Celem projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej w powiecie limanowskim, w tym osób z niepełnosprawnościami.Grupę docelową w projekcie stanowić będzie 55 osób kobiet i mężczyzn w wieku 30 lat i więcej, zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Limanowej jakobezrobotne, zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy II w rozumieniu ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, w tym 25 osób kobiet i mężczyzn długotrwale bezrobotnych, 18 osób kobiet i mężczyzn z niepełnosprawnościami, 12 osób kobiet i mężczyzn pow. 50 r.ż.Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących zadań: identyfikacja indywidualnych potrzeb uczestników projektu IPD, poradnictwo zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, szkolenie z zakresu poszukiwania pracy z modułem psychologicznym, staże, zatrudnienie subsydiowane prace interwencyjne, zatrudnienie subsydiowane refundacja 50 wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy.W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników kobiety i mężczyzny przeprowadzona zostanie analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych, na podstawiektórej otrzymają oni konkretną kompleksową ofertę aktywizacji zawodowej, uwzględniającą udział w co najmniej 3 formach wsparcia.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników kobiet i mężczyzn projektu na poziomie: co najmniej 33 dla osób kobiet i mężczyzn z niepełnosprawnościami; co najmniej 30 dla osób kobiet i mężczyzn długotrwale bezrobotnych; co najmniej 33 dla osób kobiet i mężczyzn powyżej 50 r.ż.W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte również inne rezultaty: nabycie umiejętności poszukiwania pracy przez 16 osób, wzrost motywacji do podjęcia aktywności zawodowej u 16 osób, nabycie praktycznych umiejętności do wykonywania pracy przez 20 osób. The aim of the project is to increase the level of employment of unemployed persons aged 30 years and above in the Limanowski district, including those with disabilities.The target group will consist of 55 women and men aged 30 years and over, registered in the District Labour Office in Limanowa as unemployed, qualified to the aid profile II within the meaning of the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, including 25 women and men long-term unemployed, 18 men and women with disabilities. This objective will be achieved by carrying out the following tasks: identification of individual needs of participants in the IPD project, career guidance, job intermediation, training in job search with a psychological module, internships, subsidised intervention work, subsidised employment refund 50 equipment or refurbishment of the job.As part of the project for each of the female and male participants, there will be an analysis of the skills, predispositions and occupational problems of the male and female participants, on which they will receive a concrete comprehensive offer of professional activation, taking into account the level of project participation in at least 3 forms of employment of participants. at least 33 for men and women with disabilities; at least 30 for the long-term unemployed men and women; at least 33 for men and women over 50 years.As a result of the project, other results will also be achieved: the acquisition of skills for job search by 16 people, an increase in motivation to engage in employment in 16 people, the acquisition of practical skills to work by 20 people. L’objectif de ce projet est d’augmenter le taux d’emploi des chômeurs âgés de 30 ans et plus dans le district de Limanov, y compris les personnes handicapées. Le groupe cible sera de 55 femmes et hommes âgés de 30 ans et plus, inscrits au bureau du travail du district de Limanowa, qualifiés pour le profil d’aide II au sens de la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et les institutions du marché du travail, dont 25 chômeurs de longue durée, 18 femmes et hommes handicapés, 12 femmes et hommes. Cet objectif sera atteint grâce aux tâches suivantes: identification des besoins individuels des participants au projet IPD, orientation professionnelle, placement, formation à la recherche d’emploi avec un module psychologique, stages, travaux d’intervention subventionnés, remboursement subventionné par l’emploi 50 équipements ou réaménagement d’emploi.Le projet analysera les compétences, les prédispositions et les problèmes professionnels de chacun des participants, sur la base desquels ils recevront une offre complète spécifique d’activation professionnelle, y compris la participation à au moins 3 formes de soutien. Le principal résultat du projet sera le début de l’emploi par les participants au projet au niveau de: au moins 33 pour les hommes et les femmes handicapés; au moins 30 pour les femmes et les hommes sans emploi de longue durée; au moins 33 pour les hommes et les femmes de plus de 50 ans. D’autres résultats seront également obtenus grâce au projet: acquérir les compétences de recherche d’emploi de 16 personnes, accroître la motivation à prendre du travail chez 16 personnes, acquérir des compétences pratiques pour 20 personnes pour travailler. Das Hauptziel des Projekts ist der Beginn der Beschäftigung durch die Projektteilnehmer auf der Ebene von: mindestens 33 für Männer und Frauen mit Behinderungen; mindestens 30 für Langzeitarbeitslose Frauen und Männer; mindestens 33 für Männer und Frauen über 50 Jahre. Weitere Ergebnisse werden auch durch das Projekt erzielt: Erwerb von 16 Berufsberatungskompetenzen, Steigerung der Motivation zur Aufnahme einer Arbeit in 16 Personen, Erwerb praktischer Fähigkeiten für 20 Personen zur Arbeit. Het doel van het project is het verhogen van de arbeidsparticipatie van werklozen van 30 jaar en ouder in het district Limanov, met inbegrip van mensen met een handicap. De doelgroep zal 55 vrouwen en mannen van 30 jaar en ouder zijn, ingeschreven in het District Labour Office in Limanowa als werkloos, in aanmerking komen voor het steunprofiel II in de zin van de Wet op de werkgelegenheidsbevordering en arbeidsmarktinstellingen, waaronder 25 langdurig werkloze vrouwen en mannen, 18 vrouwen en mannen met een handicap, 12 vrouwen en mannen. Deze doelstelling zal worden verwezenlijkt door middel van de volgende taken: identificatie van de individuele behoeften van IPD-projectdeelnemers, loopbaanbegeleiding, arbeidsbemiddeling, opleiding in het zoeken naar werk met een psychologische module, stages, gesubsidieerde interventiewerkzaamheden, vergoeding van 50 apparatuur of aanpassing van de baan. Het project zal vaardigheden, predisposities en beroepsproblemen voor elk van de deelnemers analyseren, op basis waarvan zij een specifiek uitgebreid aanbod van professionele activering ontvangen, met inbegrip van deelname aan ten minste 3 vormen van ondersteuning. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is de start van de werkgelegenheid door de deelnemers aan het project op het niveau van: ten minste 33 voor mannen en vrouwen met een handicap; ten minste 30 voor langdurig werkloze vrouwen en mannen; ten minste 33 voor mannen en vrouwen ouder dan 50 jaar. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare il tasso di occupazione dei disoccupati di età pari o superiore a 30 anni nel distretto di Limanov, comprese le persone con disabilità. Il gruppo target sarà di 55 donne e uomini di età pari o superiore a 30 anni, registrati presso l'Ufficio del lavoro distrettuale di Limanowa come disoccupati, qualificati per il profilo di aiuto II ai sensi della legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e le istituzioni del mercato del lavoro, tra cui 25 disoccupati di lunga durata e uomini, 18 donne e uomini con disabilità, 12 donne e aree uomini. Tale obiettivo sarà conseguito attraverso i seguenti compiti: individuazione delle esigenze individuali dei partecipanti al progetto IPD, orientamento professionale, collocamento, formazione alla ricerca di lavoro con un modulo psicologico, stage, interventi sovvenzionati, rimborso sovvenzionato 50 attrezzature o adeguamento al lavoro.Il progetto analizzerà le competenze, le predisposizioni e i problemi occupazionali per ciascuno dei partecipanti, sulla base del quale riceveranno una specifica offerta completa di attivazione professionale, compresa la partecipazione ad almeno 3 forme di sostegno. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà l'inizio del lavoro da parte dei partecipanti al progetto a livello di: almeno 33 per gli uomini e le donne con disabilità; almeno 30 per le donne e gli uomini disoccupati di lunga durata; almeno 33 per gli uomini e le donne di età superiore ai 50 anni. Altri risultati saranno raggiunti anche come risultato del progetto: acquisire 16 capacità di ricerca di lavoro, aumentare la motivazione a lavorare in 16 persone, acquisire competenze pratiche per 20 persone al lavoro.
