenteel wordt gebruikt. De toepassing van deze innovatie zal een snelle vervanging van het toepassingselement mogelijk maken, zonder de lijminstallatie en het lijmstroomcontrolesysteem in de installatie te hoeven verstoren. Momenteel is er geen dergelijke oplossing op de wereldmarkt voor hout en houtbewerkingsmachines. De geplande oplossingen zullen de kwaliteit van de vervaardigde producten, de klantenservice en dus de ontwikkeling van het bedrijf en de KMO-sector verbeteren. Oggetto del progetto sarà l'acquisto di immobilizzazioni necessarie per la realizzazione di innovazioni di processo e di prodotto in azienda relative alla produzione di attrezzature per l'industria del legno e del mobile. Il progetto previsto risponde alle esigenze del richiedente e del mercato. Nel caso dell'innovazione di processo (nuove attrezzature di produzione), saranno soddisfatte le esigenze in termini di qualità, precisione, ripetibilità dei prodotti, produzione biologica, sviluppo e crescita della competitività dell'azienda sul mercato interno. D'altro canto, la risposta del mercato sarà anche l'attuazione dell'innovazione del prodotto e l'introduzione sul mercato di un prodotto migliorato, che sarà una linea di giunzione di elementi in legno — tipo PDFE, basata sul nuovo design del modulo di applicazione adesivo monocomponente. Il design innovativo della testa adesiva consentirà la sostituzione di parti adesive a seconda della geometria attualmente utilizzata. L'applicazione di questa innovazione consentirà una rapida sostituzione dell'elemento applicativo, senza la necessità di interferire con l'installazione della colla e il sistema di controllo del flusso di colla nell'installazione. Attualmente, non esiste una soluzione del genere sul mercato globale per le macchine di giunzione a base di legno e legno. Le soluzioni previste miglioreranno la qualità dei prodotti manifatturieri, il servizio clienti e quindi lo sviluppo dell'azienda e del settore delle PMI.
