Firma Gorrett Piotr Słaby planuje poszerzenie swojej oferty o produkty z nowego segmentu rynku, jakimi są przyczepy samochodowe. Firma posiada duże doświadczenie i możliwości technologiczne w zakresie projektowania i produkcji konstrukcji metalowych a przyczepy są typem konstrukcji metalowych znajdujących szeroki rynek zbytu. Będzie to więc wykorzystanie własnych możliwości technologicznych oraz doświadczenia w nowej, bardzo rentownej branży. Firma posiada kompetencje oraz możliwości, by takie przyczepy zaprojektować, wyprodukować i przetestować: nie posiada jednak możliwości by bezstronnie zweryfikować spełnienie wymagań stawianych tego typu urządzeniom przez normy i dyrektywy WE. Ponadto zgodnie z prawem, aby produkt typu przyczepa samochodowa została dopuszczona do sprzedaży, musi zostać poddany bezstronnym badaniom w jednostce posiadającej akredytację Polskiego Centrum Akredytacji a po spełnieniu rygorystycznych wymagań zawartych w normach i dyrektywach WE, powinien otrzymać homologację potwierdzającą dopuszczenie do ruchu. W ramach projektu zostanie więc przeprowadzona usługa badawczo-rozwojowa w jednostce naukowej o kategorii A, posiadającej jednocześnie w swej strukturze laboratorium akredytowane przez PCA, nr akredytacji: nr AB-503.Przedstawione do badań prototypy przyczep – projektu, konstrukcji i produkcji Gorrett Piotr Słaby – zostaną poddane specjalistycznym badaniom i testom weryfikującym spełnienie wymagań stawianych przez dyrektywę WE. Na bazie wyników badań zostaną poczynione korekty prototypów. Po pełnym dopracowaniu przyczep i po doprowadzeniu ich do stanu zgodności z wymaganiami, przejdą one badania homologacyjne, będące podstawą do otrzymania homologacji, dzięki którym będą mogły zostać wprowadzone do sprzedaży na rynkach UE. Celem projektu, poprzez realizację opisanych działań, jest uzyskanie świadectwa homologacji dopuszczające do rejestracji przyczep samochodowych o DMC do 750kg w kategorii O1 w dwóch typach jedno i dwuosiowym (Polish)

Gorrett Piotr Sła is planning to expand its offer to include products from the new segment of the market, such as caravans. The company has extensive experience and technological capabilities in the design and production of metal structures and trailers are a type of metal constructions that have a wide market. It will therefore be the use of our own technological capabilities and experience in a new, highly profitable industry. The company has the competencies and capabilities to design, manufacture and test such trailers: however, it does not have the opportunity to impartially verify the fulfilment of the requirements of such devices by EC standards and directives. Furthermore, in accordance with the law, in order for a product of a type of caravan to be authorised for sale, it must be subjected to impartial testing in the accredited entity of the Polish Accreditation Centre and, after meeting the strict requirements contained in the EC standards and directives, should receive an approval confirming the entry into service. The project will therefore carry out a research and development service in a scientific unit of category A, which at the same time has a laboratory accredited by PCA in its structure, accreditation number: prototypes of trailers – design, construction and production of Gorrett Piotr Sła – submitted for testing will be subjected to specialised tests and tests verifying compliance with the requirements of the EC Directive. Prototypes will be revised on the basis of the results. Once the trailers have been fully refined, and once they have been brought into conformity with the requirements, they will undergo approval tests which will enable them to be placed for sale on the EU markets. Gorrett Piotr Słaby envisage d’élargir son offre avec des produits du nouveau segment du marché, tels que les remorques automobiles. L’entreprise possède une vaste expérience et des capacités technologiques dans le domaine de la conception et de la production de structures métalliques et de remorques sont un type de structures métalliques situées sur un vaste marché. Elle tirera donc parti de ses propres capacités technologiques et de son expérience dans une nouvelle industrie très rentable. L’entreprise a la compétence et la capacité de concevoir, fabriquer et tester ces remorques: toutefois, elle n’a pas la possibilité de vérifier de manière impartiale le respect des exigences imposées à ces dispositifs par les normes et directives communautaires. En outre, pour qu’un produit du type de remorque de voiture puisse être mis en vente, il doit faire l’objet d’essais impartiaux dans un organisme accrédité par le Centre polonais d’accréditation et, une fois que les exigences strictes des normes et directives communautaires ont été respectées, il doit être agréé pour la mise en service. Dans le cadre du projet, un service de recherche et développement sera réalisé dans une unité scientifique de catégorie A, qui dispose dans sa structure d’un laboratoire accrédité par l’APC, le numéro d’accréditation: No AB-503.Les prototypes de remorque présentés pour les essais — la conception, la construction et la production de Gorrett Piotr Słaby — feront l’objet d’essais et d’essais spécialisés visant à vérifier la conformité aux exigences de la directive CE. Les prototypes seront corrigés sur la base des résultats des études. Une fois que les remorques auront été entièrement affinées et mises en conformité avec les exigences, elles passeront avec succès les essais d’homologation, qui constituent la base de l’homologation, ce qui permettra de les commercialiser sur les marchés de l’UE. Das Unternehmen verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung und technologische Fähigkeiten auf dem Gebiet der Konstruktion und Produktion von Metallkonstruktionen und Anhängern sind eine Art von Metallkonstruktionen, die sich auf einem breiten Markt befinden. Sie wird daher seine eigenen technologischen Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen in einer neuen, sehr profitablen Branche nutzen. Das Unternehmen verfügt über die Kompetenz und Fähigkeit, solche Anhänger zu entwerfen, herzustellen und zu testen: Sie hat jedoch nicht die Möglichkeit, die Einhaltung der Anforderungen der EG-Normen und Richtlinien unparteiisch zu überprüfen. Damit ein Produkt des Typs eines Kraftfahrzeuganhängers zum Verkauf zugelassen werden kann, muss es in einer vom polnischen Akkreditierungszentrum akkreditierten Stelle unparteiisch geprüft werden, und sobald die strengen Anforderungen der EG-Normen und Richtlinien erfüllt sind, muss es für die Inbetriebnahme zugelassen werden. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird ein Forschungs- und Entwicklungsdienst in einer wissenschaftlichen Einheit der Kategorie A durchgeführt, die in ihrer Struktur ein vom PKA akkreditiertes Labor hat, die Akkreditierungsnummer: Nr. Gorrett Piotr Słaby is van plan haar aanbod uit te breiden met producten uit het nieuwe marktsegment, zoals autoaanhangers. Het bedrijf heeft uitgebreide ervaring en technologische mogelijkheden op het gebied van ontwerp en productie van metalen constructies en trailers zijn een type metalen structuren op een brede markt. Zij zal dus gebruik maken van haar eigen technologische capaciteiten en ervaring in een nieuwe, zeer winstgevende industrie. Het bedrijf heeft de competentie en het vermogen om dergelijke aanhangwagens te ontwerpen, te vervaardigen en te testen: het heeft echter niet de mogelijkheid om op onpartijdige wijze na te gaan of aan de eisen van de EG-normen en -richtlijnen is voldaan. Bovendien moet een product van het type autoaanhangwagen alleen in de verkoop worden aangeboden als het wordt onderworpen aan onpartijdige tests in een door het Pools Centrum voor accreditatie geaccrediteerde instantie en moet het, zodra aan de strenge eisen van de EG-normen en -richtlijnen is voldaan, worden goedgekeurd voor ingebruikneming. In het kader van het project zal een onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingsdienst worden uitgevoerd in een wetenschappelijke eenheid van categorie A, die in haar structuur een door de PSO geaccrediteerd laboratorium heeft, het accreditatienummer: Nr. AB-503.De prototypes van de aanhangwagen die worden aangeboden voor tests — het ontwerp, de bouw en de productie van Gorrett Piotr Słaby — zullen worden onderworpen aan gespecialiseerde tests en tests om na te gaan of aan de eisen van de EG-richtlijn wordt voldaan. Gorrett Piotr Słaby intende ampliare la propria offerta con prodotti provenienti dal nuovo segmento di mercato, come i rimorchi per auto. L'azienda ha una vasta esperienza e capacità tecnologiche nel campo della progettazione e produzione di strutture metalliche e rimorchi sono un tipo di strutture metalliche situate un ampio mercato. Si avvarrà quindi delle proprie capacità tecnologiche e della propria esperienza in un settore nuovo e molto redditizio. L'azienda ha la competenza e la capacità di progettare, fabbricare e testare tali rimorchi: tuttavia, essa non ha la possibilità di verificare in modo imparziale il rispetto dei requisiti imposti a tali dispositivi dalle norme e dalle direttive comunitarie. Inoltre, affinché un prodotto del tipo di rimorchio possa essere messo in vendita, esso deve essere sottoposto a prove imparziali presso un organismo accreditato dal Centro polacco di accreditamento e, una volta soddisfatti i requisiti rigorosi delle norme e delle direttive comunitarie, deve essere omologato per l'entrata in servizio. Nell'ambito del progetto, un servizio di ricerca e sviluppo sarà svolto in un'unità scientifica di categoria A, che ha nella sua struttura un laboratorio accreditato dall'APC, il numero di accreditamento: N. AB-503.I prototipi di rimorchio presentati per le prove — la progettazione, la costruzione e la produzione di Gorrett Piotr Słaby — saranno sottoposti a prove e prove specializzate per verificare la conformità ai requisiti della direttiva CE.
