Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka modernizacja energet.budynku Urzędu Gminy w Rzeczniowie(UG),wraz z zastosowaniem OZE w zakresie: ocieplenie budynku, wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych, przebudowa systemu c.w.u.; przebudowa systemu c.o. i instalacja systemu fotowoltaicznego w terminie do 29 grudnia 2017r. Celem głównym projektu jest zmniejszenie emisji CO2 do atmosfery i zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej w Gminie Rzeczniów (GR),poprzez: ocieplenie budynku, wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych, przebudowa systemu grzewczego c.w.u. (montaż min. 4 zaworów termostat. na cyrkulacji i montaż licznika c.w.u.); przebudowa systemu c.o. i c.w.u. (montaż pompy ciepła - OZE i ciepłomierza)i instalacja fotowoltaiki w terminie do 29 grudnia 2017r. The subject of the project is a deep modernisation of the energet. building of the Municipal Office in Rzeczniów(UG), together with the application of RES in the scope of: insulation of the building, replacement of external doors, reconstruction of the central heating system; reconstruction of the central heating system and installation of the photovoltaic system by 29 December 2017 The main objective of the project is to reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere and increase energy efficiency in the Riverside (GR) by: insulation of the building, replacement of external doors, reconstruction of central heating system (assembly of at least 4 thermostat valves on circulation and installation of the central heating counter); reconstruction of the central heating system and central heating system (assembly of the heat pump – RES and heat meter) and the installation of photovoltaics by 29 December 2017. The objectives of the detail: The increase of energy efficiency in the public sector in GR by reducing the annual consumption of electricity by a total of 18.51 MWh/year and the total heat energy by 991.40 GJ/year -improvement of air quality in GR by reducing CO2 emissions by 130.01 tonnes/year – increasing the share of renewable energy sources as a source of heat in GR through the installation of 2 installations of RES type (1 photovolt system and 1 energy pump) in the UG building in the Danube, -reducing the annual cost of GR budget by 71,525,21 more energy efficiency by 525,21,71 % increase of energy efficiency in the public sector in GR by reducing the annual consumption of electricity by a total of 18.51 MWh/year and heat energy in total. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è ridurre le emissioni di CO2 nell'atmosfera e aumentare l'efficienza energetica nel Comune di Rivers (GR), attraverso: isolamento dell'edificio, sostituzione di porte esterne, ricostruzione dell'impianto di riscaldamento (installazione di almeno 4 valvole termostatistiche per la circolazione e installazione del contatore dell'acqua calda); ricostruzione del sistema centrale di riscaldamento e acqua calda (installazione della pompa di calore — RES e contatore di calore) e installazione del fotovoltaico entro il 29 dicembre 2017. Dettaglio degli obiettivi: — aumentare l'efficienza energetica nel settore pubblico in GR riducendo il consumo annuo di energia elettrica di un totale di 18,51 MWh/anno e l'energia termica di un totale di 991,40 GJ/anno — migliorando la qualità dell'aria in GR riducendo le emissioni di CO2 di 130,01 tonnellate/anno — aumentando la quota di fonti energetiche rinnovabili come fonte di calore in GR installando 2 impianti FER (1 sistema di fototensione e 1 pompa di calore) nell'edificio UG di RÃ3w, — riducendo l'onere annuale di CO2 sul bilancio del GR per il bilancio di 29 PLN riducendo le emissioni di CO2 di PLN 71 525.21, riducendo il costo annuo dell'energia dell'UG nel fiume, aumentando la qualità dell'aria grazie al miglioramento della qualità dell'aria da parte del settore agricolo e aumentando l'attrattiva degli investitori.
