Projekt dot. zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej z wykorzystaniem OZE tj.: Urzędu Gminy w Winnicy i Zespołu Placówek Oświatowych w Winnicy (obiektów o łącznej powierzchni użytkowej 6957,21m2). Cel główny projektu to: „Wzrost efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej w gminie Winnica”. Zostanie on osiągnięty poprzez realizację celów szczegółowych, tj.: zmniejszenie zużycia energii do ogrzewania budynków, obniżenie kosztów związanych z obsługą energetyczną budynków, zwiększenie termoizolacyjności budynków, zmniejszenie emisyjności i redukcja CO2. Zakres rzeczowy projektu dot. m.in.:ocieplenia obiektów, ocieplenie podłóg, wymiany oświetlenia, przebudowy systemów grzewczych i wentylacji, montażu OZE i zakłada realizację zadań tj.: 1. Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowo-technicznej; 2. Termomodernizacja budynku Urzędu Gminy w Winnicy; 3. Termomodernizacja budynku Zespołu Placówek Oświatowych w Winnicy; 4. Montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych; 5. Nadzór inwestorski; 6. Promocja projektu. Realizacja projektu będzie miała pozytywny wpływ na środowisko ze względu na cel i zakres planowanych prac, których celem jest zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię i redukcję emisji szkodliwych gazów do atmosfery poprzez zastosowanie źródła energii odnawialnej – projekt zakłada wykorzystanie źródła alternatywnego w postaci paneli fotowoltaicznych oraz kotłowni gazowej. Grupa docelowa projektu to społeczność lokalna gminy Winnica i woj. mazowieckiego, a w szczególności: uczniowie ZPO w Winnicy, rodzice uczniów, pracownicy obiektów, petenci wewnętrzni, petenci zewnętrzni. Rezultatami projektu będą: liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków: 4 o powierzchni 6 957,21m2, roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych: 505,94 tony równoważnika CO2, zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych 2 066 092,1kWh/rok, zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii końcowej w budynkach publicznych 2 369 441,5 kWh/rok. Project to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings using RES, i.e.: Municipal Office in Winnica and Team of Educational Institutions in Vinnytsia (objects with a total usable area of 6957.21 m²). The main objective of the project is to: “Increasing energy efficiency of public utility buildings in the commune of Vinnytsia”. It will be achieved through the achievement of the specific objectives, i.e.: reduce energy consumption for heating buildings, reduce energy costs for buildings, increase thermal insulation of buildings, reduce emissions and reduce CO2 emissions. The material scope of the project for i.a.: warming of buildings, warming of floors, replacement of lighting, reconstruction of heating and ventilation systems, RES installation and assumes the fulfilment of tasks, i.e.: 1. Development of design and technical documentation; 2. Thermal modernisation of the building of the Municipal Office in Vinnytsia; 3. Thermo-modernisation of the building of the Winnica Educational Institutions Team; 4. Installation of photovoltaic installations; 5. Investor supervision; 6. Promotion of the project. The implementation of the project will have a positive impact on the environment due to the objective and scope of the planned works aimed at reducing energy demand and reducing emissions of harmful gases into the atmosphere through the use of renewable energy sources – the project assumes the use of an alternative source in the form of photovoltaic panels and a gas boiler room. The target group of the project is the local community of the commune of Winnica and Mazowieckie voivodship, in particular: PPO students in Vinnytsia, parents of pupils, employees of facilities, internal petitioners, external petitioners. The results of the project will be: number of energy-efficient buildings: 4 with an area of 6957,21 m², annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions: 505.94 tonnes of CO2 equivalent, reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings 2066092.1 kWh/year, reduction of annual final energy consumption in public buildings 2369441.5 kWh/year. Projet visant à accroître l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments publics utilisant des sources d’énergie renouvelables, c’est-à-dire: Le bureau municipal de Winnica et le centre d’éducation de Winnica (objets d’une superficie totale utilisable de 6 957,21 m²). L’objectif principal du projet est de: «Augmentation de l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments publics dans la municipalité de Vinnica». Elle sera réalisée par la réalisation des objectifs spécifiques suivants: réduire la consommation d’énergie pour le chauffage des bâtiments, réduire les coûts énergétiques des bâtiments, augmenter l’isolation thermique des bâtiments, décarboner et réduire le CO2. Le champ d’application matériel du projet concerne, entre autres, le réchauffement des objets, le réchauffement des planchers, le remplacement de l’éclairage, la reconstruction des systèmes de chauffage et de ventilation, l’installation de sources d’énergie renouvelables et présuppose l’exécution de tâches, à savoir: 1. Préparation de la conception et de la documentation technique; 2. Thermomodernisation du bâtiment du bureau municipal de Vinnytsia; 3. La thermomodernisation du bâtiment du Centre d’éducation à Vinnytsia; 4. Installation d’installations photovoltaïques; 5. La surveillance des investisseurs; 6. Promotion du projet. La mise en œuvre du projet aura un impact positif sur l’environnement en raison de l’objectif et de la portée des travaux prévus visant à réduire la demande d’énergie et à réduire les émissions de gaz nocifs dans l’atmosphère par l’utilisation d’une source d’énergie renouvelable — le projet suppose l’utilisation d’une source alternative sous la forme de panneaux photovoltaïques et d’une chaufferie à gaz. Le groupe cible du projet est la communauté locale de la municipalité de Winnica et de la voïvodie de Mazowieckie, et en particulier: Étudiants ZPO à Vinnitsa, parents d’étudiants, personnel des installations, pétitionnaires internes, pétitionnaires externes. Les résultats du projet seront les suivants: nombre de bâtiments modifiés par l’énergie: 4 d’une superficie de 6 957,21 m², réduction annuelle des émissions de gaz à effet de serre: 505,94 tonnes d’équivalent CO2, réduction de la consommation annuelle d’énergie primaire dans les bâtiments publics 2 066 094,1 kWh/an, réduction de la consommation finale annuelle d’énergie dans les bâtiments publics 2 369 441,5 kWh/an. Projekt zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz öffentlicher Gebäude, die erneuerbare Energiequellen nutzen, d. h.: Das Gemeindeamt in Winnica und das Bildungszentrum in Winnica (Objekte mit einer Nutzfläche von insgesamt 6 957,21 m²). Hauptziel des Projekts ist: Steigerung der Energieeffizienz öffentlicher Gebäude in der Gemeinde Vinnica. Sie wird erreicht, indem die spezifischen Ziele erreicht werden: Senkung des Energieverbrauchs bei der Beheizung von Gebäuden, Senkung der Energiekosten für Gebäude, Erhöhung der Wärmedämmung von Gebäuden, Dekarbonisierung und CO2-Reduktion. Der materielle Umfang des Projekts betrifft u. a. die Erwärmung von Objekten, die Erwärmung der Böden, den Austausch von Beleuchtung, den Wiederaufbau von Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen, die Installation erneuerbarer Energiequellen und setzt die Durchführung von Aufgaben voraus, d. h.: 1. Vorbereitung der Entwurfs- und technischen Dokumentation; 2. Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes des Gemeindeamtes in Vinnytsia; 3. Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes des Bildungszentrums in Vinnytsia; 4. Installation von Photovoltaikanlagen; 5. Aufsicht der Anleger; 6. Förderung des Projekts. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird sich aufgrund des Zwecks und des Umfangs der geplanten Arbeiten positiv auf die Umwelt auswirken, um den Energiebedarf zu senken und die Emissionen schädlicher Gase in die Atmosphäre durch Nutzung einer erneuerbaren Energiequelle zu reduzieren – das Projekt geht von der Nutzung einer alternativen Quelle in Form von Photovoltaik-Panels und einem Gaskesselraum aus. Zielgruppe des Projekts ist die Gemeinde der Gemeinde Winnica und der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie, insbesondere: ZPO-Studenten in Vinnitsa, Eltern von Studenten, Personal der Einrichtungen, interne Petenten, externe Petenten. Project ter verhoging van de energie-efficiëntie van openbare gebouwen die gebruikmaken van hernieuwbare energiebronnen, d.w.z.: Het gemeentekantoor in Winnica en het Onderwijscentrum in Winnica (objecten met een totale bruikbare oppervlakte van 6 957,21 m²). De hoofddoelstelling van het project is: „Verhoging van de energie-efficiëntie van openbare gebouwen in de gemeente Vinnica”. Het zal worden bereikt door de specifieke doelstellingen van: het energieverbruik voor het verwarmen van gebouwen verminderen, de energiekosten voor gebouwen verlagen, de thermische isolatie van gebouwen verhogen, koolstofvrij maken en CO2 verminderen. De materiële reikwijdte van het project met betrekking tot onder meer het verwarmen van voorwerpen, het verwarmen van vloeren, de vervanging van verlichting, de wederopbouw van verwarmings- en ventilatiesystemen, de installatie van hernieuwbare energiebronnen en de uitvoering van taken, d.w.z.: 1. Opstelling van ontwerp- en technische documentatie; 2. Thermomodernisering van het gebouw van het gemeentekantoor in Vinnytsia; 3. Thermomodernisering van het gebouw van het Onderwijscentrum in Vinnytsia; 4. Installatie van fotovoltaïsche installaties; 5. Toezicht op beleggers; 6. Bevordering van het project. De uitvoering van het project zal een positief effect hebben op het milieu als gevolg van het doel en de reikwijdte van de geplande werkzaamheden om de energievraag te verminderen en de uitstoot van schadelijke gassen in de atmosfeer te verminderen door gebruik te maken van een hernieuwbare energiebron — het project gaat uit van het gebruik van een alternatieve bron in de vorm van fotovoltaïsche panelen en een gasketelruimte. De doelgroep van het project is de lokale gemeenschap van de gemeente Winnica en het woiwodschap Mazowieckie, en met name: ZPO-studenten in Vinnitsa, ouders van studenten, personeel van faciliteiten, interne indieners, externe indieners van verzoekschriften. De resultaten van het project zijn: aantal energiegemodificeerde gebouwen: 4 met een oppervlakte van 6 957,21 m², jaarlijkse vermindering van de uitstoot van broeikasgassen: 505,94 ton CO2-equivalent, vermindering van het jaarlijkse primaire energieverbruik in openbare gebouwen 2 066 094,1 kWh/jaar, vermindering van het jaarlijkse eindenergieverbruik in openbare gebouwen 2 369 441,5 kWh/jaar. Progetto per aumentare l'efficienza energetica degli edifici pubblici che utilizzano le fonti energetiche rinnovabili, ossia: L'ufficio comunale di Winnica e il centro educativo di Winnica (oggetti con una superficie totale utilizzabile di 6 957,21 m²). L'obiettivo principale del progetto è: "Aumento dell'efficienza energetica degli edifici pubblici nel comune di Vinnica". Essa sarà realizzata mediante il conseguimento degli obiettivi specifici di: ridurre il consumo energetico per il riscaldamento degli edifici, ridurre i costi energetici per gli edifici, aumentare l'isolamento termico degli edifici, decarbonizzare e ridurre la CO2. La portata materiale del progetto riguardante, tra l'altro, il riscaldamento di oggetti, il riscaldamento dei pavimenti, la sostituzione dell'illuminazione, la ricostruzione degli impianti di riscaldamento e ventilazione, l'installazione di fonti energetiche rinnovabili e presuppone l'esecuzione di compiti, ossia: 1. Preparazione della progettazione e della documentazione tecnica; 2. Termomodernizzazione dell'edificio dell'ufficio comunale di Vinnytsia; 3. Termomodernizzazione dell'edificio del Centro Educativo di Vinnytsia; 4. Installazione di impianti fotovoltaici; 5. Vigilanza degli investitori; 6. Promozione del progetto. L'attuazione del progetto avrà un impatto positivo sull'ambiente a causa dello scopo e della portata dei lavori previsti volti a ridurre la domanda di energia e a ridurre le emissioni di gas nocivi nell'atmosfera utilizzando una fonte di energia rinnovabile — il progetto prevede l'utilizzo di una fonte alternativa sotto forma di pannelli fotovoltaici e di un locale caldaia a gas. Il gruppo destinatario del progetto è la comunità locale del comune di Winnica e del Voivodato di Mazowieckie, e in particolare: Studenti ZPO a Vinnitsa, genitori di studenti, personale delle strutture, firmatari interni, firmatari esterni. I risultati del progetto saranno: numero di edifici modificati dal punto di vista energetico: 4 con una superficie di 6 957,21 m², riduzione annuale delle emissioni di gas a effetto serra: 505,94 tonnellate di CO2 equivalente, riduzione del consumo annuo di energia primaria negli edifici pubblici 2 066 094,1 kWh/anno, riduzione del consumo annuo di energia finale negli edifici pubblici 2 369 441,5 kWh/anno.
