Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa łącznie 0,484 km grawitacyjnej sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej w miejscowościach Łukowica położonych na obszarze aglomeracji Łukowica o równoważnej liczbie mieszkańców 3500 z oczyszczalnią ścieków zlokalizowaną w miejscowości Świdnik. Aglomeracja wyznaczona została Uchwałą Nr LVI90314 Sejmiku Województwa Małopolskiego z dnia 27 października 2014r. i jest ujęta w Krajowym Programie Oczyszczania Ścieków Komunalnych w aktualnym wykazie aglomeracji Id PLMP141 oraz w Master Planie pod pozycja Id PLMP 141. Zaprojektowane kolektory sanitarne znajdują się na terenie Południowomałopolskiego Obszaru Chronionego Krajobrazu wyznaczonego Rozporządzeniem Nr 9206 Wojewody Małopolskiego z dnia 24 listopada 2006r. Na terenie gminy Łukowica znajdują się również obszary Natura 2000.Gmina Łukowica oświadcza, iż ścieki odprowadzane z nowo wybudowanej sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej będą po zakończeniu projektu inwestycyjnego odprowadzane do oczyszczalni MBR Świdnik spełniającej wymagania Dyrektywy Rady 91271EWG z dnia 21 maja 1991 r. dotyczącej oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych Dz. U. L 13540 z 30.5.1991 oraz Rozporządzenia Ministra Środowiska z dnia 18 listopada 2014 r. w sprawie warunków, jakie należy spełnić przy wprowadzaniu ścieków do wód lub ziemi, oraz w sprawie substancji szczególnie szkodliwych dla środowiska wodnego Dz. The subject of the project is the construction of a total of 0.484 km of gravitational sanitary sewage system in Łukowica villages located in the Łukowice agglomeration area with equivalent number of inhabitants 3500 with sewage treatment plant located in Świdnik. The agglomeration was designated by Resolution No. LVI90314 of the Sejm of the Małopolska Voivodship of 27 October 2014 and is included in the National Program for Urban Waste Purification in the current list of Id PLMP141 agglomeration and in Master Plan under Id PLMP 141. Designed sanitary collectors are located in the South Malopolska Protected Landscape Area designated by Regulation No. 9206 of the Małopolska Voivodeship of 24 November 2006. The municipality of Łukowica also houses Natura 2000 sites.The municipality of Łukowica declares that sewage discharged from the newly built sewage system will be discharged to the MBR Świdnik treatment plant after completion of the investment project, which complies with the requirements of Council Directive 91271EEC of 21 May 1991 concerning the treatment of municipal waste water. Le projet concerne la construction d’un réseau d’assainissement par gravité d’un total de 0,484 km dans les villes de Łukowica situées dans l’agglomération de Łukowica avec une population équivalente de 3500 habitants avec une station d’épuration des eaux usées située à Świdnik. L’agglomération a été désignée par la résolution no LVI90314 de l’Assemblée régionale de Małopolska du 27 octobre 2014 et figure dans le programme municipal national de traitement des eaux usées dans la liste actuelle des agglomérations Id PLMP141 et dans le plan directeur relevant de l’Id PLMP 141. Les collecteurs sanitaires conçus sont situés dans l’espace paysager protégé de Małopolska Sud désigné par le règlement no 9206 du gouverneur de Małopolska du 24 novembre 2006. Il existe également des sites Natura 2000 dans la commune de Łukowica. La commune de Łukowica déclare que les eaux usées rejetées du réseau d’assainissement sanitaire nouvellement construit seront déversées dans la station d’épuration MBR Świdnik, conformément aux exigences de la directive 91271CEE du Conseil du 21 mai 1991 relative au traitement des eaux urbaines résiduaires. Das Projekt betrifft den Bau eines insgesamt 0,484 km schweren Abwassernetzes in den Städten Łukowica in der Agglomeration von Łukowica mit einer entsprechenden Bevölkerung von 3500 mit einer Kläranlage in Świdnik. Der Ballungsraum wurde durch die Resolution LVI90314 der Regionalversammlung Małopolska vom 27. Oktober 2014 benannt und ist in das nationale kommunale Abwasserbehandlungsprogramm in der aktuellen Liste der Gemeinden Id PLMP141 und im Masterplan unter Id PLMP 141 aufgenommen. Die entworfenen Sanitärkollektoren befinden sich im Landschaftsschutzgebiet Süd-Małopolska, benannt durch die Verordnung Nr. 9206 des Gouverneurs von Małopolska vom 24. November 2006. In der Gemeinde Łukowica gibt es auch Natura-2000-Gebiete. Die Gemeinde Łukowica erklärt, dass das Abwasser aus dem neu errichteten Abwassernetz in die Kläranlage MBR Świdnik geleitet wird, die den Anforderungen der Richtlinie 91271EWG des Rates vom 21. Het project heeft betrekking op de bouw van in totaal 0,484 km zwaartesaneringsnet in Łukowica-steden in de agglomeratie Łukowica met een equivalente bevolking van 3500 met een rioolwaterzuiveringsinstallatie in Świdnik. De agglomeratie is aangewezen bij Resolutie nr. LVI90314 van de regionale vergadering van Małopolska van 27 oktober 2014 en is opgenomen in het nationale programma voor de behandeling van stedelijk afvalwater in de huidige lijst van agglomeraties Id PLMP141 en in het masterplan onder Id PLMP 141. De ontworpen sanitaire verzamelaars bevinden zich in het beschermde landschapsgebied Zuid-Małopolska, aangewezen bij verordening nr. 9206 van de gouverneur van Małopolska van 24 november 2006. Er zijn ook Natura 2000-gebieden in de gemeente Łukowica. De gemeente Łukowica verklaart dat het afvalwater dat wordt geloosd uit het nieuw aangelegde rioleringsnet zal worden geloosd in de MBR Świdnik zuiveringsinstallatie die voldoet aan de eisen van Richtlijn 91271EEG van de Raad van 21 mei 1991 inzake de behandeling van stedelijk afvalwater. Il progetto riguarda la costruzione di un totale di 0,484 km di rete di servizi igienico-sanitari a gravità nelle città di Łukowica situate nell'agglomerato di Łukowica con una popolazione equivalente di 3500 abitanti, con un impianto di depurazione situato a Świdnik. L'agglomerato è stato designato con la risoluzione n. LVI90314 dell'assemblea regionale di Małopolska del 27 ottobre 2014 ed è incluso nel programma nazionale di trattamento delle acque reflue municipali nell'attuale elenco degli agglomerati Id PLMP141 e nel piano generale nell'ambito dell'Id PLMP 141. I collettori sanitari progettati si trovano nella zona paesaggistica protetta di Małopolska meridionale designata dal regolamento n. 9206 del governatore della Małopolska del 24 novembre 2006. Il comune di Łukowica dichiara che le acque reflue scaricate dalla rete fognaria sanitaria di nuova costruzione saranno scaricate nell'impianto di trattamento MBR Świdnik conformemente ai requisiti della direttiva 91271CEE del Consiglio, del 21 maggio 1991, concernente il trattamento delle acque reflue urbane.
