Głównym przedmiotem wnioskowanego projektu jest jak najpełniejsze rozpoznanie zasobów przyrodniczych gmin poprzez wykonanie inwentaryzacji i waloryzacji przyrodniczej na terenie Związku Miedzygminnego "Perły Doliny Popradu" oraz przedstawienie jej wyników społeczeństwu w ramach poszerzania wiedzy ekologicznej o formach ochrony przyrody obecnych na przedmiotowym obszarze. Zaplanowane w projekcie badania mają na celu określenie stanu przyrody w części Popradzkiego Parku Krajobrazowego obejmującej częściowo gminy Stary Sącz, Rytro, Łabowa, Krynica-Zdrój oraz w całości gminy Muszyna i Piwniczna-Zdrój. W ramach projektu zakupionych zostanie 100 kompletów sprzętu rejestrującego tzw. fotopułapek, które dedykowane są do długotrwałej obserwacji i monitoringu otoczenia zarówno w dzień jak i w nocy, niezależnie od panujących warunków atmosferycznych. Fotopułapki posiadają kamuflujące barwy i łatwe mocowanie do montażu np. na pniu drzewa, co zapewnia łatwe ukrycie ich w lesie i prowadzenie dyskretnego monitorowania otoczenia. W momencie wykrycia ruchu (zwierzęcia) fotopułapka wykonuje zdjęcie i automatycznie wysyła ja na adres e-mail bądź do specjalnego modułu zbiorczego. Oprócz montażu fotopułapek w miejscach najbardziej „wrażliwych” przyrodniczo, a wskazanych przez specjalistów od faunistyki, przeprowadzone zostaną również badania terenowe, które będą trwały przez okres dwunastu miesięcy. Tylko w takim okresie badacze są w stanie uzyskać kompleksowe informacje dotyczące pełnego cyklu wegetacyjnego u roślin i rozrodczego u zwierząt. Badania zostaną przeprowadzone w zakresie inwentaryzacji: szaty roślinnej (w tym zbiorowisk i flory, mszaków, grzybów i porostów; gatunków i siedlisk chronionych) oraz wybranych grup bezkręgowców i kręgowców przez grupę specjalistów ( do26 osób) posiadających odpowiednie wykształcenie i doświadczenie do wykonywania takich zadań. The main subject of the proposed project is the fullest possible recognition of the natural resources of municipalities through inventory and natural valorisation in the area of the Intercommunity Association “Pearl of the Poprad Valley” and present its results to the public as part of the broadening of ecological knowledge about the forms of nature conservation present in the area. The research planned in the project aims to determine the state of nature in the part of Popradzki Landscape Park comprising partly the municipalities Stary Sącz, Rytro, Łabowa, Krynica-Zdrój and the whole commune of Muszyna and Piwniczna-Zdrój. As part of the project, 100 sets of photo trap recording equipment will be purchased, which are dedicated to long-term observation and monitoring of the environment both day and night, regardless of prevailing weather conditions. Photo traps have camouflaging colours and easy mounting, e.g. on a tree trunk, which ensures easy hiding in the forest and discreet monitoring of the environment. When the movement (animals) is detected, the photo trap takes the photo and automatically sends it to an e-mail address or to a special collective module. In addition to the installation of photo traps in the most “sensitive” natural sites, and indicated by fauna specialists, field studies will also be carried out, which will last for twelve months. Only during this period are researchers able to obtain comprehensive information on the complete vegetation cycle in plants and reproductive animals. The surveys will be carried out in the area of inventory: plant robes (including communities and flora, aphids, mushrooms and lichens); protected species and habitats) and selected groups of invertebrates and vertebrates by a group of specialists (up to 26 persons) with appropriate education and experience to carry out such tasks. L’objectif principal du projet proposé est d’identifier au maximum les ressources naturelles des communes en procédant à un inventaire et à une valorisation de la nature sur le territoire de l’Union intermunicipale «Pearls of Poprad Valley» et de présenter ses résultats au public dans le cadre de l’extension des connaissances écologiques sur les formes de conservation de la nature présentes dans la zone. L’étude prévue dans le projet vise à déterminer l’état de la nature dans la partie du parc paysager de Popradzki, qui comprend les municipalités de Stary Sącz, Rytro, Łabowa, Krynica-Zdrój et les municipalités de Muszyna et Piwniczna-Zdrój. Le projet permettra d’acheter 100 ensembles d’appareils de contrôle appelés pièges photo, qui sont consacrés à l’observation et à la surveillance à long terme de l’environnement de jour et de nuit, quelles que soient les conditions météorologiques. Les pièges photo ont des couleurs de camouflage et un montage facile pour le montage, par exemple sur le tronc de l’arbre, ce qui garantit qu’ils sont facilement cachés dans la forêt et assurent une surveillance discrète de l’environnement. Au moment de la détection du mouvement (animal), le piège photo prend une photo et l’envoie automatiquement à l’adresse e-mail ou à un module spécial en vrac. Les études seront réalisées dans le domaine de l’inventaire: robes végétales (y compris les communautés et la flore, les pucerons, les champignons et les lichens; espèces et habitats protégés) et certains groupes d’invertébrés et de vertébrés par un groupe de spécialistes (jusqu’à 26 personnes) ayant une formation et une expérience appropriées pour accomplir ces tâches. Hauptziel des vorgeschlagenen Projekts ist es, die natürlichen Ressourcen der Gemeinden so umfassend wie möglich durch eine Bestandsaufnahme und Valorisierung der Natur auf dem Gebiet der Interkommunalen Union „Perlen des Poprad-Tals“ zu ermitteln und der Öffentlichkeit ihre Ergebnisse im Rahmen der Ausweitung des ökologischen Wissens über die in diesem Gebiet vorhandenen Formen des Naturschutzes vorzustellen. Die im Projekt geplante Studie zielt darauf ab, den Zustand der Natur im Teil des Landschaftsparks Popradzki zu bestimmen, der die Gemeinden Stary Sącz, Rytro, Łabowa, Krynica-Zdrój und die Gemeinden Muszyna und Piwniczna-Zdrój umfasst. Das Projekt wird 100 Sets von Kontrollgeräten, sogenannte Fotofallen, kaufen, die sich unabhängig von den vorherrschenden Wetterbedingungen der Langzeitbeobachtung und Überwachung der Umwelt Tag und Nacht widmen. Die Fotofallen haben Tarnfarben und eine einfache Montage z. B. am Baumstamm, was sicherstellt, dass sie leicht im Wald versteckt werden und eine diskrete Überwachung der Umwelt durchführen. Zum Zeitpunkt der Erkennung der Bewegung (Tier) nimmt die Fotofalle ein Foto und sendet es automatisch an die E-Mail-Adresse oder an ein spezielles Schüttgutmodul. Neben der Installation von Fotofallen an den „sensibelsten“ natürlichen Orten, die von Tierärzten angezeigt werden, werden auch Feldstudien durchgeführt, die für einen Zeitraum von zwölf Monaten dauern werden. Nur in einer solchen Zeit sind Forscher in der Lage, umfassende Informationen über den gesamten Vegetationszyklus in Pflanzen und Fortpflanzung bei Tieren zu erhalten. Die Studien werden auf dem Gebiet der Bestandsaufnahme durchgeführt: Pflanzenmäntel (einschließlich Gemeinschaften und Flora, Blattläuse, Pilze und Flechten); geschützte Arten und Lebensräume) und ausgewählte Gruppen von Wirbellosen und Wirbeltieren durch eine Gruppe von Spezialisten (bis zu 26 Personen) mit entsprechender Ausbildung und Erfahrung zur Wahrnehmung dieser Aufgaben. Het belangrijkste doel van het voorgestelde project is de natuurlijke hulpbronnen van de gemeenten zo volledig mogelijk te identificeren door een inventarisatie en valorisatie van de natuur op het grondgebied van de intergemeentelijke Unie „Pearls of Poprad Valley” en de resultaten ervan aan het publiek voor te stellen in het kader van de uitbreiding van de ecologische kennis over de vormen van natuurbehoud in het gebied. De in het project geplande studie heeft tot doel de toestand van de natuur te bepalen in het deel van het landschapspark Popradzki, dat de gemeenten Stary Sącz, Rytro, Łabowa, Krynica-Zdrój en de gemeenten Muszyna en Piwniczna-Zdrój omvat. Het project zal 100 sets controleapparatuur kopen, zogenaamde fotovallen, die gericht zijn op langdurige observatie en monitoring van het milieu, zowel overdag als ’s nachts, ongeacht de heersende weersomstandigheden. De fotovallen hebben camouflagekleuren en eenvoudige montage voor bijvoorbeeld de boomstam, waardoor ze gemakkelijk in het bos worden verborgen en de omgeving discreet worden bewaakt. Op het moment van detectie van beweging (dier) neemt de fotoval een foto en stuurt deze automatisch naar het e-mailadres of naar een speciale bulkmodule. Naast de installatie van fotovallen op de meest „gevoelige” natuurlijke plaatsen, en aangegeven door faunaspecialisten, zullen veldstudies worden uitgevoerd, die een periode van twaalf maanden zullen duren. L'obiettivo principale del progetto proposto è quello di individuare nel modo più completo possibile le risorse naturali dei comuni attraverso l'inventario e la valorizzazione della natura all'interno del territorio dell'Unione intercomunale "Perle della valle di Poprad" e di presentarne i risultati al pubblico nell'ambito dell'ampliamento delle conoscenze ecologiche sulle forme di conservazione della natura presenti nella zona. Lo studio previsto nel progetto mira a determinare lo stato della natura nella parte del Parco paesaggistico di Popradzki, che comprende i comuni di Stary Sącz, Rytro, Łabowa, Krynica-Zdrój e i comuni di Muszyna e Piwniczna-Zdrój. Il progetto acquisterà 100 set di apparecchi di controllo, le cosiddette trappole fotografiche, dedicate all'osservazione e al monitoraggio a lungo termine dell'ambiente sia di giorno che di notte, indipendentemente dalle condizioni meteorologiche prevalenti. Le trappole fotografiche hanno colori mimetici e un montaggio facile per il montaggio, ad esempio sul tronco dell'albero, che garantisce che siano facilmente nascosti nella foresta e condurre un monitoraggio discreto dell'ambiente. Al momento del rilevamento di movimento (animale) la trappola fotografica prende una foto e automaticamente la invia all'indirizzo e-mail o a un modulo di massa speciale. Oltre all'installazione di trappole fotografiche nei luoghi naturali più "sensibili", e indicate da specialisti faunistici, verranno effettuati anche studi sul campo, che dureranno per un periodo di dodici mesi. Solo in questo periodo i ricercatori sono in grado di ottenere informazioni esaustive sul ciclo vegetativo completo nelle piante e sulla riproduzione negli animali. Gli studi saranno effettuati nel campo dell'inventario: vesti di piante (comprese le comunità e la flora, gli afidi, i funghi e i licheni; specie e habitat protetti) e gruppi selezionati di invertebrati e vertebrati da parte di un gruppo di specialisti (fino a 26 persone) con un'adeguata formazione ed esperienza per svolgere tali compiti.
