CELEM GŁÓWNYM projektu KIERUNEK RYNEK PRACY jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia 30 K i 30 M bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo, w wieku 30 lat i więcej, zamieszkujących OSI w województwie małopolskim, w okresie od 1.6.2016 do 30.11.2017, będących osobami znajdującymi się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. powyżej 50 roku życia, niepełnosprawnymi, długotrwale bezrobotnymi, niskowykwalifikowanymi i kobietami. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty w okresie realizacji projektu w wyniku uczestnictwa 60os. bez pracy w dobranych indywidualnie formach pomocy obejmujących: - opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania - dla 60 os. - indywidualne wsparcie specjalistów - dla 60 os. - kompleksowe pośrednictwo pracy - dla 60 os. - kursy i szkolenia zakończone egzaminem i wydaniem dokumentu potwierdzającego nabycie kwalifikacji – dla 60 os. - staże, dostępne dla 25 os. Główne REZULTATY: 1. Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu: - 36 os. bezrobotnych - 13 os. biernych zawodowo 2. Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu: - 20 os. bezrobotnych - 7 os. biernych zawodowo. GRUPĄ DOCELOWĄ (GD) jest 30K i 30M, os. fizycznych, pozostających bez pracy, tj. os. bezrobotne, poszukujące pracy i bierne zawodowo, w wieku 30 lat i więcej, w tym: - 22K i 22M bezrobotnych - 8K i 8M biernych zawodowo, w tym dodatkowo należących do grupy: 1. 4K i 2M długotrwale bezrobotnych 2. 14K i 16M o niskich kwalifikacjach 3. 2K i 4M w wieku powyżej 50 lat 4. 7K i 8M niepełnosprawnych 5. 3K z innych gr. niż ww. zamieszkujących wyłącznie (100% GD) na obszarze powiatów, w których wysokość stopy bezrobocia przekracza średnią dla woj. małopolskiego. The main aim of the project is to increase the employment level of 30 K and 30 M of unemployed or inactive persons, aged 30 and over, living in the Lesser Poland Voivodship, from 1.6.2016 to 30.11.2017, who are the most vulnerable people on the labour market, i.e. over 50 years of age, disabled, long-term unemployed, low-skilled and women. This objective will be achieved during the period of implementation of the project as a result of the participation of 60 people without a job in individually selected forms of aid, including: — elaboration of an Individual Action Plan – for 60 people. — individual support of specialists – for 60 people. — comprehensive job mediation – for 60 people. — courses and trainings completed by examination and issue of a document confirming the acquisition of qualifications – for 60 persons. — internships, available for 25 people. Main RESULTS: 1. Number of persons qualified after leaving the programme: — 36 unemployed persons – 13 inactive persons 2. Number of persons working, including self-employed, after leaving the programme: — 20 unemployed persons – 7 people inactive. The target group (GD) is 30K and 30M, people who are physically unemployed, i.e. unemployed, job-seekers and inactive persons, aged 30 and over, including: — 22K and 22M unemployed – 8K and 8M inactive, including those belonging to the group: 1. 4K and 2M long-term unemployed 2. 14K and 16M low-qualified 3. 2K and 4M aged over 50 years 4. 7K and 8M disabled 5. 3K from other gr. than those living exclusively (100 % of GD) in the area of powiats where the unemployment rate exceeds the average for the Małopolskie voivodship. Hauptziel des Projekts WORK MARKET ist es, die Beschäftigungsquote von 30 K und 30 Mio. Arbeitslosen oder Nichterwerbstätigen im Alter von 30 Jahren und darüber, die in der Woiwodschaft Małopolska wohnen, zwischen dem 1.6.2016 und dem 30.11.2017 zu erhöhen, die am stärksten gefährdet sind auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, d. h. über 50 Jahre, Behinderte, Langzeitarbeitslose, Geringqualifizierte und Frauen. Dieses Ziel wird während des Projektzeitraums durch die Teilnahme von 60 Personen ohne Arbeit in individuell ausgewählten Formen der Beihilfe erreicht, darunter: — Ausarbeitung eines individuellen Aktionsplans – für 60 Personen. — individuelle Betreuung von Spezialisten – für 60 Personen. — umfassende Stellenvermittlung – für 60 Personen. — Kurse und Schulungen, die zu einer Prüfung führen und ein Dokument ausstellen, das den Erwerb von Qualifikationen bestätigt – für 60 Personen. — Praktika, verfügbar für 25 Personen. Hauptergebnisse: 1. Zahl der Personen, die nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm qualifiziert sind: — 36 Arbeitslose – 13 Nichterwerbstätige 2. Zahl der Beschäftigten, einschließlich Selbständiger, nach Ausscheiden aus dem Programm: — 20 Arbeitslose – 7 Nichterwerbstätige. Die DOCELOW-Gruppe (GD) ist 30K und 30M, körperlich arbeitslos, d. h. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het WORK MARKET-project is het verhogen van de arbeidsparticipatie van 30 K en 30 miljoen werklozen of inactieven van 30 jaar en ouder die in het woiwodschap Małopolska wonen, tussen 1.6.2016 en 30.11.2017, die het kwetsbaarst zijn op de arbeidsmarkt, d.w.z. ouder dan 50 jaar, gehandicapt, langdurig werklozen, laaggeschoolden en vrouwen. De DOCELOW-groep (GD) is 30K en 30 miljoen, fysiek werkloos, d.w.z. werkloos, werkzoekend en inactief, 30 jaar en ouder, met inbegrip van: — 22K en 22 miljoen werklozen — 8K en 8M inactief, met inbegrip van, bovendien, behorend tot de groep: 1. 4K en 2 miljoen langdurig werklozen 2. 14K en 16M laaggeschoold 3. 2K en 4M ouder dan 50 jaar 4. 7K en 8M uitgeschakeld 5. 3K uit andere gebieden dan die welke uitsluitend wonen (100 % GD) in districten waar het werkloosheidspercentage hoger is dan het gemiddelde voor de provincie Małopolska. Il gruppo DOCELOW (GD) è 30K e 30 milioni, disoccupati fisici, ossia disoccupati, in cerca di lavoro e inattivi, di età pari o superiore a 30 anni, tra cui: — 22K e 22 milioni di disoccupati — 8K e 8M inattivi, compresi, inoltre, appartenenti al gruppo: 1. 4K e 2 milioni di disoccupati di lunga durata 2. 14K e 16M poco qualificati 3. 2K e 4M oltre i 50 anni di età 4. 7K e 8M disabilitati 5. 3K da zone diverse da quelle residenti esclusivamente (100 % GD) in distretti in cui il tasso di disoccupazione è superiore alla media della provincia di Małopolska.
